Wonderful experience. Loved the community. The grounds were perfectly kept... location was awesome!! I had to move to be closer to my business in Pflugerville and really hated to leave. Lakeline was such a positive experience for my Westood high school daughter as well. Always felt very on first floor and at night when I worked into the late hours of the night. Management always very accommodating. Will miss you Lakeline East!

So far so good! The place has a great look with lots of space. Utilities and appliances are very nice. I also noticed that the water tastes exceptionally good. Staff seems friendly and the property is well kept. The location is awesome too! Right across from heb plus and Alamo draft house.

I just moved into the apartments but so far the office staff has been extremely helpful. Everyone was so patient and kind with my questions and I am grateful. There is a great atmosphere at Lakeline and I look forward to spending the next year getting to know the staff and my neighbors.

It was very easy and efficient. Apartment looked great and the staff were very friendly. It is very close to main businesses and reataurants. The amenities are nice and everything is exactly as described. Only thing I wish for is that there were running trails nearby.

Overall, it was a pleasant experience. Leasing agents are likeable and the welcome gifts that were in our home upon move-in were perfect! I could not ask for anything better as far as the appearance of the community and location are concerned.

I really enjoy living at Lakeline Apartments. The pool and hot tub area are wonderful, clean and well-maintained. There are 3 dog parks, 2 of which are right by my apartment which was great moving my dog from a house w/ a backyard to apartment life. The location is great--everything I need is super close---super HEB, Target, Starbucks, nail places and restaurants. Easy access to highway 183 which will connect you to anywhere you need to go. I would highly recommend Lakeline Apts!

This location is very convenient. It has helped a lot for us just moving here and getting settled to be living so close to a super market. It's new and pet friendly. Everyone working here is polite and professional. Overall best apartment complex I've ever lived in.

I've only been there one week, but my neighbors say hi. Which is cool. I also enjoy walking to the HEB. I plan on taking advantage of the bike you can sign out at the office. Anyway, the hardwood floors are nice, as well as the grounds. Stuff and junk.

Recently moved to this this community an everything has been going good thus far. Very quiet and everyone appears very friendly. I like that you'll have a covered parking spot. Move-in in generally was very smooth. I felt supported throughout the entire process.

I have lived in this apartment since it first opened. I've never really had any issues. Staff is friendly. They remember me when I walk into the office. The only big noise issue I have is from the traffic. It is easy to walk to the mall and the movie theater.

So far so great. The noise from the upstairs neighbors is unbearable. Please do something about it. I can hear the kids running sometimes as late as midnight. I have to wake up early! Perhaps you could tell the upstairs neighbors to be conscious after 10 PM.

I'm an original resident. I love living here, but rent increased dramatically since moving in. Sadly, this drives away good residents; losing the apartments money long term because it costs money preparing for new residents. Because it takes more to pay maintenance and cleaning crews to fix up the apartments, as well as an uninhabited apartment costing the apartments money. If an apartment remains unoccupied for a minimal time, say 2 weeks, it has already lost more money annually ever gained from increasing the rent by $75 per money. The apartments are willing to "gain" $900 annually by raising rent, but lose hundred spent in work hours, and the loss of rent from unoccupied apartments. Break the rent-trap trend happening in Austin, shock EVERYONE by not increasing rent for a year (or even reducing slightly) and I think you will see a massive gain in profit, and resident satisfaction. Word will travel, and EVERYONE will want to live here. I'm an original renter, and I want to live here until I can purchase a house. I help keep the neighborhood in good order by picking up trash and making sure people feel welcome and safe. I always welcome new residents and let them know how happy I am to live here. (Which I'm sure benefits the apartments financially.) Another rent increase however, and I will have to leave; though I very much don't want to. It's become my home. Despite my emotional argument, I think my financial one is quite logical. It would *actually* be more profitable to not raise rent, even decrease it slightly. Treat the decision as a marketing one - make it a big announcement. It would please people, reduce maintenance costs, and increase happiness. Lakeline Apartments would be the talk of the town.

I just moved in and so far so good. Staff was great (worked mainly with Rebecca) in finding the right unit and telling me about the complex - very pleasantly took the time needed to tour units and the grounds despite being swamped with many clients that day. Unit is nice. The cabinets are not of the best quality construction, but they look nice and maintenance did adjust them for me right away, I think the complex is a good balance of tranquility and convenience. I have a one bedroom (785 s.f.) and it has a good amount of storage and functional layout.

Great place to live. The location could not be better with the Alamo draft house and HEB plus right across the street and the mall right behind. Great amenities since they are split between two complexes. All around, these apartments are great and ive only been here for 6 days so far.

Just moved back to Austin area after being away for the last nine years. I like the area, lots of things around such as coffee, good and entertainment. Only about fifteen to twenty minutes away from the downtown area. So far I am very pleased with the area.

The people at Lakeline East are very friendly. When we had maintenance issues their response time was excellent. I liked the fact that they asked me for the name of my dog before going into the apartment so that he wasn't frightened. Highly recommend it

Amazing apartment complex to live in. You won't be disappointed!! We moved to these apartments from out of town, sight unseen, and had the best moving experience. The staff are all very kind, super helpful, and willing to work with us through our long distance leasing experience. We read the negative reviews people have written about this apartment complex as well as the staff. All i have to say about those reviews are that people usually treat you the way you treat them. If you are kind, respectful, and a decent human being, the staff are a pleasure to work with! As far as the apartment complex amenities...stellar! everything is beautiful. It feels like we live in a resort. Everything works flawlessly. The pool area has the most comfortable outdoor furniture and the best ambience. The gyms are very nice. We love the pool table and dart board area. The people that we have run in to here are extremely friendly. People don't let their kids run around like hooligans. As far as the apartment itself...our expectations are exceeded and we have nothing negative to say about it! very spacious, and a wonderful floor plan. We love the upgrades such as stainless steel appliances, deep kitchen sink, real granite countertops throughout, washer/dryer in unit, large closets, and upgraded carpets in the bedrooms that are so comfy! we love the storage on the balcony, and we rented a garage as well. We have no complaints about the noise level from our upstairs neighbors or the neighbors on either side of us. It took us two days to even realize that there were other people living in our building. I guess we were just blessed with awesome neighbors.

I just moved in a few days ago, as of right now i dont have any immediate feedback, however while taking this survey I shouldn't have to use 200 characters before I can submit this, that is pretty ridiculous if you as me. I am currently wasting this space for nothing.

Neighborhood is nice and convenient. Appreciate the pet friendliness as well. Staff was helpful with remote renters and helped coordinated furniture rental. Was unfamiliar with the area and their helpfulness with this aspect was really great.
