Professional and courteous staff. Great apartments. Clean, smart and well maintained overall. Great neighbors too, easy access to shopping (food and otherwise). Super quick access to 183. First time living in Texas, this spot feels like home!

I have been a resident here for 3 years! I love the grounds and apartments are beautiful. The office staff and maintenance team are always there within the hour to help you with any problems. Expensive for size and credit check is extensive..

The staff is very rude at this place, both times I tried to give them the opportunity to earn my business. The first time I came in, I was attended by someone who seemed very busy (although the office had hardly anyone else in it) and simply gave me a few pieces of colored paper with some info on it and sent me on my way. Didn't offer to show me an apartment, simply told me I could walk around the amenities if I wanted. Then, I called them a few days later to get some info that I didn't get from my previous visit, and the girl on the phone asked me "Are you almost done? Some of these questions can be answered from our website and I have phones ringing and people to help". I was appalled at the customer service, or lack thereof. There are way too many new places that are just like this one to be treated that way. Now you tell me, does this sound like a place you would want to live??

lakeline east is the best my only suggestions finish the lanscape, appearances especially in front of the patio. some has nice rose garden/bushes or plants my side and my neighbor sides are only weeds. it would be nice to have something green and something that is best for no mosquitoes in the summer

Pretty nice. Good so far. Need more guest parking. The workout room has more than I expected. I like the heavy bag in the training room. It's nice to have a pool. Just one time I got a package and didn;t know it was here. I like living near restaurants and movies,

Nice place.... The pool is small and a bit crowded on weekends with very large groups (it is obvious they don't all live here) the parking is a pain but at least we get 1 covered spot... The apartment itself is very nice and i enjoy my time here. The office staff is ok, mainly the guy Carlos who has been very kind to us... And the location is great too

This apartment staff has been extremely responsive and extremely professional and courteous. The quality of the property grounds have been maintained and the building structures are very sound and strong and of quality. It is an ideal location for access to everything that I need (grocery store, mall, movies, freeway, train station, restaurants, buses, etc.)

I've only been here a week, but so far everything about this place has been perfect. The apartments are beautiful, both inside and the grounds, which have plenty of trees and open space. There's access to hundreds of nearby stores including an alamo drafthouse which is just across the street, and it's right off 183 so if you need to go downtown it's a straight shot. If things change during my stay here I will update this review but for now everything seems perfect. 10/10.

As other reviewers have mentioned, these apartments are "nice." By nice, I mean new cheap materials. The floors are peel and stick "wood" and the cabinets are slightly better than cardboard. The grounds are always clean, and the staff is friendly...probably too friendly. We often receive these passive aggressive emails about driving too fast through the parking lot. While I appreciate this, it's not enforced. This place is like a racetrack. Be careful if you have kids. While we're on the topic of cars, parking is a challenge. The lot always seems to be full. I'm not sure how this happens, but beware of it.

Dust covers our entire Apt. due to Apts. you are building next door. Our child and us sneeze, choke and can not sleep day or night due to a ton of dust in our place. I asked the office staff and they said they have to talk to manager. It is like you are choking and taken to emergency room and the hospital staff say sit here and bleed we have to talk to a manager. I need this dealt with before I contact the health dept.

The aparments here at Lakeline East are great. Awesome open concept floor plans with large island kitchens. Its all walking distance to shopping and a awesome HEB plus. The gym and pool area are far better than what i have seen at other similar apartments.

It seems to be nice choice moving into Lakeline East Apartment for me. All staffs in leasing office are really friendly and kind. The home especially whole wood flooring except for main bed is excellent. Recreation area including the pool, game room and fitness are great as well. I love this apartment.

The community manager is the greatest - not only before we moved in, but every day since! The grounds are impeccable and the community is ideally situated near several restaurants, a bookstore, a movie theater, a grocery store, Lakeline Mall, and a host of other shops.

Lakeline East is above the rest when it comes to apartment living. I have enjoyed my time here and look forward to the remainder of my time living here. The staff is quick and responsive to any questions or concerns you have. The amenities are also wonderful!

If you value your home as a place to unwind or if you work from home, Lakeline East Apartments may not be the place for you. The apartments are well stocked with granite countertops, good appliances, and nice upgrades, but the sound insulation between floors and adjacent apartments is nonexistent. You will hear every footstep your upstairs neighbor makes; every drawer they open when making breakfast, lunch, and dinner; every chair they move before they sit down; every door they open or close. You will hear all of their music, television, and movie choices. Not only will you hear all these things, but you will also feel them, as the walls and ceiling literally shake and rattle from their footsteps. Of course, some noise is to be expected when you live in a multi-story apartment. I have lived at many apartment complexes, as my job frequently has me moving, but the apartment at Lakeline East Apartments has been by far the noisiest and, honestly, the most stressful. The constant pounding has kept me from having friends and family over (out of embarrassment) and has forced me out of the apartment when I am trying to get work done in the evening or even when trying to relax after a stressful day of work. Are the apartments beautiful? Absolutely. Will you be able to enjoy the apartment with constant pounding, rattling, and shaking above you? That depends on your noise tolerance. I certainly cannot handle it and will not be renewing my lease.

Overall, my experience has been quite pleasant. Nice facility and leasing agents. I would just make sure the apartment is thoroughly cleaned and exterminated before move in. It's a bit pricey but the location is great. Also, there are great amenities.

I've lived here for about 3 months now, and have had a long list of problems with the management staff. They might be nice and friendly to everyone, as other reviews have shown; however, when it comes to important stuff about policies, they don't have their act together. They don't appear to communicate with each other because on more than 10 occurrences I've been given conflicting info by 3 different members of the leasing staff, repeatedly. And their mistakes eventually lead to adding fees to my account. I do not recommend this property to anyone. The walls are thin. The hardwood floors are cheap - almost everyone that I've met has had their floors warp. My kitchen and living room floors have bubbled up to the point that we trip. And yes, neighbors below you hear every footstep you make and their apartment shakes. The property manager is rude and has made snide remarks to me and my roommate when we've brought problems to her attention. That's bad business etiquette. They lack professionalism. They are quick to apply charges and fees when tenants make a mistake; however, when they have been the ones that made mistakes, the property manager has actually said "---- happens", and did nothing to make up for it. Very inappropriate for a female property manager to say.

Exterior walls seem very thin. It is easier to hear what's going on outside compared to what's going on in the next room. Bedroom faces the pool area and I can hear conversations of people at the fire pit as if they were standing right outside the window. Wood floors are nice, but they do little to dampen the noise of upstairs neighbor walking around. Apartment admin are very quick to accommodate and take care of issues as best they can. Would be easier on them if they had someone to enforce property rules and city ordinances.

Lakeline East is a great place to live. The staff is non-invasive; they treat you like an adult as long as you behave like one. The location is extremely convenient to shopping, entertainment and public transportation. The grounds are kept neat and clean.

There are a lot of attention to detail mistakes in our unit. Maintenance will report anything they see as a violation even if they don't know the circumstances. Save your money and find a nicer place that values your privacy and works with you. The only saving grace is that the Drafthose is nearby.

Exceeds expectations. Parking is the only flaw. The Staff is very friendly. Extremely Nice amenities. Close to shopping, movies, and 183. I would highly recommend this place. Worth a visit to come and checkout these apartments. Thumbs up!
