Carl was great! He was very polite and friendly. I really appreciated our conversation. He fixed my screen door. He walked me through everything he did. He explained to me why it happened and showed how to probably use it so it wouldn’t happen again.

New dishwasher! Amazing maintenance staff!

Andre looked at everything that was a concern to me and did it in such a way that I never felt like a number or I was being checked off a box. He served our needs with intention and took the time needed versus giving the impression of having to hurry to the next situation . Doesn't everybody want to feel that whoever they are with is present versus an inconvenience? Andre and all of the IMT maintenance staff really honor us residents. Our family has never had such a consistent experience like this before! Grateful. The maintenance staff really are the foundation for holding people in a place of community that brings the safety and security to daily living.

Wonderful apartment complex

I have been very impressed and happy with IMT Cool Springs from the day I moved in. My apartment was and still is gorgeous! The office staff from the leasing office to resident services are all amazing. Jacob was very patient and was excellent during the leasing processes. I just renewed my lease here, I am very pleased! Huge bonus to Carl from maintenance. He is sooo kind and informative! I happened to pull in at the same time as he did, to fix something in my apartment (the same day I put in the request because they are very punctual), and he so kindly helped me carry in my new VERY HEAVY bean bag up to my apartment! I was so happy, because I had hurt my ankle and my knee after falling down trying to get the bean bag in my car in the first place! (6ft bean bag and I am only 5’0 tall). I was worried I wouldn’t be able to get it up the steps by myself! So THANK YOU CARL!!!!!

Great place!

I’ve lived here for just over seven months now and have absolutely loved it! The maintenance staff and grounds keepers (especially Maddox R.) keep the place so nice and are always willing to help! Likewise, Resident services are also super kind, and personable! You really cannot beat this price for this location.

It’s great here! The floors though…

The Maintenance Technicians are responsive, have good problem solving skills, are good communicators. Shane and Andre have been great. They are thorough and respectful. The Resident Relations Specialists are also very responsive and helpful. They’re good communicators, professional and respectful. I have to be honest though, the floors are awful. The walls are thin. I live on the second level and hear every footstep of my neighbors upstairs. I’m sure the tenants below me hear all of my foot steps as well. That’s the only bummer. Otherwise it’s great! I guess it’s just hit or miss if you get quiet neighbors or not. Or live on the top floor. If this type of thing will drive you bonkers, a top floor is a MUST!

Maintenance Request

We have been with IMT for over a year now with no issues at all. Our dryer started having some issues recently and Carl with maintenance came today to fix out dryer he was very helpful in explaining what was going and setting an expectation for the appliance getting fixed. Thanks for the help!

Love living here

We’ve lived here for over a year and I don't see us leaving anytime soon. I love The layout of our apartment and how nice the staff is when I’m walking my dog-they always say hi! The layout of our apartment includes an starched garage that makes everything so easy-Parking,storage. My favorite spot on the property is the pool it is always maintained and super clean. I love Coming out here early mornings to read. If you’re looking for nice apartments with a killer location this is the place to be.

Great So Far!

I was in communication with Jonathan Jones throughout my move in process and he was always very quick with an email reply about any questions I had (which were many). The rest of the staff has also been super friendly and the residents as well. The move in process day of was also very quick and easy. I haven't been here for too long but so far so great! Big upgrade from my old place.

Memorable experience!

We relocated from Tokyo last month and it had to be very quick and smooth so that we could settle in before my daughter’s school started. Jonathan helped us go through all the application and move-in process so easily and smoothly. His response were always quick and accurate. As I was nervous as it was a big change for me to start new life in the US, the friendly communication with him was something I would remember!

Great leasing office staff but old facilities

We just moved in a week ago. Leasing office staff is really friendly and helps you throughout the whole process. However the building itself is 30 years old. The appliances don’t work well. Vending fan above the stove is very weak and almost useless. Towels coming out of the dryer after 3 heavy-duty runs are still wet. With the amount of rent we paid, this is not what we expected.

The nicest Apartment Complex overall

When we first moved to TN, I had no idea about the area. I have looked at many different apartments in the area but none of them can compare to IMT Cool Springs. The upkeep is amazing, you can see the difference from other places. I am not able to find any signs that would make it easy to guess on old the entire property is. They stay on top of every little thing. You can tell where your rent is going. In 9 months, I did not have to call for maintenance. After the first exterminator visit, I have not seen any spiders at all, even in the sticky traps! The entire staff is extremely professional, nice and helpful. Not just the office staff, but everyone that works there. Jonathan was very helpful and made it super easy when I moved there again, just like he did the first time we moved in. the amenities make you feel like you're on vacation. Two tennis areas, two very clean pools, two gyms, dog park and wash area. Car wash places, playgrounds computer rooms with free computers and wifi ...and much more that I can't remember. The Schools are amazing, my child loves it there and the fact that he gets to hang out with bunch of his friends from school after school. There is so much to do! I would move there all over and again! If you are like me, moving to the Area without knowing anything about it, you can blindly trust that this is the nicest place to choose.

Great Move-in Experience

We just moved in here but so far so good! Our leasing consultant was Jonathan Jones and he couldn't have been better. When we came to tour the property, we had a different unit in mind. He listened to our needs and suggested looking at a few options. We were able to afford a renovated unit with a garage and that was so much better than what we original had in mind! From there, the application process was seamless. Jonathan informed us every step of the way and was very responsive to emails. He came with us to the apartment on move-in day and inspected for any issues (very minor). He even caught some things I didn't notice! Overall, it was a great experience.

Best Apartments in Cool Springs

IMT Cool Springs is a beautiful and well kept community! I have lived here for a little over 2 years. I absolutely love it. It has well kept grounds. The maintenance staff are awesome. There are many floor plans to choose from. If you are looking for the perfect location. It is located in the middle of Cool Springs. Ask for Jacob or Joseph! Both are knowledgeable about the property and can answer any questions you have.

I love living here! The apartments are really nice & I love the amenities. The office team is great & very helpful if you need help with anything! I’m in love with my kitchen & patio! It’s a very nice area & safe to live here!

I feel very lucky to be able to live here and love my apartment!

Pros: -These units are spacious compared to what you’ll see in Nashville (or even Franklin). Also they are renovated but part of an older structure, so you can rest assured that they’re not built on toothpicks. -Location is perfect, right in the thick of things in Cool Springs while still being Franklin (and part of the Williamson County school district) and close to the interstate without being noisy -Leasing staff is always very courteous and helpful. Thank you to Joseph, Ricky, Jonathan, and JAKE especially! -Maintenance is very friendly and they do a great job cleaning up afterwards! -Amenities are always very tidy and clean thanks to Darlene -Food truck Thursdays are awesome! Lots of great food trucks in Nashville, so you get a variety of cuisines. -The grounds always look nice. You can tell IMT puts a lot of effort into the maintenance of their complex, and the apartments are aesthetically pleasing. Can’t wait to go to the pool when it gets warmer! Cons: -Please get a new painting team who will actually smooth down the walls in the units. I’m not a hobbit, I don’t want my walls to look like the inside of a cave. (Actually, hobbits have nicer walls, my bad.) -The speed bumps are terrible. I definitely understand the need for them but they are way too high and abrupt. My friend’s manual vehicle almost stalled several times from having to go so slowly through our parking lot. -Many families live here (which is great!) but not all of them supervise their children. Especially in the parking lots! Wish we had more sidewalks, but due to the layout that’s not possible. Be very careful when driving. -If you complain about something enough, management/resident services will eventually cave. Not really fair to the rest of us who aren’t trying to be a public nuisance to get free stuff. Rules are rules! -This is NOT IMT’s fault, but Amazon drivers will probably lose your package at SOME point during your stay here because they’re not paid enough to care apparently. I’ve had various packages show up at my door that belong to someone else. Be very specific when ordering!

I love being a resident here! Ricky Spencer is the best!

I have lived in many apartments in my life and IMT Cool Springs has been my favorite! Ricky Spencer with the leasing office has been so helpful and answers all my questions before, during and after move-in. They have made the move-in process so easy and the grounds here are absolutely beautiful. The complex is so peaceful and the amenities are spectacular. I highly recommend IMT Cool Springs and Ricky!
