We enjoyed the tour at this community as it met our needs for a 2-bedroom apartment. We liked that units have a fireplace, balcony, and in-unit laundry (full-size washer/dryer). Love it is pet friendly and seems overall quiet.

Mold, mildew and water issues. Maintenance tends to blow off your concerns. Prickly balls that fall from the trees in front of my apartment are all over the grass, sidewalk and parking lot - they are sooo numerous that they actually are a walking hazard.

The hunt club is very good at quickly coming out to fix any issues. The request goes in and within a couple hours you get a time that they will come out and mostly they can come out the next day. I recommend!

Old, Cold and Mold. These apartments are very old, and the upkeep has not kept up with the times. There is no insulation, heat pumps which do NOT heat the entire apartment and mine had mold remediation twice! Look somewhere else! Very polite maintenance staff, not so much for the office staff.

Steve and Raymond worked diligently with competence and patience to open a clogged kitchen drain; Steve snaked 75' feet to unclog it. This turned out to be quite a job. So good to have good drainage back. Thank You! Thank You!

Love the walking trails, close proximity to shopping, maintenance quick to respond. Excellent lawn care, beautiful pool with lifeguard, fun community activities, they really care about the renters. A lot of parking spaces, well lit at night.

Best experience in apartment living. The maintenance staff is excellent and there is a printer and gym at the Club House. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and will do anything to help you out.

There is both privacy and a sense of community at Hunt Club. The grounds are like a park with many trees and walkways. If you prefer to exercise inside, you only have to visit the fitness center at the clubhouse. Something for everyone here.

When moving in I experienced a number of issues with my apartment including the following; washer connection broken, no hot water, leaky sink, hole in cabinet under bathroom sink, toilet malfunctioning. Luckily, the maintenance staff was able to fix most of the issues within the next day, but the headache of needing to have these things replaced/fixed on our first day in the apartment was super frustrating.

I have looked at all the surrounding apartments, and there no other place that I rather live. The Hunt Club has everything you would want in apartment living. The office staff sincerely care about the people who live here. They constantly run events to bring the community together. Maintenance treats your apartment like it’s their own. The grounds are absolutely beautiful.

Love it Here!

I moved from Philly to North Wales, and I’m so happy I found The Hunt Club! I’ve been here a few years now and absolutely love it! It’s a beautiful apartment complex and it’s a place where I feel safe. It’s also in the middle of everything! Restaurants, Trader Joes, 309 Cinema, and so on! It’s a great place to be!

Good for brief stays between moves

Would not recommend this place long term. Stayed for a few months while a closing on a new house. Very low quality appliances and the bedroom was bitter cold. Was noisy with air units right outside the window.

Best community that I have ever lived in the apartments are great maintenance is great. Customer service is great. They do a lot of stuff inside the apartment complex small parties giveaways, the quietness and the peacefulness. If you are a dog lover, your dogs would feel amazing. My little dog loves being outside in the area really well taken care of.

Having just moved into the Hunt Club my experience is limited but very positive. When I was thinking of moving, I first drove through the development and I stopped several people who lived here to ask them how they like the place. I got 100% positive response and found that there are lots of long-term residence here. I was looking at another community in a neighboring town and when I mentioned the Hunt Club, the Representative there said"oh they're wonderful, I used to live there" so there was an unsolicited testimonial from a competitor! I was impressed. All the interactions I've had with the staff at the Hunt Club have been gracious and positive. It is very quiet here. I've lived here one week and have never heard a neighbor through the walls. When I go for my walk in the morning, I meet many people with dogs who are very friendly, both the people and the dogs! I feel right at home already. I highly recommend the Hunt Club

This community feels like a little home! I feel so at ease here and everyone has been incredibly friendly. We see families playing on open areas of grass and kids meeting new friends and plenty of dogs! I never hear a peep from our neighbors except when we pass each other to say hi. Super friendly and would recommend anyone to move here!

People drive way too fast. Need another dumpster/recycling area. Lots of trash and dog poop on grounds. Need to update apartments. New carpets. Fresh paint. Lower rent. Landscapers need to clean up debris.
