Please read the fine print in your lease agreement here. The management team aint all on the same page. Maintenence team is exceptional though.They start the eviction process if your 7 days late. Kinda sorry if you ask me.

The leasing office is great and we didn't have any problems moving in. When we had the snow/ice storm, they actually took care of the parking lot. Our trash compactor went out and they order another container for us to use. So far no issues in the apartment. There was a leak but it was immediately taken care of. The only complaint is there is not enough parking for the amount of cars near us so sometimes when we get home later we may not have a spot near our building. Also, some people do not clean up after their dogs but the office is good about sending reminders. Everything else has been great!

The office staff is great. They are very knowledgeable, friendly and get things done. The maintenance crew is excellent. They come as soon as they can and fix whatever the first. The grounds are kept as well as they can be.

Nice , laid back community never had any problems neighbors are cool & nice . Management are quick to come if I submit a request about the home . Easy move in as well and the people that work at the office are friendly and knowledgeable . Sariah is definitely very understanding , and sweet I definitely recommend her if your trying to move here .

My building caught fire within a week. Maintenance staff completed half a job, did it very poorly, promised to return the next day, and never came back. There's litter and garbage strewn about the walkways and parking lots, and not very many trash cans.

I enjoy these apartments very much. They have 2 pools to swim in during the summer. The laundry rooms are good. They have more than one laundry for convience. Minutes from downtown and Nashville Shores.

Dumpsters always overflowing down sidewalk. Cans at pet stations overflowing with fecal bags, smells horrible. Duct work caked with dirt. They do not have designated smoking units, cig smoke comes into ours and everything we have smells like cig smoke. Parking limited. Shelving and baseboards caked with grime. Look over everything before you move in. Open cabinets and look for bugs.

Moving from a single family home to an apt is a big change. The positive is that the mgt group attempts to maintain the property in good order, however the residents don't seem to share that same commitment. The grounds and laundry room are often lettered.

Not the worst! BUT the leasing office is limited at best. Me and a few neighbors put in requests to resolve a WASP INFESTATION. Two years now. And the office will get a bs pest control that does nothing. Don't be surprised when it happens to you.

Staff is quick to respond. Maintenance people are great. Property is kept very clean & landscaping is well maintained. Glad they let you paint. Car wash area is a great bonus!!! Vacuum is really convenient.

I have lived here for a total of 5 years. Each time I moved away, I came back. I love the staff, the maintenance team and the overall appearance of the grounds. I only wish they had 2 trash dumpsters.

The apartments are good and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The only thing I would recommend for the apartment complex is having a gate at the entrance to limit who comes in or out of the community. This would reduce theft and illegal trash dumping. The staff do what they can and I personally have not had any bad experiences but some people have had a few vehicles broken into.

Good overall. There's more trash about than id like but it's not terrible. Minimal bugs and the ones that are present are easily managed by store bought barrier spray. Would prefer if the wipes in the gym were more easily accessible and the laundry room trash was taken out more.

Nice community, but we do have a problem with residents leaving their trash in common areas, the fitness center is a plus otherwise I don't have any problems accept my rent goes up a $100.00 monthly after each year.

The rent is too high - the community fees added on are ridiculous. Paying what we pay for an apartment we can't even park in front of most days isn't worth it. All the vehicles that are broken down taking up space is extremely unnecessary. We've had a car broken into and now we're worried about having to fix another window every morning when we go outside. If I could get out of my lease without penalty I'd leave with the quickness. The amount of dog feces outside of our building is disgusting and sad. We're not happy here and can't wait to move!

Being here is convenient to travel anywhere I need to go. The staff always make sure my stay is safe and you need anything they are here to assist me with anything needed. I feel very blessed being in a small community where we feel safe and comfortable

Leasing staff is very friendly and helpful. Maintenance is quick to respond. Gym has nice equipment but there is no ac on. Studio apartments are by the main road so you can hear the constant traffic noise.

The community has been cool and good to me,but one issue you guys fail to address is parking space for residence. It would be nice,if parking permit is issued each bona-fide residence. Most times there are no parking space for residence,at this point I would suggest there will be a designated spot for visitors.

While my family and I have enjoyed our stay at MMA Park, the only complaints we have is the continuing problems with other residents not picking up poop after their pets have relieved themselves, residents lettting their dogs roam off leash, residents not taking care of their trash responsibly and tossing the trash into the tree lines, and residents children leaving their toys all over the yard or tearing into the landscape leaving rocks or tree limbs on the sidewalks. We've also noticed residents parking in non parking spaces causing difficulty in maneuvering around vehicles.

Its been ok. The maintenance people are nice. It's an old apartment complex. Everything is dated. Kitchens are rundown, bathrooms are the same. It's definitely overpriced. security is a joke, cars get broken into here all the time. There haven't been any house robberies as far as I know.

Just a heads up

Just a few heads up about this apartment complex. If you read anything about the trash compactor, it’s true. They need another one in addition to what they have to be honest. This place has roaches (outdoor and indoor). They crawl through the vents so make sure you keep food sealed and do your dishes. Also make sure you get yourself on the list to have your apartment sprayed. They come every Monday. If you are disabled I do not recommend you moving here. If you want accommodations you have to pay for the modification and people without handicap tags always park in those spaces. Maintenance is great! They will respond accordingly.

I been here not long but so far I love it! Apartments are well maintained inside and out. Safe community. Lots amenities. Dog park, Pools, Laundry room, and a gym and so much more. It's a quiet place.
