A lot of amenities for a reasonable price. Heating is high. Air conditioning is cheap. I'm older so I don't use the pool. If you have a ev car , they have chargers on the property. They also have an Amazon hub on the property.

cheapest around BUT its like living in a garbage bag. Horrible neighbors, horrible maintenance response time, not safe AT ALL. Paper thin walls. BUGS. So many bugs. Again, not safe. No cameras around community

Any issues are handled quickly and efficiently. There are no issues with the way the property is handled as far as snow removal and grass maintenance. Hopefully a good job will be done soon with the pot holes. What would really be great would be if the floor of the pool was in better condition

Lately in past few years overall quality and price is not worth it anymore We feel like owners trying to squeeze every dollar out of us especially from long term renters since 20 plus years just very disappointed with management not helping nor care about elderly retired people and focus on making money from us please help and request to lower our rents

Nice community with responsive maintenance and office staff. They are good at keeping upkeep of the grounds and nice park and community activities are available to join. Nice community room and gym available.

I've been living here for 8 years and have always found the office staff to be kind & helpful, the maintenance staff is quick & reliable. Plus, the grounds & people are lovely. The rent is good & I love that I am close to everything.

It's not to shabby. Think the pricing for a one bed is getting ridiculous. And our upstairs neighbors sound like elephants walking around at all times of the day. Even if it's one in the morning. But it's ok here

Met a lot of nice people. Great staff. The property is always clean. The parks are always taken care of. My daughter loves the pool made a lot of friends overall had a really good experience here.!!!!

I don't recommend any decent, hard working person to monve in here. It may be in their budget for ",now" but not for long. They increase the rent with on an outdated apartment it's price gouging but fot the average working folks we have to follow suite because we also can't afford to move. It would be a much better place if they actually cared about the people

Overall, the apartments are nice. Hatfield Village is in a great location. There are many stores and restaurants near by. I have no complaints about the unit or staff. I do get annoyed with the neighbor's noise levels. I wish that people would clean up after themselves as well.

I love my apartment itself. It has brand new carpet and windows and a new stove. The staff was very helpful with move in during every step of the process. However, the noise produced by neighbors particularly late at night (creaky loud floorboards above my unit and other tenants doing laundry at 3am) and bugs (gnats throughout and weevils in bathroom) is a little off-putting as I like my space very clean. Overall, I like it here but do see some room for improvement.

We are family here. The neighbors, grounds, and facilities make this home. Take the kids to the playground. Sit at the pavilion. Reserve a BBQ area. Join a game of soccer in the courts. Play some basketball. Take a swim in the summer months. Lastly, maintain your health at the onsite gym.

The community is very friendly and helpful when it comes to getting packaging delivered! The staff always has answers you need and help whenever you need it. Security is pretty secure and maintenance team is very nice. Everyone works efficiently and effectively!

Not worth of money to live in this apartment. Services need to be improved. People around also not great. Your delivery also got stolen many time . Management also need to improve lease policy, so if people don't like that area ,they can break the lease and move from this area.
