3 leaks in my apartment. One of the leaks had water pouring into a light fixture which posed a serious electrocution risk. Nothing has been fixed. Terrible service. They are worried about the outside looking pretty, but the apartments are just old and crappy

I love my apartment as well as my wonderful view of the sun setting on the river each evening. Riverset is very close to downtown excitement without the crowd. Knowing that I am just a short drive makes it easy for me. This is a great location where everyone wants to be.I have and will continue to recommend people to come live at Riverset Apartments.

Hi i stayed on natchez point riverset for more than 1 year. the staaf here is very friendly - i would specially like to mention this lady Jacqueline jackson - she always went over and above to make me and my family feel comfortable and at home. she was very friendly and always attending to any greivances we had. I also really liked to river view and the park in front of the apartments. The 4-5 pools that the complex have are more than adequate sometimes it was like our own private pool. And last but not the least the chocloate cookies which jacqueline offered us :) I would defi recommend this apartment complex. Regards, Nikhil shringarpure

I have rented with Riverset Apartments for 3 years now. As a professional school student, I was looking for a location close to school but not in the heart of downtown. The office staff was very helpful during my application process as most things had to be done via phone/email/fax because I was moving from another state. In my experience, I have had quick responses and solutions to the few maintenance request I've had in my 3 years here. The changes and updates being made throughout the facilities have been a great addition!

I am close to downtown and I still feel very safe. I have an amazing view of the river. Geralyn at the front is great. I moved to Memphis on a Thursday and she got me into my apartment on Saturday. It saved a lot of money not having to rent motel/hotel rooms for 2 weeks. Riverset would be a good choice for anyone looking to live in Memphis.

My apartment faces the river, and it's hard to beat the views my roommate and I get. It was the most affordable complex we found on Mud Island, and it is still within walking distance of Harbor Town and downtown Memphis. We were also looking at midtown, but this was not much more, and the location is much better. Staff has also been friendly as well. Overall, we're glad we chose Riverset.

Riverset is a superb Apartment Complex in the Harbor Town neighborhood of Memphis TN. I've lived here for 2 years and have gotten excellent service from all the staff on site. The apartments are reasonably priced, the pool area is spacious and cozy and rarely crowded. There is a killer workout-center complete with billiards area. they have a great party room and onsite vending machines. My dog and I have excellent room to walk and there is large areas with doggy bags for us, too. I love the tennis courts too- there's plenty of those around. The staff is great too- I'm friendly with Geralyn, Jackie, Miranda and Carmen and grab the free coffee n' treats when it's time to pay rent. They're a sweet bunch and very accomodating when it comes to helping out for minor apt. repairs and such. Never had a problem with noise-- Harbor Town is quiet in general, and the neighbors are very cool. Mostly students and professionals. I dig this place. Big Ups to Riverset!

The bugs are ridiculous, living near the water is awful. I was pleased with my overall experience with Riverset, now since the new management, my issues don't get addressed as quickly. They are going through remodeling so the noise sucks. I must say, Im most pleased with the location and my proximity to work. As a single person, its great that security is around and available at all times, even at night. All the emeneties are outdated. I've asked them to fix the unit outside my window 3 times and it has not been done. I'm ready to move asap!

Riverset Apt has done a great job since we moved here 3 yrs ago. When i need something fixed the front desk ladies usually get a work order service immediately. Recently my faucet was leaking, i reported it and within hours it was fixed Geralyn and Jacqueline at the front desk also helped me immensely when i was switching apartment few months ago, they returned phone calls immediately and even helped me find someone to clean my stove and help me move. They make living at Riverset easy and fun. I love living here would recommend it to anybody and even love the free cookies and coffe in the office.

It is not very good. It feels that things have gotten worse when the new management took over. Every maintenance request needs to be submitted at least twice. Even some more than twice and it won't get fixed. i recommended people to move into RiverSet, never again though.

This is a great community, the staff is very friendly and the maintenance services are good. They are relatively old apartments compared to the other ones on the mud island but they are making an effort to renovate them. They are very decently priced.

I am glad with the recent changes when it comes to maintainence requests. The staff have been trying to fix the maintainence requests quickly. The last two days it has been raining and the water starts seeping in front of my apartment and that is due to the pipe leaking at the place where it is being connected to anothe pipe. Hope someone can fix this

The office staff is always very helpful when I call. I am still having a problem with water coming in on my patio whenever it rains. I believe it is the landscaping around my apartment that lets water pour onto the patio. Other than that my experience has been a good one!

I've been at Riverset for several years and have not had any major issues. I had a problem with my stove and someone took care of the very next morning. The staff has always been friendly and helpful but then again I treat people the way I want to be treated.

I have lived here at Riverset for a while now. I'm happy here. They have a staff that is really attentive & have addressed all my needs & or issues that I may have incurred. I appreciate how they are always trying to renovate the outward appearance of the property as well. Great place to live, location is near everything downtown you could need. Under their new management things can only continue to get better. Love it here & probably will remain for quite some time.

I moved in a few months ago and so good so far. I did have a problem with my neighbor when I first moved in but they took care of the problem quickly. I do agree with other reviews about the people doing the window, they did left a mess in the window sills. But other then that I am happy here.

This was my first place to live after moving to memphis. Worst decision i ever made. This is a horrible place to live. Management is pathetic. The people hired to replace my windows raided my refrigerator (leaving their trash behind as evidence) and left trails of glue all over my carpet... Which I'm sure I will get stuck paying for when I leave.. The front staff just rolled their eyes when I went to the office to complain. When I called multiple times later for the manager, she was never available and of course never returned my calls. The new manager is a horrible example of management. Your calls will never be returned because she has either left early for the day or is in a meeting. But a little secret, if you ask for the number for the company she works for so you can speak to her supervisor she magically appears and can take your call. I was referred to as stupid by maintenance when I said my heat was not working and only cold air was blowing. I was told I keep it too cold and that I was using the ac and not the heat.... Even though it was turned to heat and it was 10 degrees colder in my apartment then it was set on. Not surprising since I was told the same thing when my ac didn't work this summer as well. And they say that MLGW does not know what they are talking about when it comes to setting your thermostat. If you follow their recommendations your unit will never work. Yes I was told that. Just another excuse for this place to give for something not working. Rent is going up to make the outside of the buildings look better. No changes to the inside... Old appliances, infestations of brown recluses. The decision to move to this apartment makes me regret ever moving to memphis. Don't make the same mistake I made.

Staff is a JOKE! The company needs to fire everyone in there. Every time you have a serious issue they duck out of handling in claiming they are in meetings ALL DAY. Who is in a 7 hour meeting? OK. Or they blame everything on their parent company stating they are not allowed to handle the specific issues. When you walk into the office they greet you like you're a problem not a resident. The staff has terrible attitude and terrible service. They are making efforts to improve the exterior of the building which is great but the interiors are so outdated, the units are overpriced. The location is great but the interiors need some serious updating. The people who paint in between residents get paint EVERYWHERE. Paint is all over the windows, floors, carpets, door handles, etc. I'm pretty sure my child could paint better than they do. Heating and air units are terrible out of date and break all the time. Half of the outlets in our unit do not work and the utility bills are so high! This is not an energy friendly community. There are no ceiling lights or fans in the unit either, we had to install our own.

Need updated appliances. In the past, community staff (office and maintenance) have been incompetent and slow. $20 pet rent/pet is ridiculous. Need a dog play area. Need pest control badly, there are spiders everywhere
