Slightly expensive for Austin. Chilled water system can get expensive. Wouldn't expect chilled water bill in summer to get so expensive. Community is great. Everything is close and handy. Good locality.

The staff is phenomenal. The apartments are at a great price. The area is amazing and when I moved in the apartment was super clean and Lisa the manager has an eye for detail and she will get it fixed if something's wrong.

They completed the repair very kindly. If there is one issue with my unit right now, it would be the noise. It is extremely, extremely loud at times, which makes my room quite uncomfortable. It would be helpful if residents were notified in advance about units with higher noise levels so they could make a more informed decision when choosing their apartment.

It's an okay place to live. I feel that paying $50 for "secure" parking and the gate not working makes it a waste of money. The $50 should be removed while the gate is broken. This fee is ridiculous when you are not getting what you pay for.

Good community. Maintenance is pretty quick even in bad weather conditions. Gym is fine. 3 swimming pools are a good addition. Their renovated apartments are really really nice. Overall it's a good place to stay.

City vibe with shops and nightlife, yet practical, comfy, clean and space. Being at the Domain, you are in the heart of a small, upscale city that is also very close to the Q2 soccer stadium. It's fun to have a great night out or just chill with take out from many of the great nearby restaurants.

Close to The Domain so noisy at night ( due to bars etc) and some residents don't puck up after their pets. Apartments are good condition and close to dog park, restaurants, IPIC, and shopping! Very walkable.

There's water leaks beneath both my sinks and my cabinets are falling apart. The bathroom is wildly outdated. That being said for a rent increase I can upgrade. The property is gorgeous! Neighbors are friendly and staff so attentive and helpful. Highly recommend getting an upgraded unit!
