The location is great. The grounds/landscaping are kept in good condition. The people in management are friendly. As a resident for 7 months here, I'm just disappointed in the level of completion of work orders on things that need to get fixed. My washer/dryer combo has been going out for 5+ months and now has completely stopped working and I STILL don't have a definitive answer as to when it'll be fixed. I'm very frustrated with the lack of "getting the job done" at the Riverset Apts.

This is an awesome community, it's nice and quiet, maintenance workers are usually quick to get any problems fixed, the pools and workout gym are nice, and the overall upkeep of the property is good, I would like to have security at night though

We are enjoying our new apartments at Riverset. Everyone has been extremely 1st class. You always inform us when incidents occur. Thank you for being professional. We look forward to getting to know the staff here as we met a lot of you. I'm a tennis professional and was an alternate in the Olympics in table tennis. I'd be more than happy to run a tennis tournament tournament or pingpong tournament/exhibition for the community if you'd be interested. It's fun and anyone could participate. My dad was a National Champion. I really believe it would be a good time for all and it could possibly create new residents. No worries either way. Just let me know. Happy Holidays. Riverset is a fantastic place to live. It's gated so you feel safe. The on premise amenities are nice. Harbor Town is an amazing neighborhood. Management keeps the place well manicured. Maintenance is prompt and professional. I made the right choice renting here!

Poor staff communication. They hardly pick phones and neither inform beforehand . They just billed me $285 without informing prior to the work and not even having the option to chose my provider of service

It has overall been very positive, I haven't had many issues. Everything through move-in went very smoothly, and it was easy to contact management for help. I do think they could maybe use a few more office employee available during their office hours as lately I have been having trouble contacting someone.

Beautiful!! And Amazing views! I can tell I'm going to love my stay here. My associate was so nice and enjoyed showing me my unit and seeing the smile on my face to know what I had wanted. I'm anxious of living here and in this nice area.

Maintenance is very slow and unprofessional. Staff was not very helpful and communication is poor. You get what you pay for but overall the community is nice and feels very safe and quiet. In a good location.

So this is the first time i have rented an appt. From the time i walked in Guavin, showed me around and could answer all my questions. I told him I was not sure if I was going to rent an appt. or get an Airbnb, he understood, no pressure by him, the next day I walked back in, he remembered my name, and we talked about options, easy to work with, and stayed in communication as needed.

This is the worst place you can live in. Maintenance is not working such as facilities (pool, bbq area, tennis courts) are all without control and not working. They increase the rent and decrease services every year.

The office staff is phenomenal, the up keep of the ground is decent not because of the property because of the people. It's so many activities you can go to and do. And most importantly the safety and quietness is amazing.

The community is good but the maintenance system is very poor. It took them 10 days to respond to one of the maintenance requests I had after move-in because they didn't take care of a lot of things prior to my move-in. But then only one of the problems was taken care of and multiple others are still not taken care of even after a month.

The inconsistency in management is a concern. Since the property has been gated and there is a security guard at the gate. There appears to be a decrease in car thefts and break-ins. The office staff is not always customer friendly.

This complex has had its ups and downs over the years I've lived here, but they've always strived to improve. The setting is lovely, the gates installed are working well, and it is peaceful and quiet.

Easy experience with office staff. The apartment was in excellent shape upon move-in. Maintenance issues are always handled quickly and effectively. Safety has never been an issue. The grounds are above average in appearance and cleanliness. I've enjoyed living here.

I enjoy living here. Living next to the river and surrounded by these beautiful scenery. Close to downtown, restaurants and stores. I feel safe living here especially living in a gated community. Also I love having the washer and dryer in my apartment!

I really enjoy this community. I feel safe and it's very nice. I've lived here for 3 years and plan on staying for another renewal. Since I have lived here they have done several modifications such as gates, landscaping and improved security measures.

This apartment is my first place by myself. Not only is it beautiful and spacious and close to my job, but the leasing staff does a great job trying to engage the residents with occasional activities and events. The Spring and Summer are my favorite seasons here because the landscaping is great and the river is our front yard! I have to admit again that the staff on the grounds is fantastic.

Riverset is a good community to live in, especially if you are a student at a nearby institution. I feel safe and the complex is well-maintained. The maintenance staff is very attentive and quick to fix any issues. I would recommend!

Highly disappointed. Everything is falling apart old and outdated. The fact that it's priced the same as other complexes is insane. How can it be priced in the same ball park and the other complexes have way better amenities?

The complex was quiet and relaxing when we visited. Staff were polite and courteous. Seemed like there was a decent amount of parking. Decent amount of gym equipment, a racquetball court, and 5 separate outdoor swimming pools. Apartments did not seem to have built in microwaves.
