Community is fairly quiet. Office staff is attentuve. Willowbrook is close to transportation, stores, etc. Grounds could be better kept. Door to the apt building doesn't shut tightly, not good for security

Beautiful and such a lovely place to live. Especially if you're transitioning from the city. Very quiet and peaceful, even with the kids running around and playing. The atmosphere feels right and nothing stopping you from walking around the neighborhood or to the local market. Such a nice place to reside.

These apartments has some many amenities and it's beautiful inside and out. Structure is sound and the apartments you can tell has maintenance on sight bc it's so up to par. Staff always answered questions before asked

The cleanest and well maintained complex I have ever lived in. During bad weather conditions they go the extra mile to make sure sidewalks and areas are properly salted and shoveled. The safest living by conditions .

I just moved in yesterday so I don't have any comments if review yet. I'm unable to give a proper review if I haven't even lived here long enough. So far everything is alright and hopefully everything stays that way. The only issue I had is that upon moving in my refrigerator wasn't working properly. It wasn't keeping my items cold and I turned it up to the maximum amount. I had to put everything in the freezer.

This place is definitely nice to move into. Management will definitely work with you, and hear you out. Maintenance are always friendly, helpful and professional as well. The only true issue here is how much it costs and expensive it is.

Very decent community. Things are done in a reasonable timeframe and always available should I need anything at anytime. Noise level is non existence, quiet and clean. Packages are always easy to obtain and have no complaints.

I moved to Willowbrook from New York City in 2020. Since living hear I have had very little complaints. When I place work orders maintenance usually replies in a quick manner. The leasing office does reply to my questions or concerns in a quick manner. My only issue would be how thin the walls are. I can always hear my neighbors.

The location is great for me and only 10 minutes from work. The community is pretty quiet even with a large amount of children, I haven't heard much noise in my building. Maintenance requests have been filled quickly (same day) and correctly.

The maintenance team is always kind, respectful, and very helpful?they respond in a timely manner and genuinely care about resolving issues properly. The office staff is just as wonderful: supportive, professional, and easy to communicate with. It really makes a difference living in a community where staff treats residents with care and respect. Right now I am not happy because they are removing the washers/dryers downstairs. Although we have machines in our unit they are not large enough to wash linens/blankets or heavy clothing. We were given no explanation as to why!

Very nice community. Close to shopping center and laundry mat. Very friendly and efficient staff and maintenance. Plenty of parking. Apartments are big and kept up to date. Appliances are new and up to date.

Quiet but not secured the upkeep of buildings on interior common area's is not kept up it is outdated been living here and every year rent goes up with nothing to really show for it not all exterior lights work

The staff has been great, the neighborhood is quiet and well kept, the facilities are wonderful, and maintenance is always quick to respond and does a really good job. I have only been here for a few weeks but this is easily the best apartment I have lived in!

I moved in a month ago and so far things have been going well. There were a lot of mini fixes to start but maintenance has been very quick to address it. Most times its quiet, but there are times when its a little noisy.

I love my apartment. It's roomy and spacious. The maintenance crew is very good. They come whenever I call and everything's always fixed correctly and there hasn't been much. The price is a little high and my neighbors are a little sketchy but otherwise I like it here.

Hello! 1. We currently have a first floor 1 bedroom reno available at this time for immediate move in, as well as a third floor, and second floor 1 bedroom that would be available for beginning of April. 2. For a April 2018 move in our prices for our 1 bedroom renos would be $1074. If you would be interested in moving before March 11th we have a special going on where the 1 bedrooms are only $899. 3. Stackable washer & dryers are located in all our renovated units. We also have laundry rooms on the first floor of every building for larger items such as comforters/blankets.
