My husband and I lived in Lakeline East for almost four years and only had to leave because of a job relocation. Two apartments later in another city and we are really missing this place. First of all, can't beat the location. Right across from the grocery store, a variety of restaurants, AND the Alamo Drafthouse. Really enjoyed just walking across the street to watch a movie. We felt safe walking around the community and to the mall, or pretty much anywhere within walking distance. I worked evenings and don't remember ever feeling unsafe when I got home... and where our apartment building was located, it was surrounded by trees and was just so peaceful. We got very lucky with good neighbors our whole time there, and the management/maintenance staff were always a pleasure to work with.

My husband and I moved here with our two dogs this year in the middle of the pandemic. The office staff was wonderful and very safe. The apartments are beautiful and spacious. Granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and lamanite wood flooring plus a gated yard and big patio. Plus the community is awesome! The office brings in food trucks to the apt complex, and everyone you meet is friendly.

This community has been very friendly. It's very clean and well maintained. The neighborhood is good and traffic has never been a problem. Staff has always been friendly with great communication. Looking forward to renewing my lease next year.

The grounds are well kept, the location is good. It is a bit confusing for food delivery because the buildings are not clearly marked. Parking is an issue for guests, as it is for any 3 story complex. There are people with boats taking up spaces. Especially when most units have 2 people in them with vehicles. The covid system needs to be laxed. I dont want to have to plan 24 hours in advance to use the pool or the gym. Its hard to do with my work schedule.

Living at Lakeline East Apartments has been an outstanding experience for me. I have enjoyed working with each of the on-site staff I have met. They are friendly and always extremely receptive to any and all requests and always eager to be helpful. The grounds are kept very clean and trimmed up nicely. For me, the location is perfect, easy access to everything I need.

Staff is friendly. Leasing rules are not followed. Boats parked on property, parking not enforced, trashed constantly left outside apartment doors. Bulk items for disposal not provided as an option within the community. Gym not readily accessible outside of work hours.

Apartment is built cheap but all the ones around here are. I like the grounds they are pretty and I have no issues with my neighbors. While I've had things break more often here than in other apartments (my AC went out at least four times in my studio) Maintenance has been quick and polite. Parking is horrid but easily solved by parking guests cars at Alamo and ferrying them over. I do enjoy the assigned spots

Nathalia Martinez made this the worst experience i have ever had when dealing with an apartment complex. She gave us misleading info from the beginning and took it upon herself to choose the apartment we got instead on listening to our wishes then claimed it "was a better price" however it was not. We let her know our entire situation up front and we're told everything would be fine. our move in costs has changed 3 times and no one can seem to help but this woman who clearly does not want to be bothered with us. She was unprofessional and had little to no knowledge of how their leasing process works. For those reasons alone i will NOT be moving here. I will cancel my application if this is how you treat perspective residents i cannot image how you treat your residents. This is the bottom of the email she sent me.

I have lived in the Lakeline East apartments since they opened and have had no desire to move to a different apartment complex the management has always been courteous even through changes of ownership. The included covered parking spot free of charge is also a huge plus which guarantees you get to park you car close to you apartment.

I own a small business doing Irrigation and landscaping. I keep tools in the bed of my truck. I've had multiple things stolen from the back of my truck in the year that I've been here. First it was a leaf blower, and then a big tool box full of Irrigation materials. I filed a police report and told management about both times and they literally did nothing. Didn't expect them to reimburse me, but they almost didn't care, and now we're under new management, would expect them to do better with security. There are constantly rolly pullys and other bugs getting into my apartment. I also told management about it and they did nothing. They said it happens every year because the mulch rots and they eat it. Keep in mind, pest control is something that we are currently charged for, but seems like the bugs are being feed rather than killed.

This is a good community to be close to everything from grocery shopping and restaurants, to movies and other entertainment. Any time I've needed any repairs done inside the apartment, the maintenance crew has always been quick and efficient.

Pretty typical apartment experience. Nice amenities if you're into that. Not very sound proofed. Can hear everything from upstairs. Nice staff but the pool rules are a joke. Wanna sneak friends in just wait until the office closes. It happens WAY TOO MUCH

Nice community with great upkeep. Maintenance is courteous and prompt. Parking is horrible, and the office staff isn't as inviting as when I moved in. I enjoy the peaceful vibe of the property. The amenities for pets is really superb.

Lakeline East Apartments is a quiet community. The management is easy to work as well as maintenance. I love that I have my own parking space close to my apartment. I have lived here for five years with zero complaints. I do not plan on moving any time soon.

At first living here was great, but slowly the staff became less helpful, friendly and seemed to lack any sort of care. It's been a very mediocre experience for the price I pay in rent. The prices keep going up and the care goes down.

I like the unit, area, and amenities, even though we're a bit restricted with Covid. I've never called maintenance so I can't comment on their responsiveness. The property changed ownership during my time here and I haven't really gotten to know the new office staff. Overall my part of the community is quiet, which I enjoy. The only issue I have right now is with parking. Guests are supposed to check in with an app to help with the parking issue, but I don't think it's enforced regularly. There was a car that was out of commission that took at least 4 months to get rid of. I see cars that haven't been moved in a while and I'm not even sure if they're tenants here or if it's just an extra car someone has that never gets used.

Before moving in, the leasing office seemed so nice and they responded decently fast. After a few months of living here, we realized our apartment had many safety issues, cleanliness issues, and health issues (mold and other things). When we go into the leasing office, they super nice and very quick to help you. However, it's much harder to get things done over the phone or online.

Great place to live. Management is very friendly and responsive. Lots of diversity in types of tenants: different races, ages, kids, no kids. Pet friendly. Nice landscaping that is well kept up. Fair rates.

It's been the worst rental experience ever. During the winter had to take cold showers for 6 months because they said my water heater was no broken turned out it was, we had a water meter broken and instead of them fixing it they waited for a couple months making everyone water bill outrageous. Because of covid19 I couldn't afford the rent at 1400 for one person asked to move to a 1 bedroom and the response they gave was ridiculous. Told me that if I wanted a 1 bedroom that I would have to put my two bedroom up for rent and if nothing came available but if my two bedroom got rented I would be homeless.

My experience has been great. The location is perfect, and I've had no issues in this apartment complex. I life that it's right in front of a great H-E-B, Alamo Drafthouse theater and walking distance from a mall.

I was thoroughly impressed by the staff and units and entire property. Excited to become a resident here this month! The amenities are gorgeous and look like a resort! The office staff was very helpful as well.
