My overall experience at this property has been wonderful. Bailey and Alexa were awesome in assisting me in the move in process and the day of move in. The apartment was clean as of it was a newly built rental.

I enjoy the location of my apt that is close to Dr & Dentists, theater, HEB & a variety to Restaurants. We are located in a Canyon of beautiful trees and a Village is a community of friendly neighbors

Very hands off, which is a good thing. Complexes that micromanage everyone may seem good because it keeps people "in check" but in reality things work fine without breathing down people's necks. But, whenever I've needed help or noticed something wrong, I've been able to get the issue resolved extremely easily.

Don’t wastes your time
This was once a nice place to live. But just like everything else, it ages. The grounds are barely kept, the patio furniture is outdated. The gym equipment needs an overhaul. Management is rude and unprofessional.

Enjoyment turned to frustration
A quick side note the previous reviews look like the staff wrote them not actually people living here. The TVs in the gym have not worked for over 3 months. A wall remote was installed and worked for about a week. They have been notified for months yet play dumb every time it is brought up. They refuse to do anything about them. Also, the 60lb. Weight is broken, the 30 lb. Weight is missing, the leg press is broken, a cable on the cable machine is broken and a treadmill is broken. Quite the gym! They list a dog park in between building 12, 13, and 15 that does not actually exist. There is only one real dog park for the entire facility after they locked up the other one and threatened to fine anyone using it.

I've been in this community for over 16 years and lived in 3 different units during this time. The front office staffs have always been quick to resolve any issues I have had and are so friendly and helpful. The maintenance teams over the years have been great! They are always professional and respond to service requests promptly. I appreciate the care everyone gives in our community!

Love this apartment complex! Amenities are some of the best I've seen, and price is far lower than most others in this area! Everyone is very respectful of each other's space, and are very courteous! I love living here!

Staff should be more open to giving residents resources for help with rental assistance if they ever need it. Property management should be open to working with residents when it comes to being late on rent. They should have options to accommodate the resident.

Miss former management. Used to have excellent customer service. The Fetch delivery system is not reliable & I have to reschedule package delivery several times which means I don't get that mail in a timeline manner.

There has been some changes in management teams and occasionally some issues with communication with the staff but I think the issues are mostly resolved as residents and office team know each other better. There's are still occasional problems with dog litters and trash on the property but things are much better now. The office staff and maintenance team are responding professionally and with courtesy to residents requests and questions.

I can't wait until my lease is up - so many issues with this place. it has gone down hill since I moved in. They don't follow up with they say there are going to do and the grounds are a mess and never looks cleaned up

We initially had the move in date for June 3 but were not able to come until a week later and they held the apartment for us without any issues and pro rated the rent for the first month. We also changed our lease term last minute without any issues. Prior to moving in I found a lot of negative reviews from about a year ago which made me worry but my experience so far has been good and I have no complaints.

It has been very good. Quiet neighborhood. There have been some problems with key fob to pool and workout facilities but management is quick to respond. Entry gate sometimes key pad sometimes is faulty but again management/maintenance is quick to respond

Beautiful community & area. Very nice staff, they mostly mean well, but do not fulfill their statements or promises. I figure they will just tell me something at the time to please me. When it comes down to it they do not fully remember or state that they don't have the authority. "only corporate"

i have been living same apartment for 6 years , i have debt for 800 dollars i pay on time just during the pandemic i get a late fee last administration mess with my acct, i have called the office over and over to clean and fix my acct no positive solution i do not have money for pay 800 extra. I pay lyft for transportation every day.

Don't bother
"Luxury" in that there are granite counter tops and brushed aluminum appliances. When things break - and they will, I've never lived anywhere where so many things have broken - expect to be waiting until the end of time for them to be fixed. The dishwasher broke. The AC broke, twice. The refrigerator made a horrible screeching noise. The armature of the toilet flush rusted away, for heaven's sake, which I didn't even know was possible. They don't answer the phone, ever - it goes straight to a voicemail tree. This is their idea of "luxury".

My experience have been good stay at the Verandah Grandview Hills Apts. The issue was taken care of right away the day it happened. They even had someone inspect the work the next day. The inspection was good.

Great place and nice manager including Mr. Castro the assistant manager. I really enjoy living at the Verandah. The place is nice and the property is well maintained. I have recommend it to my friends and family.

Generally has gone downhill, with the office being less and less useful as they have rejected more and more of the services they once provided. Maintenance of the gym was completely abandoned for 12+ months and only recently has been brought up to generally acceptable shape. The parking has gotten worse and worse and no clear lines for parking spots have been painted in what looks like 15 years. The cabinets are old and worn, the countertops particle board is falling apart by the dishwasher, and several of the on premise grills are clogged from animals or birds and rusted out. Generally I would NOT call this a "luxury" apartment complex and is really just midgrade low-income neighborhood. Leaves are never cleaned from driveways and sidewalks are often littered with branches or sticks for weeks on end, much of the grass is dead and it's just dirt/mud. The gate literally hasn't worked for about 50% of the 3.5 years I've lived here. One of the counterweights for the large window in the living room broke from normal usage within the first attempt to open it and the maintenance staff came and their report simply said "try lifting it from the other side"

This is hands down one of the nicest and safest communities I've ever lived in. Within the first two days of moving in, I've already met multiple neighbors. All very nice, dog friendly, and offered to help me move. The staff has gone above and beyond to ensure everything was ready for me to move in! So excited to call this my home ??

Welp the first unit I was in constantly flooded for 3 yrs and is still uninhabited to this day. Finally relocated to a new unit at my own moving expense and an increase of rent to the tune of about $200/month. Was given a choice to move for more rent, continue to stay in a flooding apt, or terminate my lease... Pretty frustrating, especially after I lost 2 sets of furniture due to the leaking Unit. Was basically treated like it was my issue by previous management and there wasn't anything they could do. New management seems to be slightly better, however there are still PLENTY of outstanding issues that would prevent me from recommending it.

Availability was good but there were small issues with the apartment, cabinets were severely degraded, smoke detectors going off, sulfur in the hot water heater. More attention is required prior to move in.

It's been good all the up until you need an update on anything. They give you the runaround and rush you off the phone. So hopefully this is enough to get an update or at least offer an alternative to washing my clothes
