It's a quiet community and the office stat are very helpful. Maintenance gets done quickly. I am very grateful to be living on this property. Kitchen needs to be upgraded but other than that it's great.

Cleaning up after any fixes would be greatly appreciated. There are glue stains in the floor and counter tops. Additionally, having proper communication between the resident and the staff is essential for proper documentation. Emails and phone calls are preferred over texts.

The Verandah at Grandview is a lovely community nestled up to a natural preserve. The complex is large, but has a home field to it. It's a dog friendly community and I enjoy living here. The apartment is spacious and I enjoy the sunset views!

Awesome apartment community love the staff here. Finding information was easy and talking to the leasing team was very simple and fast. I recommend people come take a look at the verandah if they want something nice cozy and comfortable.

This apartment has a large kitchen area and the rooms are spacious. I love the front pool that is available to use and there are two pools here, as well. The apartment is bright with all the windows so it's nice for all my plants.

This place used to be beautiful with many amenities, ample parking, great office staff who communicated with you, timely maintenance requests fulfilled, etc. It is the exact opposite now. They also don't acknowledge or fulfill renewal perks such as new ceiling fans, drip pans, carpet cleaning, etc.

The community is really quiet, you couldn't ask for it to be quieter, super close to everything you could ask for. For security if you live to the left hand side of the office the gate is pretty much obsolete since you can park on the other side and walk in, so why have the gate? The handy person are pretty responsive at least for me a few days and they get to it. Had some issues when I first moved in where the towel rack was not screwed in, screw and small nails in the carpet and part of the carpet near the kitchen feels like the nail are sticking out. Parking is an issue, at least on the left side there is not enough so if you come after 8:30pm your pretty much out of luck, and have to park on the other side or park at the office and walk to your apartment.

The community is nice but office staff is not consistent. One person tells you I e thing and then another person tells you something different. If you turn in a maintenance request you get the email stating the job was done, before the work was even started

I love these apartments, they're away from downtown, surrounded by nature, and are positioned near lake Travis but have the high ground. The view is beautiful, and the facility is surrounded and embedded with nature.

Amenities are always closed or broken, pools never open, and the gate is constantly out of order. Parking is a nightmare thanks to constant construction. Management is completely clueless and doesn't care about residents. Raise a concern, and they make you feel like the problem. Nothing ever gets fixed?my apartment took seven months for a single maintenance request. Avoid this place. Period.

Beautiful community, friendly staff, but maintenance issues are rarely fixed on the first visit. Great pool and gym, lots of kid friendly activities hosted for residents, and respectful neighbors. Location is gorgeous and beautiful and staff is very communicative

The new management is definitely making changes for the better. The community is quiet and neighborly. Exiting the complex can be tricky because traffic on 620 is usually horrible! It would be nice if there was more than one way to exit the community like other complexes on 620.

Great community tucked back up against the canyon, office staff and maintenance are attentive and make sure things are going well. The main pool area is a great place to relax in the summer and the fire pit is great in the winter time.

It's a good community and it's pretty but the nightmarish application process and ungodly fees have nearly made me just say screw it and give up. They are very poor at making exemptions for the application process because it's broken.

We love the verandah. The views are amazing and the community feels very safe. We use the pool and gym constantly. Our apartment layout is great and we never have trouble finding parking. We looked at all the other communities in the area and this was our place.

I have found that the Verandah is more interested in receiving their monthly charges and rent than satisfying obligations to fix problems that arise within the building. I have called the maintenance line several times and still have difficulty with getting correct response and or answer there does not seem to be a solution for my water meter issue so I must continue to pay over the actual usage of what I have been using.
