Excellent community and staffing. It's nice to know that whenever an issue occurs there is always someone to contact and that you will usually have a solution in the works as soon as possible. Highly recommended!

Our process was smooth moving in and our neighbors so far have been excellent. The gym on location is nice and the facility keeps up with the external appearance well. So far the staff has all been very responsive and kind as well.

The area is quiet, neighbors are respectful. The area is dog friendly. They have dog stations with poop bags scattered amongst the townhouses. (I wish more people would use them.) We have a cute little dog park that my dog loves.

Love it here. Very safe and quiet.. Would recommend it to others..Not planning on moving anywhere soon. Rent is decent and its clean. Staff and maintenance are professional. Nice neighborhood and local to stores

The renovated townhome is awesome. Maintenance is great at responding to requests. The appliances are brand new and all work great. The townhome is in a quiet location and the neighbors are very nice and respectful.

Great Apartment. Clean, quiet, safe & helpful office staff plus strong maintenance team. During bad winter weather cleaning crew were there at mid night or early morning to clean up the mess . We enjoy in this community.

My overall experience has been good. Maintenance comes quickly and is very effective in fixing my issues. The fitness center is nice and it allows me to workout when the weather is crappy. The community is relatively quiet and I feel safe living here.

The stay at Walton town houses has been wonderful. Anything you need they are there for you and fix whatever it is timely. The Altoona Walton Heights Maintenance team is amazing, they always stop to talk to my one year old and are very nice and kind, not only do they get the work done but they're personable.

I am very happy here. The maintenance is professional and kind. The same same goes for the office staff. As someone from the Pittsburgh area, I am very impressed. The staff is too notch and should be commended. People in the Pittsburgh area are typically rude that work on apartment complexes, but not here. I would highly recommend living here.

We moved in here in 2022 and it is OK but the rent is just to high, we don't live in a big city or in the suburbs but this area is to high in price for the community !! The apartment is not a luxury one !!

We enjoy living at Walton Heights apartments. It's a quiet, safe community. The management is very responsive and all maintenance needs are addressed very quickly and efficiently. We recommend Walton Heights to anyone considering rental housing in Altoona.

Found apartment during search moving from FL to PA when father was in hospital. Jennifer in the office was very kind and efficient making the rental application process as simple as possible from a distance. I really like the apartment. Quiet, clean, great location.

Walton Heights has been a great place to live. It's quiet and safe. My neighbors and I always watch out for each other. I love having a pet friendly place. There are designated places for the animals to be walked. It is clean and well kept.

Great. Lovely place to live. Neighbors are helpful and watchful when we are gone. Property is kept clean and neet. If you have a problem they are right there to fix it. The office people are nice and kind and always smiling

Very nice. Only problem is man in next bldg parks his car in our area and revs the engine when he starts it at all hours. It is a sports car and he works on it in the summer in the parking lot. I once asked him politely to park on the tree side. His reply was "I'll park any f***king where I want .so that was that.

The Heights have been a very nice community to live in. Any issues we have are taken care of almost immediately. I would recommend to a friend. They have a very nice office and maintenance staff as well.

Very clean and move in ready. Flexible leasing options. There are little fees, but to be expected. Quiet community. Nice to have this option as a single mother seeking safety and a nice home for her child. I enjoy my townhome and recommend them highly!

The community has many amenities provided to you, plus fast and efficient maintenance when needed. There is never any issue that has gone unsolved with the staff being available right through the app.

The walls are VERY thin and I always here the male neighbor abusing his girlfriend. I also CONSTANTLY smell marijuana from their apartment. Previous neighbor had a dog who barked constantly and a baby who cried from noon to 2pm every single day. All of this could be heard plain as day. The finishes in the apartments are of the lowest quality you can possibly get, not to mention when they paint the walls, they pain over anything that is there. There's lumps and bumps EVERYWHERE that should have been sanded before painting.

Walton Heights and Berger have been extremely pro active in keeping the properties lookiing attractive and in safe and free of problems. Snow removal and all other maintenance is done on a timely basis.

Beautiful & peaceful place to live. Close to downtown. Close to my work place? Staff gives fast response & reliable in every resident concerns.Clear out the road fast during winter time. Scenery from our home so gorgeous, very relaxing.
