Great community to live in! The staff is very accommodating to our needs and work orders are addressed promptly. We really like the house feel of the apartment with the attached garage and the new upgrades are extremely nice. IMT continues to update the amenities and the grounds are always clean.

IMT cool Springs is beautiful!! I love the people here. Cody in maintenance really is great!! The fact that he stood in the freezing cold to jump my car is unbelievable. I don't know if anyone else who would do that in 20 degree weather.

This is a beautiful community surrounded by everything you need such as entertainment, restaurants and shopping. They have all the amenities you would have as well. A pool, playgrounds for the kids, gyms, etc.

We've requested a couple of maintenance recently on house application such as broken glass in fredge, drain of bathroom, and mulfunctional AC. They were fixed by nice maintenance engineers quickly (within one or two days). I am satisfied with the recent technical services provided by IMT.

Best price for cool springs area. Quiet and safe neighborhood. With the price reduction comes limited parking and insect issues. Fitness center always packed and needs frequent cleaning. Not awful but not great place.

I love this community because it is located in the heart of Brentwood, Cool Springs and Franklin. The community has access to all the nice restaurants, shops and parks. My fiancee and I have been first time apartment leasers at IMT Cool Springs for a year and have thoroughly enjoyed our experience here! The facilities are gorgeous and very well kept, the apartment is beautifully-designed, and the staff has been nothing short of amazing. Whenever we needed assistance or maintenance, Eric was quick to respond and resolve the problem and was always really accommodating. We love how close IMT Cool Springs is located to everything we need. With easy access to I-65 and grocery stores and restaurants, we never really had a need to leave the area.

I moved here site unseen in January of 2018 and all I can say is... Wow.. I had such an incredible experience here at IMT Cool Springs over the past year. From move-in, to a roommate change halfway through my lease, to move-out, IMT handled this all so professionally and made it very easy for me. The amenities were so much fun to use - pool kept clean, propane always stocked for the grills, etc. And there was continuous improvement on the campus and amenities that showed how much IMT cares about it's residents having a great experience and feeling at home. One aspect I particularly liked about living here was the hills that we were positioned at the base of. Miles of walking running trails just out your back door! And don't let the proximity to the highway and shopping centers fool you, there is quite a "remote country club" vibe going on here that was particularly relaxing. I hope to move back to the Nashville area at some point and will certainly make IMT my home again.

Community is great itself. The maintenance crew is decent. The staff itself is not very good at all. It's a wonder this community hasn't gotten taken over yet. They don't give a crap about the people and are often very rude. They aren't very knowledgeable of their own practices and procedures. It's hard to get the correct information out of them without them running you in circles. They will also screw you for every penny they can. They will more than likely keep a large majority of your deposit over the smallest thing that maybe costs $100 if that.

RENTERS BEWARE! DO NOT rent from this property. My experience while living there was subpar at best, then I decided not to renew my lease and all of a sudden, I was met with inconsistent instructions on what I needed to do to vacate, dozens of unanswered calls to both the local and corporate office in an attempt to not only get a straight answer but a FAIR resolution to the issues I was facing and am now being sent to collections for a BOGUS fee of damages they claim I made. With all the trouble I had up to my vacating the property, you can bank on the fact I made damn sure the apartment was spotless when I left. Not only did I clean beyond ANY standards I have ever seen when renting, I took multiple pictures date stamped to prove I left the property clean and WITHOUT ANY damage. Despite this, they are now claiming over $600 worth of damage to the carpet, with their "proof" being ONE picture of ONE spot that they cannot or have refused to provide any proof that it was taken in my apartment or when it was taken. When I provided my own pictures to show that "spot" was not there when I left, all communication has since stopped. Before posting this review, I made one final attempt to contact someone only to be met with yet another excuse as to why no one was available. This property and the employees that run it are corrupt, intentionally deceitful and fabricate claims with no real backup or proof to support their claims. The way you treat your tenants is discussing at best. I hope the multi-billion-dollar investment made to purchase the property will still be worth it when you have no tenants left to fund your corrupt company.

I love this community! I have lived here since July and have had a wonderful experience. The apartments are beautiful and essentially brand new. I love the granite countertops, wood style flooring, and new stainless steel appliances. I just moved to a larger apartment here at IMT Cool Springs and I absolutely love my new apartment. I have spent time and money decorating my apartment so that I could really call IMT my home. 5 stars for sure!

I am writing this review not only as a current resident but also as someone who has been in the multifamily industry for over 20 years in many capacities from working on site in the management office to currently working as a vendor in daily contact with everyone from on-site staff to owners. This tends to make me hold properties and staff to a higher standard. My husband is also in the industry so combined, we know what to look for and how to judge a property which tends to make it difficult to find the perfect fit. When we moved to the area we looked at over 20 properties and fell in love with IMT Cool Springs. The management office is always incredibly pleasant and responsive. Emails and maintenance requests always receive a prompt response. They even recently helped me find a dog walker / sitter when I had a hip injury! The maintenance staff is always very professional and they never try to cut corners on repairs. They clearly believe in making repairs the correct way. I absolutely love the design of my apartment and upgrades. I am on the third floor and very rarely hear noise from outside unless the windows are open and children are playing. I always feel very safe which is important since my husband is often traveling. I tend to work late hours at times and have walked my dog well past midnight alone around the property and never felt unsafe. The resident events are not only frequent but also incredibly creative and the dog treats they keep in the office are a sweet touch. During the summer the pool is always a great place to relax and feel like you are at a resort while getting a chance to meet your neighbors who are always friendly and welcoming if you are in a social mood. You can't pick a better location with so many dining options in walking distance and pretty much every store you need within 5 minutes. I have lived all over the country. In apartments and houses and because of all of the things I have mentioned above, this is hands down, the absolute favorite place I have ever lived!

Best Location and schools in the area. I can have a home feel with an attached garage unlike other surrounding communities that have a sort of hotel feel. It's perfect for growing families with Nationally awarded schools. The office and Maitenance staff are quick at responding and care about your living experience- they pay attention to detail inside the home and on the grounds.

I have been at imt coolsprings since the change of ownership, it I love the new upgrades, talking with the staff I am looking forward to the other upgrades to the amenities. shout out to the staff they always help me get my packages, and the maintenance staff was very responsive this year when my heat went out. thank you very much I was nice and warm in the bitter cold.

After long hous of looking for an apartment we decided that IMT Cool Springs would be our new home. Hectic move from out of state. It was very stressful. We had some issues at our apartment when we first moved but luckily Eric assisted us with every issue we had, his customer service is superb, we can tell he really cares for his residents.
