It's been great! For a first time apartment it has been a great experience. The community, location, and people make it feel like home. I've enjoyed the simplicity and laid back nature of this community.

Very nice complex, was not happy with the cleaning that was done prior to my moving in but once I did a scrub down I am happy with my unit. Neighborhood is nice a very convenient to shopping and restaurants.

Easy to apply! Very fast responses! Overall helpful, respectful and friendly employees! The area is very safe and friendly. I feel comparable taking my dog for a walk at any time. Dog friendly community is wonderful!

So far it's OK could be better It's somewhat secluded yeah parking lot for people to park the cars like you're at Walmart sometimes it's hard to find a parking spot especially if you wanna park in front of your place

Wonderful staff, great communication. Made the move in process very easy and Prompt response with maintenance call. Overall great community and feel safe in the neighborhood. Some noise in the evening but nothing that is bothersome.

Quiet community, great view from the balcony, overall a fantastic place to live. 10/10 would move here again if I didn't already live here. Plus the laundry room right next door is super convenient to us

This is a very quiet community overall. Exterior upgrades to the townhomes have been done regularly with normally one big project each year for the community (one year was new windows, another year was new front doors with storm door, paving, new roofs, etc. Staff are always available and very helpful.

Move in process was simple and easy. Hannah was quick to answer any questions I had regarding the move in process or questions I had about policies or development rules. Only had one issue that I had to contact maintenance about with a work order request and it was handled very quickly and I was very satisfied with the process there.

Everyone is friendly and quiet. Close to parks and shopping. Nice place for children, well maintained laundry facility. Everyone keeps to themselves. Staff is very courteous and helpful. Building is maintained and clean

Views is awesome. Perfect parking space. Back side also more space. Fast service, nice people around us. Good neighbors. All rooms and kitchen every thing is Perfect. . I love to live here. Awesome.

Stove and cabinets are outdated and the floors are very creaky. All the neighbors seem very nice and there is a good sense of community here. The community is pet friendly. Leasing and maintenance staff are very friendly too.

I really like my my townhouse. There is plenty of room for two people. The kitchen is nice size, but I do wish it had more storage space. The bedrooms are very spacious and the sun is amazing in the large windows. The garage provides plenty of easy access storage as well.

So far my living experience here at Walton Heights has been quite nice. I depend on a great maintenance crew in my living situations and here at Walton Heights that need is always met promptly and professionally.

Walton Heights is a very clean and quiet community. The units are well kept and up-to-date. The staff are very quick to respond when complications occur. I would highly recommend Walton Heights to anyone looking for the following values!

Walton Heights is a great place to live. The staff takes care of their tenants and responds quickly to any issues. I love that it's pet friendly (one of the only in the Altoona area). The community is very nice as well. I enjoy living here!

It's very nice, nice people and staff. Quiet and beautiful view at night. School not to far and a park children can play at. Nice neighbors and pets are allowed doesn't matter the size and are allowed at least 2.

Move in process was easy, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Would have liked more clear information on utilities, and would have liked to be able to tour our specific unit before move in day. Otherwise, a nice community to live in, and in a very safe location

20 years speak for itself.....i have lived here since August of 2000 and have never had any issues at all....neighbors have always been friendly and nice and the grounds are always kept up...just a nice place to live

Change of hands has made it difficult to answer this question. It is not a community. When a complaint is made , everyone is made aware of it so you don't know if it is you or not. Dogs areas are too far apart and not enough of them.

Only been here a short time, but my move in was quick and easy. Met a few of my neighbors, and everyone here was very nice. The office staff and repairman were very prompt, helpful, and knowledgeable. Looking forward to living at Walton Heights

Walton Heights offers a nice clean and safe community. The staff has been absolutely wonderful during the leasing process and move in process. I have pets and having the availability to move in with them was great! So far loving this community.

Quiet neighborhood. Staff is generally friendly. Maintenance responds fairly quickly. Most issues are dealt with as swiftly as possible. On site laundry is nice to have. Parking lot is fairly big. Neighbors keep to themselves.

I have been very happy living here. Everyone is nice. The atmosphere is very pleasant. I feel very comfortable and safe. Maintenance is taken care of quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend these apartments and townhomes.
