This is not the place you want to move to . There is no communication ( without an attitude ) . Issues take several attempts to fix and you can never talk to a person on the phone . When you go to the office they act like you are bothering them .

The maintenance team and office staff are friendly, professional, and willing to help whenever something comes up. They are respectful when entering the apartment and make sure to explain what work is being done. While repair requests can sometimes take a little longer than expected to be completed, they do their best to address issues as quickly as possible and keep residents informed along the way. Communication from the office is generally clear, and they try to stay on top of community updates and reminders. The property is maintained fairly well, and common areas are usually kept clean. Parking and noise levels have been manageable, and we haven't had any major problems during our time here. Like any complex, there are occasional delays or minor inconveniences, but nothing out of the ordinary. Overall, it's not a bad complex and provides a solid living experience. We appreciate the effort the staff puts in to support residents and keep things running smoothly.

The property management is very disorganized, and makes empty promises. Not once did anyone reach out to say the repair was not completed...I had to follow up each time, and received empty promises for a resolution.

Every year it gets worse and worse. The maintenance staff cannot complete a task on time because I see them always smoking and joking outside. The elevator has been broken for about a quarter of the year total. And overall for a few hundreds more a month you can get a better place nearby.

The apartment location is excellent for major highways, recreational activities and shopping. Staff and maintenance are courteous. Unfortunately, the tenants in the past two years are disrespectful of common areas and trash rooms.

The location is nice but there are many mechanical issues that are not being addressed. The hallway lights have not been replaced yet since moving in. Frequently need to put multiple service requests in to have an issue fixed

I love my unit, the location, and most of my neighbors. These pluses mostly outweigh the less than stellar maintenance crew. It seems to have gone downhill the last few months where trash outside is not picked up, the AI bot gaslights renters as we fill out work orders, it tells us they are completed when they are not, and overall the care and upkeep is not as high as it should be for the rent.

The community is tucked away in nature but still centrally located to philly, kop, and phoenixville! I love being able to walk or bike on the srt trail that's right behind the property. Everyone in the neighborhood has been very friendly and fosters a sense of community! My dog loves to hang out on the porch with me and loves the going to the dog park! If I have a maintenance request the team is quick to come over and get it fixed. I have loved living in my apartment for the past year and plan on staying here a while!

The units are spacious and the remodeling is very nice. Especially compared to the neighboring property and others on the area. The area the property sits at is amazing with access to trails and the river. The staff is very friendly. The downfall is that maintenance issues are never fully resolved and take far to long to get taken care of. Weeks for leaks to get fixed. Drywall patches and repairs from other units leaking took months. It's been over a year and we still don't have a functioning HVAC unit. The management team promises to get these things fixed and never do.
