Best Apartment Complex in Nashville!

It doesn’t get any better than this! This property is immaculate, from the property itself to the maintenace, leasing agents and managers. They are all so attentive and look you in the eye, and they actually care about you and what you need. The apartments themselves are clean, stylish, cozy and right on for the price! Honestly, this is one of the best places to live in the Nashville and surrounding areas. 5 stars.

Well Maintained

I have lived here 6 years and the maintenance staff is very good, especially Jeremy who has been a big help. The whole staff is punctual and efficient in resolving any issue that I have had. It's a good place to live.

This apartment is the best. Their staff is friendly and and very helpful when needed ! I've been living here for almost a year i believe and i have had 0 issues out of them. They are also GREAT with our big dogs and love on them every chance they get. Such a great place to live ( plus the food trucks every Thursday are great ) :)

Emergency Maintenance

Carl was the emergency maintenance person today, he was so helpful in solving my issue. He was at my apartment within 10 minutes of my call. I really appreciate the help and the quick response. I would have not been able to fix the problem without his help.

Sixteen years ago we rented here for 2 years until we found a house to purchase. We sold the house in 2021 and IMT Cool Springs was the first place I went to secure and apartment. Our apartment is updated and has everything you could ask for in a small home. The built in desk, bookcase, and shelving in the dining area are a plus that we enjoy.

It's been 4 years that I spent time in that apartment. Thanks to whole crew of IMT Cool springs. I still remember, you guys did great job during covid by taking care of maintenance and giving us packages from UPS/FedEx etc, what a brave job.

I have been a resident for only 2 weeks, but so far, everything has been great. The lone maintenance issue that I had was handled quickly. Staff has been very friendly and helpful. I look forward to checking out the amenities when warmer weather arrives.

Great place to live! I moved here from Indiana and Joseph was with me every step of the way to make my move seamless. He was always quick to respond and answer any questions or requests I had. Definitely a great place to live!

Carl is one the nicest mainteance workers. He did a great job ar our place. He just had a birthday so HAPPY BIRTHDAY! We would recommend having something for teenagers in the apartments. Basketball court would be ideal but not sure if possible.

You will read many good reviews about this apartment, but probably you will not read anywhere which is actually an issue. This apartment is very very costly in respect to it being in TN, which is supposed to be easy on pocket state. IMT doesn't follow any guidelines on rent increase. The average increase for most of the apartment in 2022 was 14%. Yes you read it right, 14% ...Management will turn deaf and blind if you go and raise this concern with the only option of leaving this apartment at lease end. A 2 bed room apartment will cost you $1900+ per month, you give $100 extra as installment payment and you can buy your own house. I wouldn't say it's worth living here long term. Trash collection is a problem. Recently at Christmas there were robberies in IMT. Gates stay open most of the time.

I have always enjoyed my interactions with the staff and especially been impressed with one of their maintenance employee, Andre. He is very professional, friendly and listens to my apt issues. He is respectful of my home and cleans up after the work is done. Very impressed with this staff and would recommend Imt Cool Springs to anyone searching for an apartment home in this area.

We have moved to the IMT Cool Springs just a week ago, but our experience started a couple of months ago when we came to visit the place to see if it suited us. Jonathan Jones was the agent that walk us through the location and that helped us with the reservation. He has been super helpful and kind since day one!

We like living here so far. It's very accessible to Cool Springs and downtown Franklin isn't far. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. Joseph has been super helpful and great to work with since we started the process.

We recently relocated our family from Santa Monica, CA to Franklin, TN and could not have done it without Joseph. He was very accessible, he answered all our questions, we were able to e-sign the lease agreement in CA and he even accommodated getting us the keys on a holiday weekend. We're extremely thankful for Joseph's efforts and are enjoying our new home and all the amenities at IMT Cool Springs.

Melissa : I love my apartment. It's the perfect size for me and I am so close to resturants etc. I also like that there are a bunch of amenities for you to use. I also like that my commute to work is so short. Perfect spot with lots of options :) I also really like Joseph. He was very professional and quick to respond to all of my emails prior to moving to IMT. when I came to IMT and did the walkthrough he answered any questions that I had and was able to respond to any issues that we saw during the walkthrough.

I have toured many apartments in the area and this is the one I would like to call home! Staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. This location has updated amenities and beautiful grounds not to mention close to a large variety of shopping. Highly encourage anyone looking, to check this place out!

Recently awoke on a cold morning to find the temperature in my apartment was 64’. Carl from maintenance was at my door within an hour of the office receiving my request to check my heating unit. Instant fix from Carl recognizing that my thermostat had defaulted to a lower temp after a brief power outage. Thanks Carl for cheerfully “fixing” something that I should have thought to check myself.

We recently moved from Canada to imt coolspings and it was very smooth process because of the leasing staff. We love the community. If you are looking to rent around cool springs. Imt has best apartments. They are clean renovated and maintenance staff is quick to respond. We had our bulb out on move in and they came right away to put a new one. Our move got delayed due to some covid related circumstances and Jake figured everything out for us and did a walk through online. Staff is very courteous helpful at imt. Ricky, Jacob and Joseph all of them are very helpful. I highly appreciate them for such a positive attitude and customer service.i asked thousand questions and sent several emails before moving in and they helped me out with all my concerns. After moving in as well they are always there to help their residents out and iron out concern if any. It feels like home to me. I love the apartment people working here and community. My kids are happy with having everything within community. Its quiet well taken care of.

I have lived here for a little over a year and would definitely recommend it. They have many floor plan options, and the location is super convenient. You're 5 minutes away from anything you need. The staff, including leasing, residential services and the maintenance folks, are all very responsive and helpful with anything you need. It's also convenient to get into Nashville and the historic, quaint part of downtown Franklin is only about 15-20 minutes away.

Coming from a sour experience at a community 2 blks away I had a very pleasant experience with my leasing agent Jonathan Jones. He was very helpful and quickly got me the unit I desired as well as a followup call that lead to a private garage. So far my experience with the maintenance staff has been excellent and the grounds always look immaculate. Would 100% recommend this property and Jonathan to anyone looking to move to the Franklin area!!

Great area! Highly recommend to someone wanting to start their journey in Franklin, TN! Low crime rate, close to the historic Franklin, downtown! Their representative was amazing, kind, reliable and easy to work with! I think his name is Johnathan! Great place overall!
