I had an excellent experience renting at this apartment community, and it truly exceeded my expectations in several ways. From the moment I first toured the property, the staff were welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping me find the right home. The leasing process was smooth and clearly explained, which made moving in much less stressful than I expected. Once I moved in, I quickly noticed how well the community was maintained. The grounds were always clean, the landscaping was beautiful, and common areas were kept in great condition. My apartment itself was modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with plenty of natural light and practical features that made everyday living convenient. Whenever I had a maintenance request, the team responded quickly and resolved issues professionally, which made me feel valued as a resident. One of the things I appreciated most was the sense of community. The management team organized occasional events that gave residents a chance to meet each other, and the overall atmosphere was friendly and respectful. I always felt safe and comfortable coming home, which is incredibly important when choosing a place to live. The location was another huge advantage, with easy access to shops, restaurants, parks, and major roads, making commuting and errands simple. Parking was convenient, and amenities such as the fitness center, lounge spaces, and outdoor areas added a lot of value to everyday life. Overall, my time living here was extremely positive. The combination of professional management, responsive maintenance, well-maintained facilities, and a welcoming environment made this apartment community feel like home. I would absolutely recommend this community to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-run place to live, and I would gladly rent here again in the future if the opportunity came up.

Vairo is expensive for the quality of the leasing office staff and the apartments. Apartments range from unrenovated to brand new with little change in price. Even the newest apartment is filled with creaky floors, bad carpet, cracks in the walls, and horrible drywall and paint work. Absurd amenity fee for a dirty gym and a washing machine room that smells and constantly is dirty. Sadly still one of the better options in State College.

Friendly community snow safety and removal good. Prompt response to maintenance issues. Would be nice if I could get new carpeting and new paint as these were not replaced or completed when I moved in

I am loving life here already as an immigrant. A very quiet and a peaceful neighbourhood. Staffs are very responsible, helpful and respectful. Apartment and the neighbourhood is clean. Appliances were good and clean.

We like living here, staff and maintenance are easy to communicate with, they help you get set up, send out timely alerts, and are almost always available. I've watched the Vairo village plow trucks plow the parking lot like four times already this morning during the snow storm, they salt often too. Overall great place to live.
