We had some issues with AC in our apartment and we raised a service request. Foster has helped us to get it fixed quickly and maintenance requests are handled promptly. Great and quick maintenance service.

Great service, great community

Thanks a lot for providing quick and timely service to my service request. We had power plug issues in our kitchen and so had to raise a service request for it. We saw that a service representative came to our house the very next day itself and fixed the issue very quickly. The service team is very professional and very responsive.

Cant say enough good things about IMT Cool Springs!

I have lived all over the country in many different apartment building/communities and I have to say hands down IMT Cool Springs has far surpassed all of them! Being new to Tennessee and getting my apartment sight unseen, I was nervous about what I would be getting. And after a difficult move and a brand new puppy to boot I rolled into IMT Cool Springs in Franklin TN and it was the best thing I ever did! The grounds are beautiful and well maintained and my puppy Mary Grace who has grown up there loves all the places to walk and looks to everyone who works at IMT as family. Whether it is Resident Services, Maintenance or Leasing they are all quick to help, fix and work out whats needed for comfortable living. I strongly recommend IMT Cool Springs!

Nice place to stay with family

Very nice and safe place to stay, management is very helpful, maintenance issues are solved same day. Cassidy was very helpful and helped me with all my leasing work. Amenities are very good in the community.

My IMT Home

IMT has been a wonderful place to call home for years. The staff are always kind, helpful and responsive. I truly appreciate you all! Maintenance staff are quick to respond with routine or emergency after hours requests. Thank you for all you have done! I love the pool party IMT hosts in the summer, hot cocoa day in the winter, patio decoration contest and the other events in between. The walking trails are so nice and convenient and the amenities are well maintained. This is such a convenient location to local shopping. All of these make IMT feel like home.

Management is AWESOME!

We moved our daughter from New Orleans to Franklin so she could attend school in Nashville. I cannot say enough good things about management, specifically Tyler, who was SO VERY HELPFUL. It's a Wonderful place!

Awesome place to Reside!!

Maintenance is totally “On Top”, of their Game…Responding Very Quickly, even to the smaller requests!! …I’m Older, and ask them to change Lite Bulbs for me!! They Always Help me Out…and it is GREATLY Appreciated!! Thank you Everyone, for taking SUCH Good Care of Me!!!

We have lived here for almost 5 years now after living in Nashville. This is the best of both worlds being so close to Nashville and downtown Franklin, with plenty to do right here in Cool Springs. The apartments are updated and the complex is well-maintained. The staff in resident services is very friendly and the maintenance team is very prompt with any service requests. We have met many new friends here and so has our dog! It is very affordable for the area and we wouldn't go anywhere else.

Timely maintenance help

I had a an issue with my smoke detectors at 10pm one night. I only had to calll the maintenance team And leave a voicemail. They called back right away and came to check on the issue within 15min and resolved it

Great maintenance

Over the span of a few short months living here, whenever a maintenance request is submitted, the staff have been very timely in responding and completing the request. Carl was great at getting the job done and checking to see if there was anything additional that needed to be done outside of the initial request. He took the time to explain what needed to be fixed and the next steps in the process. Very personable and great with pets, which made the entire process a breeze.

This place has some awesome staff!

Just want to complement Carl on his workmanship here at Imt Cool Springs! He's been around several years so many people know him like I do. Yesterday I was cleaning out my garage and Carl drove by and stopped and said my smoke detector was beeping and he said he would change the battery for me. It ended up that he had to replace the whole unit. He is the type of guy who will do anything he can to help you out. He always goes above and beyond whenever he has had to fix different items over the years for me. I know he's that way for everyone. I have heard several complements from other people. He is so friendly and speaks to so many people as he drives by them. Many times he has stopped to just ask how I was doing. Carl is a very hard worker and very dedicated too! I know he's got to be a huge asset for IMT.

Living in IMT experience was amazing experience

Exceptional Living Experience with Outstanding Management

Living here has been a fantastic experience. From the moment we decided to look at IMT, the leasing team, led by Manager Joseph Montesi, provided a welcoming and exceptional service experience. The complex is clean, well-maintained, and has all the amenities one could want in Middle TN including hiking trails, pools, tennis courts, and stunning views. It is also incredibly convenient and peaceful, located East of 65 without ANY highway noise. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and professionally. IMT Cool Springs Review

The property is very nice and has a cozy nature feeling. The apartments are nicely spread out and it does not feel you are on top of one another. The staff were very friendly and super helpful. The apartment setup is nice with a lot of open space. The appliances were new and modern. Only critique I have about the property is the back half of Gillespie needs more lighting. At night the road gets pitch black and could use a light or two.

Highly recommend IMT Cool Springs

This is my second IMT property to live at, and I am blown away at how well the grounds are kept and supportive resident service staff. They are always so kind and quick to respond. The community is conveniently located in a great school district as well. Cannot recommend IMT Cool Springs enough!
