This community is well kept. The staff and personal are humble and respectable. I tell people about this community that I live in all the time. I am so glad that I was able to find this community when I moved here from GA I have enjoyed and loved everything about it.

There is ample parking. It's conveniently located. You can get to Greenwood, Chestnut Avenue, 17th Street, or Plank Road in about 5 minutes. The leasing office staff were very communicative and helpful during the whole process.

Great safe place to live. Maintenance and office staff always helpful and friendly. Every time I had a question staff was very courteous and made sure I was satisfied with the answer. Very hassle free, convenient place to live!

Usually a quiet environment. Good landscaping and clean environment. Maintenance is usually quick to respond to requests and management is easily available and prompt with responses as well. Plenty of parking.

We have been here for 6 months and it has been great so far. The staff is friendly and helpful and the townhouse is very nicely kept. The neighborhood is quiet and I love our private out door deck. We are very happy here.

The rental process was quick and easy. The only downside was that the apartment we toured was not the one we signed on for, since that one had tennants. We are satisfied with our place however. The stove, fridge, washer, and dryer were all provided which was a bonus. Pets (max of 2) are allowed. Shoveling and salting are done for you, which is another added bonus.

Lots of good people. Needs a lot of remodeling. Iam Happy here. I feel safe. Maintaine is great. No problem when when called if something is wrong. Office girls are great. Every one is friendly. I have no problem

Its great I love my Apartment!! And there are the most beautiful views from my front windows!! And I l9ve being able to have pets and the maintenance is great always gets requests done promptly. The only down side is being forced into paying for trash pick up at your door when you don't use it. Other then that I love it!!

Walton heights is a great quite and safe community. The office staff is very polite and helpful. The maintenance staff will work on any issues immediately. I would recommend Walton Height to anyone looking for an apartment or townhouse. Also the fact that it is pet friend is a huge plus.

was not a bad experience just bad timing on our end. the homes are well built and nice sized i would recommend a friend or family member to live in or around this area always had friendly staff at walton heights

We very much enjoy living in this community. Our neighbors are friendly and helpful and the neighborhood is always clean. The maintenance people come promptly when there are any problems at all. The snow is removed and sidewalks are cleared before we have to go to work in the morning. We have received nothing but polite and courteous service.

Walton Heights is a very quit and clean looking community. This community appeals to a wide range of people from the elderly to young generations looking for a transition step to get them into a house.

The apartment is clean, updated and comfortable. Having a basement is great for storage. We hardly ever hear any noise inside the apartment. The maintenance staff is prompt, professional and responsive.

You get what you pay for and this place is pretty expensive for Altoona. Maintenance is pretty good and staff is friendly. Allowing pets is probably the number 1 reason I rent here but you pay for that too. It is nice that they appear to follow up on complaints about people not cleaning up after their dogs. I also really like the location. Unfortunately, rent goes up every year but it's worth it for now.

The place is very clean and comfortable. Alicia was wonderful in keeping in contact with us through the whole application process! I would prefer more specific information when it comes to being able to see the exact unit we were renting versus just the model home. Overall, it's wonderful though.

Wonderful community, prompt responsiveness by office with all requests, and an enjoy place to live. The neighbor is safe, we'll maintained, and friendly. This is an excellent area to stay especially for pet owners.

The staff is very friendly Alicia is very welcoming and answered all of the questions we had. Any time we have any issues maintenance comes to fix it in less than 24 hours. We are so happy with our decision to live here!

Management is very responsive to maintenance needs. The number one problem here is that the rent goes up significantly every year. It's hardship, especially if you're single or have a budgeted income like most people do.

It's so nice and everyone is very welcoming. The apartments are very clean and so is the building. They keep up with everything very well and are extremely helpful and kind. It is a huge advance because we can have our animals here with us. You see childen and animals walking all around the development and it just makes me so happy to see everyone getting out and having a good time!

The community is very nice, with a clean and quiet neighborhood. Conveniently located. As well as the apartments, very nice and well maintained. Great for living by yourself, or with a family. I would recommend this community to anyone.

I found apartment listing on Craigslist. The apartment appeared to be large and nice so I rented it. The front desk workers were very help and accommodated every need to the best of their abilities. I am happy with my rental.

Management staff are very friendly and easy to deal with. I needed to find a place to live quickly and they assisted me with my needs, I am very grateful for their help. The maintenance staff that I have dealt with are also very nice to deal with.
