I recently moved to IMT Cool Springs, and I couldn't be happier! My apartment is just beautiful, the entire staff has been so helpful, and it has to be one of the most beautiful places I have ever lived. Rachel made moving across the country so much easier than I ever could have imagined.

Everyone in leasing is amazing Rachel is the best. My dog has a beautiful dog park to play in while home. Non-smoking area for my asthma is really beneficial for my health. Perfect location to the highway and just minutes from my work and Nashville. RACHEL IS THE BEST!

It's a good community to live the location is good. but the maintenance is very slow we need to wait for weeks to get the work done. Even when several reminders personally. And not good in giving referrals.

I love this community! The office staff is really great! I worked with Janna Brown and she was awesome! I look forward to moving here this spring. IMT Cool Springs is a beautiful property with a great location they are in walking distance of my favorite place First Watch. The property is always well maintained. I would suggest moving to this property.

Th staff is very friendly and professional. The property is beautiful and well maintained. Th apartments are lovely. There are walking trails and many family activities available. The grounds are spacious and unlike most apartment complexes. It is like living amidst a park. The apartments are spacious and well appointed.

I love this community because it is so close to everything in Cool Springs and getting to downtown Nashville or Franklin is a breeze. Their staff is awesome and always willing to see how well they can accommodate residents. Rachel Duggan my leasing agent has been phenomenal in making sure everything from move in to understanding the resident portal and getting garages and other accommodations were necessary.

Shoutout to Cody on the maintenance team for jumping our car on a freezing cold night when the battery was dead! It took a while to get it jumped but He didn't stop until He got it started! Thank you for Repping the IMT Maintenance Team!

Our air conditioner was fixed, but we have been trying to get a washer and dryer for our apartment (that we told would be provided when we applied for our apartment) for TWO MONTHS and Rachel and Toy have not responded to our request. We have asked in person several times, and they have never called or responded by email. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

Living here has been so convenient. It's quiet and peaceful, and there is tons of outdoors for taking my dog on walks. He and I both enjoy the area and he has learned now that they keep treats for him at the office

I moved to this apartment complex recently and continue to be impressed by both the incredible staff and the beautiful property. Rachel in leasing helped make moving in as smooth as any moving experience I've had previously, and Logan and Nicole (the dynamic duo) in Resident services have eased my mind and made me really feel like im home already. Logan and Nicole always brighten my day. I am delivered parcels often so I see them often. They are always cheerful and deserve a good review. I like to live here and it is a beautiful apartment. There is much improvement since IMT came here.

Worst apartment I've ever lived at solely because of the maintenance and staff. They are awful. Don't ever live here. If you go in to tell them there are concerns that you have with the property, staff, or anything else they don't listen to a word you say and when you are done talking they completely ignore everything you just said and beg for a 5 Star review... why don't you do your job and maybe you would get a 5star. They suck

I visited IMT cool springs in June 2018. I really enjoyed touring this property. The grounds are beautiful and the area feels very safe. All of the apartments I saw were very spacious, had great lighting and looked well maintained. Janna Brown was amazing in answering all our questions and ensuring we had a great experience. Overall, I would recommend this property to anyone in the Franklin area!

I saw these apartments and was amazed at all the wildlife and nature so close to the city. I liked the colors of the new paint they've done. It's very north-Carolina-beach-house looking. Really set it apart from the others I looked at nearby.

This property is located in a great location to the Franklin scene and not far from Downtown Nashville. I'm going on my third year at this property and with the changes that IMT are bringing about I am now recommending my friends move here. The front office staff are professional, nice, and responsive to any questions or needs as are the maintenance staff. I've spoken directly with Logan Welch and Nicole on various topics/needs and have been very pleased with the interactions timeliness of their responses. I want to give an extra shout to Logan for all the changes I see happening at IMT that he has brought about. From introducing fitness trainers for residents to the awesome "welcome baskets" I've seen for the new residents, I see great things here for IMT. - Natalie Michelle

This property is NOT a safe environment! It is very hostile the diversity if residents is not conducive to a healthy environment. People and children walk the streets every night and will barely budge for you to pass them. No one speaks when spoken too, has common courtesy, or manners. Not too mention the stench you have to tolerate from lack of hygeine and the smell of food that infiltrates the apartment buildings of the smell of Indian cuisine much of it smells like garbage. The office staff and property manager is all about the bottom line when it comes to caring about you as a resident you can forget it. If you move in at a market rate lower than expected, take this is a sign of many problems. Also spiders are everywhere and in nearly every apartment. Do yourself a favor unless you want to be unhappy where you live. IMT is a billion dollar company with many noisy projects being done all at once, don't think for a minute you will not eventually pay for it all somewhere.

This community was a perfect fit for me. I enjoy all the amenities. The resident events they have are great. The national popcorn day event was cool, a lot of people gathered for that. Kaitlyn is helpful whenever I need anything.

Me and George (dog) love the dog park and how there are always treats in the office. Kaitlyn has been great since management changed. Timely, courteous and helped any way she could. I enjoy living at IMT Cool Springs!

These apartments were beautiful! The rooms seemed to be a good size and everyone I ran into was very nice. I had a great experience here. Logan was extremely helpful to me while I was here. He is awesome!

This community has been so great to me. My interaction has been with Kaitlyn mostly and she has been so helpful. The rest of the staff is also really good! Maintenance is timely and I love the area. If I didn't accept a job offer out of state, I would continue my stay.
