I have lived here almost two years and really love the community. The maintenance crew here is phenomenal and very quick to respond to maintenance issues. My dog loves the dog park and the walking areas that are all around us. The location of the community is amazing, quick access to the highway and tons of restaurants close by.

I would recommend living here. There have been some miscommunications along the way but overall it's been a great place to live the last 6 years. The landscape/outside is always nice and kept up with the season and if anything ever goes wrong inside they are usually very quick to fix it! Maintenance staff is always personable and honest.

Quiet and save. Property is well maintained Excellent staff. Great location. Terrific YMCA directly across the street but there is a small gym on the property. Great nearby shopping and restaurants. Great place.

It is a great community to live in, usually very quiet and a good neighbors. It is located in a decent place with access to most things you need relatively close. I do wish there were some more benefits for the cost.

Very good with the exception of the ongoing water problem that took too long to fix. I will include some pictures of what our front and driveway looked like for over a year and seven months. It was also a slipping hazard for a significant amount of time.

After being a homeowner for 50 years I'm perfectly happy here. It's quiet and the grounds are well kept. It feels like I live in a community. My apartment is roomy and and has lots of light. The staff is always helpful.

Having lived at Brookwood Point Place for over a year, I can confidently say that I'm extremely happy with the property, the maintenance team, and my leasing agent, Howard. Throughout my time here, I've needed a few repairs, and Howard has always been available to assist me. The maintenance guys, Charlie, Josh and Aaron, are fantastic-they respond quickly and do excellent work. This community truly feels like home rather than another apartment complex and the grounds are beautiful. If you're looking for a quiet, dog friendly place to live, definitely reach out to Howard; he's dedicated and even conducts virtual appointments. You won't be disappointed!

Fantastic place

We need more places like this in our community. It is obvious the staff works hard and cares about their residents. It is pretty inside and outside kudos to the groundskeepers too. It looks great The community is speaking highly of this specific location and staff! Word of mouth, goes a long way and they are doing a fantastic job! I was welcomed with open arms, in a timely & very professional manner. This location is definitely top of my list! Looking forward to the upcoming events for residents. Thank you all for being so kind and caring especially Howard Allan and feont office. Hats off to the staff at this location!

We throughly enjoy our place at MAA Pointe place. Staff is professional and maintain a great work environment. Our place is roomy and comfortable with great Power rates so far have been better than expected. The maintenance team lives here and are extremely knowledgeable and very rapid with getting things fixed, Usually the next day if not the same day. The grounds are greatly clean and maintained and the community is very friendly to include pet friendly. We are grateful that we chose MAA Pointe Place.

I'm a bit of a homebody and don't do a lot of community events so I can't comment with any authority on that. But, I love the location, you seem to select good residents because I don't have problems with anybody and maintenance is killer. For me, that's about like hitting the lottery. I've not had the same quality of experiences at other places.

I wish I would have known all the little issues within this community before deciding to move here , such as the pest control problems, incompetent maintenance , and contradictory behavior of the staff. Now I am stuck in a 14 month lease and have been going around and around with this company since I moved in.

The swimming pool area is great and the landscaping is good We like that it had dog parks and there's a place for children to play It also has a fitness center and a nice grill area with gas grills !!

The front office and maintenance does everything they can do to not help with issues. Epically larger issues including appliances and to many cars parked in the parking lot. We now have a limit on how low the AC can be adjusted more then likely because they do not want to use some of the minimum $1300 tenants pay to make repairs or replace AC units.( just an on going example of an issue with management)

People literally show up and less than twenty four hours after you submit a request. The property manager really is in tune with her staff.Making sure everything is on point. I moved into MAA Point Place in June 2024. I have had a very positive experiences since I moved in. The complex has been quiet and the facilities are great. I have had a number of small maintenance issues since moving in that have all been resolved quickly and effectively. Any questions or concerns I have had have all been addressed promptly and professionally.

Read before considering this property

To say I’m disappointed would be a huge understatement, I have lived at this property for a little over a year now and the beginning was great, great community, friendly staff, awesome amenities. Over time that drastically declined but the rent definitely increased to almost $1300 a month for a one bedroom even though new residents can move in cheaper. To start with I’d like to say the maintenance team is absolutely amazing here, the property does not deserve what those men do for them every day ( if you go through review's, maintenance is really the only reason they have such a high rating- so kudos to you guys.) Yesterday I lost all faith in this complex when my bf was arrested while driving to the store on a criminal littering charge after the helping me put my mattress topper probably less than 5 pounds - not a mattress, next to the PACKED FULL dumpster where a whole lot of other heavy and bulky items sit and aren’t looked twice at. The power tripping curtesy officer that the apartments hired seen it and was given full access to the cameras and and put a warnt out for him. Firstly, they did not even bother to call him or I, this should have just been an apartment violation and taken up with me, and if the officer has full access to the camera like the office said he was given he would have seen with their hidden cameras around the complex that we carried it straight from my apartment to the again PACKED dumpster. Instead they took it to a whole nother level and had him taken to jail over a mattress topper. Mind you when he was arrested we were stopped in his truck ( that I could not drive) and I was left on the side of the road waiting to be picked up after they took him. So to say the least I would not recommend these apartments to even a roach if they were thinking of moving here… which trust me there are plenty of those walking around the complex too. Also I have counted numerous cameras in bushes and trees around the apartments pointing towards apartment balconies, invading privacy of all the residents.

The community is okay. The bigger issues is the noise. The apartment above us has had two different tenants and both have been extremely noisy. The parking area allows cars to park right against the bedroom windows and they shine the headlights and set the car alarms off at night.
