I moved in June 2020, and I have been extremely satisfied with every aspect of living at Lakeline East apartments. The staff has been exceptional in communicating with me and have responded and completed all requests. I just signed my second year lease.

My experience living here has been great. The property is very quiet, well maintained & the pool area is lovely. There are many dogs & there is never any dog poopy anywhere, unlike other complexes. Very pleased with my choice to live here.

This apartment complex is nice, I like the green spaces, the pool and gym, and the package lockers. Maintenance is generally fast to respond. There is a foul odor in some areas of the complex, not sure what it's from.

Friendly support staff. The grounds are well kept. Regular trash removal so the bins are rarely overflowing. The community pool, hot tub and gym are all well cared for. Great location that's close to everything!

Very good location. Promptness in maintenance requirements. Two years ago they changed owners and Administration, then with it came the Covid-19, as a result of this everything changed. General maintenance of the entire complex is required, preventive maintenance is ideal for the satisfaction of the residents and avoid deterioration of the entire complex. Return the activities that were done monthly for the residents and make all the amenity areas available.

Great floor plans, decent dog park, and nice office staff; however, I'd like to see more dog stations throughout the property. The prices are about average for comparable floor plans at other complexes.

Love the community! The office staff and residents make this place feel like a home. The maintenance team complete my work orders in a timely manner and they never disappoint. I will be renewing, the leasing girls, Kelly and Nathalia are great!

Every person brings their dogs to my balcony to take a dump and urinate. The maintenance guys repaired my sink because it come loose however they smeared silicon all inside the sink and left wooden 2 x 4s underneath to hold it up BUT THEY NEVER RETURNED TO CLEAN THE SILICON AND REMOVE THE 2?4 BOARDS. THE CABINETS ARE STARTING TO COME APART IN THE BATHROOM AND KITCHEN. THE PAINT ON WALLS IS A POWDERY WHITE THAT RUBS OFF ANYTIME YOU TOUCH IT. THE FLOOR MOVES IN THE LIVING ROOM WHENEVER YOU WALK ON IT FURNITURE SHAKES. THE PAINTERS DIDN'T CLEAN OUR DOORS AFTER PAINTING THE WALKWAYS. IT JUST GOES ON AND ON.

When I first moved it the grounds were great and people picked up after their pets. Now there are a different class of people living here and they never pickup after the dogs and they are very noisy .

I moved into this apartment community in June 2021 and have has a positive experience so far. The maintenance staff is very friendly and usually can complete requests in 24-48 hours. The package locker system is also a nice convenience.

the staff are very nice and accommodating. you constantly see the grounds people attending to this and that. The location is great close to major freeways and easily accessible. Being so close to a grocery store is quite nice as well. In general the noise is minimal too, no real complaints.

Application process/move in was not easy/smooth. Leasing office staff/maintenance crew could be more professional. Leasing office staff don't always respond to emails so you will have to chase them down. Complaints are not always resolved. Neighbors love to slam their apt door; your apt will literally shake each and every time. As others have mentioned, property grounds need to be cleaner(there's lots of dog poop everywhere and tons of different and crazy looking insects in the pool area, parking lots and the buildings stairs.) Pool/Jacuzzi water needs to be cleaned more often. Too many bugs in the water and leaves. A lot of huge broken trees still not picked up from February's winter storm. Communication was horrible during that winter storm. They totally failed/bailed on us. Hopefully it never happens again because the building pretty much left the tenants to survive on their own. There was no support. Even on other winter days they never put salt on the ground or shovel.. Winters are a bad/dangerous experience in this complex. It's pretty obvious management doesn't walk around the whole property to check up on it.

Experience has been great, staff is attentive and helpful when needed. Maintenance is always on top of things. Scenery is beautiful and always well kept. Location is amazing and close to everything we need.

My apartment is very nice. I like it but also has some problems because it's next to swimming pool and somebody doesn't care over night time. I mean they are very noisy over night and I need to rest that time. But that's ok. Thank you

The neighbors are nice and it's very dog friendly. I haven't been here long but so far so good. My only complaint is I wish the apartment was gated so I would feel safer walking my dog at night. Other than that I would recommend moving here.

Office staff and maintenance are friendly and attentive. Issues get resolved quickly. The building numbers are old and are not obviously displayed. It's hard to find your way around because the building numbers are hidden behind the covered parking.

I've been extremely pleased with living in this complex! I have lived here for 2-1/2 yrs and can't say enough positive things about my experience. I've had very few maintenance issues and any that I have had, were addressed rapidly, when I leave messages for office staff, they are prompt to return my call. The apartment doesn't have any noise issues and I love the location. Also, during Covid, they did a great job of providing food trucks that came each week. I highly recommend this complex!

Very nice place to live, within walking distance to EVERYTHING you need, from heb, movie theatre, mall etc... property is kept up very well, excellent office staff . The community is pet friendly as well.

During the winter crisis there was no communication from management about our power restoration or even water restoration. Unlike the management from other apartment complexes. That was disappointing.

Overall pretty good. Maintenence is quick, the staff is friendly, the units are fine. The parking situation is atrocious. If you have more than one car for your unit, or frequently have guests, finding parking will be a constant battle. Fairly noisy if you have an upstairs neighbor. The landscaping has slowly deteriorated over time, and has not been maintained well, particularly after new management took over.
