Great space and great community here, the people and staff have been courteous and helpful. I have been here for several years now and even though the rent keeps climbing it's hard to find a place that meets what Walton Heights has brought thus far

Just moved in a week ago. Nice home and nice community. I am enjoying living here. Staff is responsive to all the complaints and take care of it in timely manner. Jennifer, Shanon and Steve are very helpful.

It's very nice. Clean, quiet, well cared for. The units are older but in decent shape. Office staff are very nice and so is the maintenance staff. Overall I like it here. If others need to rent in the area I would recommend it.

I could not wait to leave that tiny rat hole of an apartment that you were ove charging for anyway, you suck, and I don't even want to waste my breath on your absolute robbery over my security deposit. You're scum. Honestly.

The community has been very nice for the time that we have been living here. Our neighbors are very friendly and the office staff is extremely helpful. Jennifer Peters was our main contact for moving in and getting us into Walton Heights. She's a lovely and pleasant person.

Great community, spacious buildings, and very nice dog park included, no noise or parking issues, easy garbage access with valet trash, I have had no issues since moving in here I recommend it to anyone looking and great with accepting pets.

Well the lack of understanding about the struggle to pay rent...I know it's your policy but if you as a company don't understand the struggle then you shouldn't be renting. So instead of helping you tack on more money.

It was great. Can't wait to move in at the end of March. My mother and I love the small one floor apartment we have leased starting March 25th. With her health problems no steps was a big priority for us.

Very favorable. Office and maintenance staff are very knowledgeable and helpful Maintenance is very quick to respond to all issues. This has been one of the best rental experiences I have ever experienced in twenty years. I would highly recommend Walton heights to everyone. It is nice that it is in close proximity to my work and to shopping and restaurants as well.

Office staff are incredibly friendly and professional. Our move was not what would be considered a 'normal' one. Moved over two months and Jennifer was beyond helpful in working with us. The complex is clean and well maintained, offers some unique amenities, and is close to dozens of stores while giving that country location feel.

Walton Heights is a safe community. Neighbors help neighbors. The grounds are well kept. It is safe and quiet. It is a pet-friendly community with designated pet areas and a dog park. Our maintenance department is the best of any place I've lived.

This community is safe, mostly quiet except when these kids with the cars that sound souped up lawn mowers drive by, nice dog park, excellent place to walk, nieghbors are great, they could update kitchens here, they are way out dated

The move in process was simple and the staff was very helpful during this period. Upon touring the properties they were clean and move in ready and allowed for as long as we'd like to inspect. The amenities make it worth it with the dog park, gym, off street parking and in unit washer and dryer's.
