Lovely and clean property. We enjoyed our tour with Esteban as he was informative, personable, and patient. The location of the complex is great as it's walking distance to a shopping center - a plus if you have no means of transportation yet. Great property, amenities, and overall experience.

The layout of the studio is great and spacious for a studio. I like that a carport and wash/dryer are included. Esteban was knowledgeable and friendly. The complex continues on being one of my top picks due to affordability & amenities.

Ashley was so informative and very friendly. She made me feel like I was home before seeing any unit! Everything was clean and honestly looked just like the website photos. Maintenance comes at a reasonable time period. All pros and no cons!

The property was dirty, trash along the back fence, no parking, lots of trash in the hallways. They said it was due to painting but there was a ladder laying in the middle of the sidewalk and trash all outside the apartment

The community is close to all amenities and work , and I highly recommend it. It's close to HEB and sam's and numerous restaurants. My proximity to 183 and the toll road gives me quick access. Too many shopping areas and austin..

Nice apartments clean and safe. Close to HEB, Alamo Draft House, and the Lakeline Mall right in your backyard. I love living here it so quiet and home is filling. Love having a hot tub and pool to use

The property is making improvements to the community areas. This time has been a bit stressful as the office asks for continued understanding of the imposed inconveniences while improvements are made. This is normal, but the announcement manner that these inconveniences have been distributed to residents leaves much to be desired. I will be happy once the improvements are done and no longer receive vague threatening emails regarding how cars may be towed at owners expense if in the way of work, but without additional context of where or when work will be happening. I will be very dissatisfied if the property intends to increase rent due to the imposed improvements that have caused several inconveniences. If rent does down or remains the same I would consider renewing my lease.

Community is friendly and the space is clean. The ambience of trees between the buildings makes the complex feel like your within nature. So far everything has been good. I like the facilities like the gym and pool area.

Looks wise it's a nice place to rent. I enjoy walking around the complex and admiring the landscape. They have great amenities and haven't had any issues. They're under new management and have noticed huge improvements with the community.

I love it! No one has ever bothered me or my belongings. My neighbor's have also been friendly and respectful. I love that although it's an older complex it's well kept. I would definitely recommend this complex for any family.

Apartment complex is awesome! It's nice and quiet and in a great location. It's affordable and close to wear I work which is very convenient. The amenities are great and I have had no personal issue with break ins or bad neighbors.

I was looking for an apartment with a view of trees or a greenbelt. This complex fulfilled my request. And as an added bonus, my first floor apartment had a backyard with the patio. The apartment complex is clean and well maintained. I moved in late January of 2025, and management has had at least four fun gatherings for their residents. I am very happy I chose this apartment complex.

I have been renting here since 2024 this community has been very nice and peaceful. Not a lot of crime and they lots of social gatherings to make you feel apart of the community. They also have a pool that they keep up to date.

Mid tier apartment complex. The apartment is poorly put together. All drawers come out crooked. Splintered every single cabinet when installing the handles.Everything is cheap. Decent location. Works for living in I guess.
