This apartment has been great until this incident with maintenance not showing up and completely a request without doing the work. Also high rent increase this year after I was promised it would only be max $50-75 but "market has changed".

My experience was great. Kelly, one of the staff members was outstanding, explained everything in details. Gave me a tour, even invited to for BBQ the next day at the pool with some of the other staff members and residents. Can't say enough good things about my experience my first day here.

Overall good. Not happy with this service request. It' been 6 weeks with no completion. I wish the follow through was much better. If I am expected to pay rent on time. I expect the service call to be resolved in a timely fashion.

Apt was dirty in places when I moved in. Apparently I'm not familiar with mgmt type of apts. I found the paint job sloppy and too many issues like a dented refrigerator & garage, kitchen cabinet top and bottoms peeling, bathroom caulking incomplete and other issues. I epected a top notch apt and I was disappointed when I moved in.

My cloth dryer was not working since 26dec after 8 days they told me that need to order new dryer because the old one is they first came to my apartment they did said anything they said that staff is short due to holidays

I mean with every place you have your good and bad. I came here because I dont have a car. The leasing agent I spoke to was nice. Another one likes to gossip about topics some about tenants just coming and going. Maintenance is generally great but I have been waiting for the rest of my a/c drainpan issue to be fixed only to now wake up to a sound and notice opposite side is leaking lots of water

Lakeline Eat apartments is a great place to live. You have the convenience of a HEB right across the street and Lakeline mall is about a 5 minute drive or less. You are close to 183 and 45. These apts are very quiet except for the occasional dog barking which is natural.The maintenance team is right on top of your work orders. The only complaint I have is there are not enough open parking spaces for guests and the apartment people won't do anything about cars that are in parking places for a long time and the cars never move. There should be some kind of way to stop this from happening

Mostly quit. Grounds are kept up. Trash is routinely overflowing. They seem reluctant to pay for more frequent pickups or additional dumpsters. Removed several of the recycling bins from the property. Maintenance will avoid making repairs if they feel it may cost more than they want to spend.

Maintenance issues were not solved for the last two weeks. Someone must take care of things or someone must update regarding the issues, but no one takes care of them yet. The apartment has a great location to access community services.

I met the manager couple years ago in different apt, she and other leasing agents are very friendly. Neighbors are friendly so far. I loved the interior seems very cozy. My unit has great privacy that I love. I saw an baby owl the other day outside from my balcony, that was very cool!

I love it here! Very well maintained. Maintenance issues handled promptly. Convenient to all kinds of shopping, too! I have great neighbors and the staff is very friendly and accommodating . My apartment is spacious and has a nice vibe. Lots of windows and light and surrounded by trees!

I have disliked this community from the moment I walked into the apartment. It is in an ideal location and has so much potential, but it has been ruined by the people and low quality furnishings. The apartment itself is very junky as all of the cabinets are uneven, the color scheme is unappealing, and the closets are flimsy. Aside from the actual apartment, I have had terrible experiences with my neighbors and management has done nothing about it. Several neighbors have written emails to express concerns of drug abuse, drug dealing, and animal neglect, but no actions have been done. On a positive note, the maintenance team is fantastic and are always kind and helpful. If I were to give advice on possible changes, I would suggest doing a better job screening the residents during the application process. I would also advise no constructing apartments with paper thin walls as it is an inconvenience to hear each neighbor at all times of the day and night.

Mostly ok. I like the privacy, the proximity to shops and the mini gym. I wish people picked up their dog crap over here though!! Covered parking is a huge perk and the lockers for packages is helpful to prevent package theft.

I have enjoyed my apartment so far. My neighbors are quiet and courteous. I like my covered parking spot. My biggest complaint is that i live right above the dumpster and the garbage truck always comes in the early hours of the morning and its not possible to sleep through the noise. The gym at the front of the complex is serviceable. IMO throw out that smith machine and buy 2 power racks with a deadlift platform and the gym could be a serious draw for residents. As it is now I have to keep my gym membership.

So far I have really enjoyed living in this community, we have plenty of amenities for all of us to enjoy. We have a nice view from our living room on the 3rd floor. Overall the property is really clean.
