Brand new high end community, the grounds are well kept and the office has been attentive so far. The pet park is nice to have as it provides a size able off leash area for my dog. When we moved in the office took care of any questions we had and made sure we had everything necessary.

My apartment is amazing, i love how modern it is, the lighting and also the granite counters. I dont like the fact that the wooden floors were dirty when i first moved in and that my brand new drawers were scratched up. Other then that i am very content

This is such a nice apartment.The location is even better!Such a conventient walk to all of the shops close by. Lakeline has a very helpful office and maintenance staff. VERY pleased with the decision to live here. The apartment was really nicely done.

Some things in the apartment were rushed and installed poorly, such as kitchen cabinets and carpet. You can feel stapes under the carpet and cabinets are damaged and scratched. Overall esthetics are nice, but don't look too close. The rest of the property is nice, game room, conference room, pool are and gym are great. Walking distance from HEB, Michaels, and plenty of other little restaurants. Just a shirt drive from Lakeline Mall, right by 183, the. Cedar Park farmers Market... So there are perks that outweigh the not-so-good. Also, I suggest asking the see the specific apartment you'd be moving into. We didn't have that luxury and got a place that never receives any direct sunlight, EVER. I wouldn't have wanted a hot western exposure, but I don't want to feel like I live in a cave either. I planned on growing some plants, herbs, veggies on my patio and now I can't. Sucks. Some of these things mess with my ability to really like this place but I am happy with it overall being that the pros outweigh the cons.

I moved into my apartment on Saturday, February 01. On Sunday, during the Superbowl, I noticed my apartment was not getting warm. The furnace was on but there was cold air coming from the vents. I placed a call to our maintenance phone number and within 30 minutes, a repairman arrived and fixed the furnace. I had heat! I appreciate the prompt attention to my call. It is outstanding service.

It's the best apartment community I've lived at, I would defiantly recommend Friends and family to this community. It's location is perfect and new builds are beautiful, the dog park is nice and big. Can't wait to try out the volleyball court!

I have had a very good experience in the community thus far. Management and other staff has been helpful during the process. Everyone has been very accommodating. They answer questions and request quickly. The apartments are clean well-built.

I moved into Lakeline East Apartments this weekend and I must say my experience has been amazing. I work in the apartment industry, so we all tend to be particularly hard on other apartment leasing teams, but these guys have it together. They anticipated any questions I had in regards to moving in, and the entire team (Kristen, Katy, Kelsey and Karlos) have been super professional and kind. My apartment was clean and looked great at move in. I moved into the 1 Plus floorplan and I love it. Thank you to the leasing team for making my experience a great one. Can't wait to try out all the great amenities you guys have to offer.

Tim was awesome and filled the holes where ants were coming in and then he scheduled for pest control to come back out a spray again the following week and even scheduled for Dario and Manny to come out to paint over the caulk and make sure it was all taken care of. I didn't have to worry about scheduling anything else to follow up and I was so happily surprised when I came home after being gone a few days to see everything done and done so well and pretty!

This is by far the best apartment community that I have lived in. The interior and amenities speak for themselves and are no different than when you actually check it out in person. The staff is super friendly and considerate, too. Just the other night, temperatures dipped below freezing after some rain showers and by the time I had woken up in the morning to go to work, the staff had already put down sand on all of the staircases and sidewalks so nobody would slip. Little things like that set this community apart from others--could not recommend it enough.

So far it has been a good experience. The staff (leasing and maintenance) are very nice and have been quick to fix any issues I've had (all very minor things). I love the layout of my apartment. The fixtures and appliances are modern and expensive looking, not the cheap fixtures and appliances found in most apartments.

Lakeline East has been a pleasant community to live and socialize. It is conveniently located to many restaurants and shops. The apartments have good sound control and they are very energy efficient. I love the option to have UVerse which was not available at my last place. I highly recommend Lakeline East Community!
