My stay has been short. I moved in October 2024. Thus far I have enjoyed staying here. The neighborhood and community is quiet and peaceful. I experienced my first maintenance concerns in March and April. The response time has been pretty decent for the first one. The second issue has not been completed, however there have been some attempts and communication.

We just moved in and need more time to say something. We just moved in here. Overall the place looks and feels good in terms of location and amenities. But we haven't received key cards for using many of the amenities.

It is a good option if you want to be close to the city, but also have somewhere safe and at a good price. Each apartment complex will have its difficulties, but the benefits outweigh the difficulties. We've had a few things that have taken a while to get fixed, but were eventually done so.

Good and nice environment, the apartment is quite pleasant and the maintenance is properly maintained. Only one this is kids play zone is very important for the family people to relax the kids in the weekends.

Everything is beautiful outside, and the neighborhood is really nice. The landscaping is well-maintained, and the common areas are always clean. I have moved to Memphis 3 years ago and have always lived at Riverset Apartments. Maintenance and office staff that have been there since have always been nice and helpful and understanding. Them adding a gate definitely helped with car break ins

The office staff is nice, professional but can be hard to contact sometimes. The maintenance staff is small so it might take a while for something to be fixed (2 weeks is the longest I've waited). The overall area is nice and safe but they could personally increase their security. My car was stolen less than 2 months into moving in and there wasn't much they could do to help.

It is a nice community and it's safe. We've had some trouble with our AC since we've moved in but all the other maintenance issues have been dealt with. I enjoy that harbor town is within walking distance.

I actually love it here, especially after the fencing and entrance gate was installed last year. No further vandalism since. Wish residents respected rules with pets and the dumpsters, Management is doing better with enforcement. Best place on the Island to live.

It's a good community, safe and secure. No safety issues, But the management has a money issue. By chance, if you overpay, forget about that. The manager will come up with the weirdest explanation to loot you. But if you owe a dollar, they will write letters and be ready to be threatened.

The community is very quiet and peaceful. Safety and security at the community is truly apreciable. Lot of restricted entry or exits from the complex. Apartments are decent, spatious. The location is closeby the beautiful river.

It's not been positive experience at all. No communication. I have created maintenance tickets and they sit for over 30 days. I'm continuously told someone will follow up and return regarding ongoing issues and no one return, call or follow up in general.

It's a nice place: quiet, and calm. Nice river park nearby when you want to be outside. Competent staff. ::fluff to fill in the minimum 200 cahracter requirement, since I do not have more to say, help!

It's a good place to live, especially nice for my baby who is 2.5 years old now. It's safe and big, so my baby enjoyed a lot inside. Water pool and gym is wonderful place for us. We hope we can live longer in this place.
