I like the Artisan Apartments location, and that it is quiet community. There are shops and restaurants on premises. I feel safe and secure. Their maintenance team is awesome, and very professional.

Overall, satisfactory experience with this community. The residents are great. The maintenance of the property could be a little better. For instance, lighting around the property isn't replaced for months and months when bulbs go out.

Apartment complex is well priced for what you get. Pool is great but the gym is terrible. Equipment broken, stolen and or ripped. Location is great with 183, the domain, and downtown all relatively in a good range. Staff here is not personable and there are 0 community events. Leasing terms to break are very strict compared to others I've lived at before and there is no negating so be sure you're committed to ride out a full lease. Life events or job moves don't account to them for anything you are just a number here. Cleaniness not sure if the place is ever pressure washed. The trash services leak when taking bags because residents don't leave their trash in their bins so the hallways are stairs get ruined. Plus the pot smoking residents here ruin a lot as well. Just overall place feels like a 2star out of 5 truly.

This is a great community with staff that cares to help you solve any issues that you may have. They are great with communication and trying to solve issues. They do however struggle at times to empty trash cans that lead to trash in the grass.

Nice location but noise from Parmer Ln is very loud if you are located close to the front. Upkeep of area seems to have diminished as new residents have moved in. Smell of smoke in stairwells, trash as times, etc.

Avoid this community at all costs. Management is ineffective and slow to respond if not completely unresponsive. Maintenance is incompetent. And all staff know how to do is deflect and act like you are bothering them. As a retail outlet on the property, I have lost significant revenue due to poor management, and did I mention theft from an onsite breaking behind the provided secured gates.

I have not moved into my apartment 1 week after sending the application. The communication from the management is extremely poor. No idea when the apartment will be ready yet they put it as AVAILABLE on their website. The community itself looks clean and safe and good place to live in. Even when visiting for viewing the apartments they had posted as AVAILABLE was unable for viewing as they were all under repairs. Unacceptable.

Dissatisfied that the maintenance tickets were closed but the requests were not completed, I was not called or notified as to why the tickets were closed. No one called or stopped by. Trash in the community area by the grills are always pilled up and overflowing.

It took a few maintenance orders and a few calls to the front desk which weren't answered most of the time to finally get someone out to my apartment almost a month later. Wish they were more on it when it comes to maintenance orders but it was fixed eventually.

Thank you again for replacing my microwave last week?I really appreciate it. I did want to mention that during the process, the counters were scratched, likely from moving the old or new microwave. Look I am frustrated right now you don't want me leaving a review. I've had a very lovely experience here other than the past few months I actually recommended my friend to come live here and even he has had issue with the maintenance request. His AC completely stopped working and he called emergency maintenance six times and got nothing back and when he went to the office and talked to the person in the office, they said they'd get to it when they get to it. One of the perks of renting is you don't have to deal with maintenance issues if I'm gonna have to deal with my own and go get reimbursed and fight the apartment complex for them I'm going to go live somewhere else. Other than these last few months, it has been a great experience here I enjoy the community. It's a quiet area and it's in a good location.

This apartment complex has been great. Neighbors are friendly and quiet. Staff is helpful. Units are nice and well maintained. And the prices are fair. There are a lot of areas to walk around and enjoy the outdoors and shops and restaurants that bring a nice touch to the place. I would recommend living here to anyone I know.

Maintenance is awful , takes weeks to get anything done . My car widow was smashed because this complex has zero cameras and no one is ever held accountable . My building (15) has 2 Maintenance people living in it and its disgusting . Trash everywhere the glass that was broken from the cars is still laying in the street and its been months . I watched as 2 months went by before 15 beer cans and beer bottles were ever picked up that were sitting on sidewalk . Trash in park area over flows and blows everywhere. I will not be renewing my lease here.

It's a beautiful community with large pool and beautiful trees all along the buildings. There is a variety of retail and restaurant establishments at the front of the community. Management, however, seems somewhat aloof and have difficulty properly managing maintenance issues.

Mostly love the place. Could hire more staff for maintenance but great place to chill. Love being close to the city without having to pay ridiculous city prices for an apartment this size. Staff is friendly and professional.
