I really like the location and overall I really like my apartment, but the fit and finish is hit or miss. The floor was not leveled before they laid the laminate flooring and the cabinets were dinged up. I was the first person to the apartment after the building was completed. It's like they wanted it to be high end apartment, but didn't put much effort in to the details in my opinion.

This community looks nice but the floors are paper thin and you can hear everything that your neighbors are doing. There are also dogs that bark constantly. They don't have enough parking for residents to have guests and they tow their resident's cars

Construction noise from phase two and limited parking are two of the biggest reasons we dislike this apartment. Furthermore, the quality of the apartments are cheap. Most of the materials are of low quality and scratch or break easily. The only real plus is the location. Can't beat it.

The staff at Lakeline are very couteous and professional and responded quickly to minor questions that i had durring the move in. The Apartment was spotless, by far the cleanest apartment I have lived in. In addition appliances, cuppoard doors, etc were in perect working order.

I moved into this apartment complex a month ago, after waiting 8 weeks for the perfect apartment. They have been great tot work with. Office staff is very friendly, helpful and professional. I needed a minor maintenance repair and it was done very rapidly and efficiently. I love this complex. It is very well maintained and located perfectly to every possible amenity.

I live in a studio apartment, which is somewhat small but is very new and with very nice design. The complex has very nice common areas (business center, gameroom) and amenities such as a pool, hot tub, patios, volleyball court, and outdoor grilling areas. The location is very close to the Lakeline Mall, HEB, Alamo Drafthouse, and dozens of restaurants, and has easy access to 183 to drive into Austin.

Best apartment complex I have lived in since I moved to Austin! I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live, everything is walking distance, the apartment staff is great and the finishes are modern and stylish. LOVE IT HERE!

I have loved living here for almost a year now. I will be leaving in Feb due to I am purchasing some property. It has been a very enjoyable experience. I have always been treated with kindness and respect by all the staff. My apartment balcony faces the side street so I have a lot of privacy. I really enjoy the birds coming and going. The pool area is really nice especially sitting around the fire pit. I will miss it here. Thanks for sharing!

Love that the floors are easy to clean, the large sink and the granite, and the apartment is spacious enough for my furniture. Love the dog areas and access to 183 easy commute to work. Sometimes I feel like I am the only person in my building it is so quiet, every body is helpful and professional

Great office staff and maintenance team! Couldn't be happier to live here. The location is fantastic as well. So convenient! The covered parking spot and washer & dryer included was also a huge plus for my boyfriend and I when we were moving in.

The Location is unmatched. The amenities are useful and stylish. Love our Floor plans lofty feel. I have rarely heard our neighbors and find the windows to keep a lot of noise out. Generally the maintence staff will attend to any issues in a safe and fast manner.

If I could give this place no stars I would! I is the absolute worst apartment complex I have ever lived in! First let's talk about the apartment itself. It's OK... It's modern looking, and at first very nice... Until you realize how cheap everything is.... Everything literally falls apart. So beware you might not get your deposit back for the simple flaws that this apartment is completely nothing but. Not only that but if you like to sleep, or better yet you are a light sleeper. FORGET ABOUT IT! You will have the worst time sleeping... You can hear everything!!!! Your best bet is top floor! Otherwise you will hear nothing, but stomping, and banging.... People talking, vacuuming, music or walking.... You get to hear it all!! It's like the walls are made of paper. My honey goes to work early comes home late, and gets little to no sleep. Location... It's nice, and convenient.. Our lookout from the balcony is nasty... We have seen poop, condom wrappers, and cigarette buds.. Did I mention this is right across from the main office!? And the road going across to HEB+ is dangerous... I swear there has already been two wrecks within a month, and a half. Also if you are one of those unlucky people who got suckered into living here. Like me, and my husband) ..... I'll have you know that you get one guest pass to put on their car, if they don't have it on their car mirror then the car is towed for 200$. They go car less until they get a ride.... Yep I'm sure your friends, or family will never come to visit you again. They are better off parking at the HEB+ and walking over. The staff, and management is the absolute worst nightmare ever....they don't listen, and they don't care to... All your needs will be put aside. You can call in to get a bill payed alllll day long, and then before they close they finally answer. And they will tell you OK well you are late, and we were so busy if you come in right now, and pay money order you won't loose your apartment.... Me) Well we were going to pay online are you saying that you haven't set our account up? Then they say nope we couldn't we were to busy. Me) Then it would be your fault that we couldn't pay our bill cause you didn't set up our account, and then claimed to be to busy to answer one of many calls, and voice-mails right?! Them... Nope but if you bring in the money order now you won't be late I'm about to leave, and close out....So we rushed, and got the money order, and came back...the door was locked, and she says "I'm doing you guys a big favor staying late." ( To be completely honest she lived less the 20ft from the office she worked at.... Not only that but we got there 3min after they closed ) .... It goes to show how unwilling those people are to do their job. It's just a bunch of young people who could care less about you. Once you moved in you are screwed!

I have lived here for quite a while and I have to say I love my apartment! It is a little noisy but it's the nature of an apartment. The office staff is great but I have to say a thanks to Katie, the newest manager I believe. She is always so helpful and sweet when I speak to her and never makes me feel like a "job". Overall this is the best apartment I have lived at and I LOVE having a carport plus the location.

Like area, wanted to be in the general Cedar Park area. Found apartment, unfortunately all 2br were rented. Had to wait longer then wanted to move in, but all seemed to work out. Worked diligently to make sure everything worked out so I could get moved in.

Office staff will do and say anything including lieing to prospective tenants in order to get them to sign a lease. Phase 2 of these apartments began construction one month after I moved in. I have had many sleepless nights due to construction that begins at midnight and carries on till five in the morning. The leasing director's response - "---- happens". And her indifference is hidden with a condescending smirk.

Horrible parking. Guests' cars are towed away with no warning. Cost over $200 to retrieve car in less than 24 hours. Wonder if there's a kick-back going to the management?

You have to use AT&T U-Verse since the building is wired with fiber optic cable. At&T has horrible customer service. Other than that, the building is ok. It looks nice, doesn't cost a lot, and is convenient to shopping and entertainment. End

The staff here is great.I had a rush move in situation as I had just sold my home and they got my new home ready faster then I could have imagined.Everyone from Rebecca, my leasing agent,to the maintenance guys are very friendly and helpful. Thanks for everything.

I can hear my neighbours everyday, thump thump thump! The noise everyday is like hell. I thought it might be just me but I looked at other reviews and the chief complains were mainly about the noise. When I moved in, there were dead critters everywhere. Told the lease management and they sent the cleaners. But the cleaners did such a poor job, and did not vacuum obviously. I was left to clean up the remaining dead critters. Told management again, and they sent the cleaners yet again. Cleaners visited my apartment thrice. Dead millipedes, webs, spiders, few dozens of dead fruit flies in the fridge stuck between thw seams.I told the management, to which the response I got was, "you know, this is Texas". I kind of get it but this is a business and we transacted, and I expect my apartment to be in move-in condition and not having me to pick up dead critters, vacuum away millipedes (has a nice crunch when I steppwd on it) and spiders, dig out flies between the seams in my fridge and sanitizing it afterwards. It is branded as a premium apartment afterall. The lease management staff are always professional and they are the saving grace for this place. Alamo and HEB are nearby, it is super convenient. There is a tunnel from the apartment to HEB that is not owned by the complex, and residents never use it. I see them jaywalking across the streets instead. This is not a gated apartment hence I rated the safety down.

A great complex with ultra modern features. The office and maintenance staff are always responsive to any concerns and take care of problems immediately. The complex is very accessible to shopping and entertainment. A great place to live. to entertainment and shopping.

My main issue is the parking requirements. My spot is really far away and I have a health issue which at the end of a long day, I would like to not to have to walk so far. The guest parking is a big problem. I do enjoy living here. I may look into another unit when my lease expires, one with a garage.

I do not think the local staff has their priorities straight. Nor do they seem to actually listen when trying to show issues that are currently happening. Its a shame, the complex itself is nice and good location. Wish things were better, hate to have to move.

employees at the lakeline east apartments are a great group of people all ways on top of things. I like the fact they are really pet friendly they have doggie poop bags almost every were they also have a dog wash station and great dog park.A awesome pool that they keep very clean
