It's a nice community with good looking structures. The parking can be a little tight later at night but that can be overlooked with the amount of parking, a little walk isn't a big deal. It's clean and welcoming and green

    Great community, spacious floorplans, love the pool & nice gym (even though I don't go, lol) Great staff. I do miss the food trucks that use to come to office. Peaceful & quiet community all around!! Great shopping around area as well.

      Don't. It's affordable, yes, but if you have any maintenance issues (minor or urgent) expect them to take at least a month to even process request. And when they do "complete" a work order they don't actually do all the work requested. We're going on a month with our patio door not closing and two weeks with a broken appliance.

        I like that the current maintenance staff seems to care about doing a good job. This was an emergency issue. And it was the first emergency issue I have had to call in since I have lived here. I was surprised an appreciative of the quick response I got.

          The owners use too many 3rd party apps for all of their services, creating additional and unnecessary headaches for residents and employees alike. Hire a programmer, build ONE app that encompasses everything your residents will need.

                  Community is good and quiet. Ample parking spaces. Maintenance is very bad and front office takes forever to answer calls. If you call 100 times, they might just pick up the phone 1 time if you get lucky.

                    We had issues from the beginning. Over charged for insurance and move in, things were broken and missing. Not fixed for months. Management blows it off or drags it out or just doesn't care. I said all I need to say. I am not the only one I'm sure.

                      I was left with a very good impression of the verandah. I wanted to submit an application as soon as I got home from my tour. The property was very well kept and the assistant manager Louis was very helpful and kind along the way, making sure we saw what we wanted to in the units.

                          I truly love my apartment. It is a wonderful space with a great view. The pool and amenities are exceptional for what we pay. Our rent is very affordable especially for the area we are in. my ONLY complaint is that management does not answer the phone. Ever.

                            Moving in wasn't that great of an experience. The office workers seem like they're doing something shady. My water bill is in question and now I'm having a lot of issues with no response from the office staff. Other than the maintenance and the office workers I like my apartment I just wish they were more professional.

                              Overall twe have had great neighbors. We have restaurants and other shops in walking distance. We have a very good gym and a neighborhood to walk and run in. The complex is older, but staff responds very quickly.

                                    The view is amazing on the west side and it's a great location. Needs some major TLC to the exterior and grounds. When I moved in I was told it would be soon when that would happen. It's been almost a year since then and nothing has been improved.

                                      Although the complex is a little older than others in the area, renovated units give a fresh feel. The adjacent conservation easement is also a big plus. Parking is a little hectic at times and can make you walk a little which isn't fun if you are lugging groceries and the like.

                                        It has declined disastrously the past 7 years. The landscaping is basically dead, not enough staff are on hand, package reception does not exist. The gym needs to have the televisions put back up, and hand towels to wipe down the equipment should always be on hand. The gates work properly some of the time at best. When we moved in until around 7 years ago Verandah was an "A" property. Now it is C- at best.

                                          It's been very hard to navigate dealing with the office. My move in was initially delayed as well which left me without a place to live, overall they're very unorganized and unprofessional. The gym has 90% broken or old machines that don't work well. I even found one of the male staff using the women's gym restroom one time. Just really frustrating in the end.
