Unhappy with the 0 help from management. I'm tired. What does it have to take for me to even have a call or sit down with a manager? Can this happen or not? I've been having an issue with working that no one seems to want to solve I've tried to ask for manager but nothing. I've been lied to that we will talk to management and call you back but nothing. So where shall we go from here??? I am a paying resident who pays on time with no delays. So why won't anyone talk to me? Or help me? Paying you too much money for this kind of wrong treatment.

I love living here! The location is perfect, and still quiet considering the high traffic area. Maintenance manager, Steven, is super kind and helpful. I've had issues with the front office. I've left messages to set an appointment and go over renewing my lease, and no response. Beyond that, great community, people are friendly. Lots of dog people. Pool is saltwater!

The property looks nice and there are lots of trees and green areas. It is quiet and the units are large and balconies are spacious with great views. It has been great living here and the location is super convenient. When I have interacted with staff they have always been friendly.

Not happy with the gymnasium schedule as it does not allow me to use the facility before/after the leasing office hours. I cannot work from home and hence cannot attend gym in normal working hours. I would appreciate if the leasing team brings some flexibility in gymnasium hours.

Mostly good. I do not think the office door being locked is very friendly at all. Precautions during Covid is one thing, but having to knock is very cold. People can wear masks and stand 6 feet apart. It's a very big room.

I and my husband have been here almost 4 months now and we love it here. The leasing office staff is wonderful, maintenance staff is fast, efficient and courteous. Natalia remembered my little dogs name, now that made me feel valued as a resident. The only complaints I've had here is minor issues, people not following rules about cleaning u after their dogs, leashing dogs, and sometimes noise levels late at night ( one resident in particular that we complained about then it was mostly resolved). Overall though we love it here and plan to stay long term.

The experience was pleasant, we have never had any inconvenience, the food here is very quiet, and when we moved in it was all very comfortable and simple. When we have made a request for changes in the apartment due to a burned out light bulb, they have always solved everything very quickly and very professionally.

It has been great. My daughter and I feel safe. We love that we can walk to the mall, HEB, and the movie theater. During warm months we love going to the pool. She is a little fish and is always happy to go.

I think when Lake Line East and West were together the property was clean and enjoyable. At this point the property is not kept well .. the security is not high priority. There is so many residents doing things that they should not be doing and it is not taken care of-- just emails sent out and nothing being done to keep the property clean and safe.

People leave garbage bags leaking onto the walk ways like animals. I asked for my dryer to be fixed 5 days ago and have had no follow up whatsoever even after calling again. No one has called back. I can call an outside contractor and my lawyer said I can request that it can be charged back to the property as it is breach of contract.

I had a nice time in this apartment. However, due to the COVID-19 time, the maintenance team could not resolve issues on time. I reported the bathroom and balcony problems a couple months. There was nobody came and fixed those issues.

The maintenance staff is excellent. The location is convenient to north Austin as well as Cedar Park and Leander. Having HEB just across the street with a passageway under the busy street makes quick runs to the grocery store easy.

I've lived at Lakeline East for a number of years. Although the management has changed hands from my original rental period, by and large things have remained unchanged. Overall, I've had a very positive experience here over the years. Great location, the units themselves are nice and the overall upkeep is maintained.

Overall it's a okay complex in which to live. Close proximity to HEB, Starbucks, Alamo Drafthouse is a plus. Pool, occasional food truck and gym amenities have mostly been swell. One issue I have right now during COVID, however: their COVID protocol for the gym is lax. No temp checks, and a non-existent enforcement of mask use. They say the gym is only open during office hours, in order to "enforce" mask use, but the several times I went I saw no enforcement whatsoever. And they won't expand the hours like pre-COVID so people can try to avoid the high traffic hours. Is this all an attempt to keep amenities open in spite of a pandemic so they don't have a reason to reduce your rent when it's time to renew? My guess is probably.

Overall, I've had a pretty good experience here. The staff are all super friendly. Only thing I can think of that I'm not entirely satisfied with is the upkeep with amenities like the volleyball court and game room. The redecorated pool area is great though!

The office staff is very friendly here. Maintenance always goes above and beyond to help. The grounds could use some color but are well maintained and groomed. Quiet community but like any apartment you hear your loud neighbors at times. Love that HEB is just across the street and can zip over and pick up an order. Wish there was a play scape but over all we love living here and would recommend to anyone.

The office staff is typical of any apartment. They don't care and they change often. The repair team is great and has stayed the same. It's an ok apartment. I like the location a lot and it's pretty quiet.

I really like how close my apartment is to literally every store you can think of. I love the way my apartment building looks. I love taking walks around the complex and connected complex. I have the obvious gripe about my neighbors but for the most part it's really nice but just expensive.

Living at Lakeline East has been one of the best apartment housing experiences I've ever had! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, especially during this difficult time. The property is well-maintained and the amenities are always in great shape! I've never had any difficulty with parking/security/loud neighbors, etc. Wish I could've stayed here longer.

The location is wonderful; near the highway and many close-by shopping centers. However, the walls are very thin. I wish the community would communicate better with the tenants. Good landscaping. Trash dumps are horrendous. No one picks up their dog ----.

Amazing resident community. Maintenance is friendly and responsive to requests. Office staff/management seems generally disinterested in the community and requests once they have your money, and the amenities are still museum status, so don't expect to use the community share spaces or offices anytime soon... or ever.

I have lived here since October of 2014. Overall, I am very pleased with the community. However, the management companies handling of COVID issues has been concerning. Obviously, indoor facilities needed to be highly controlled. However, having the pool and outdoor areas either closed or highly scheduled and regulated (outdoors!) had no scientific basis and was completely unacceptable. The quality of the maintenance staff - especially Steve - is a huge bright spot and deserves a 10. Bassham Properites? Not so much.

Its quiet and classy, well-maintained, friendly, handy to all shopping and facilities. All the managers that I have worked wih over the years have invariably been friendly and helpful. Routine issues are handled fast and efficiently. I enjoy my stay here.

Safe, quiet and nicely built community. Maintenance is done ASAP and the common area grounds are always spotless. Office staff is super polite and always helpful. Pool area looks like a resort. Amenities are excellent. Highly recommend.
