Don't let all the positive reviews fool you. They're essentially paid for in that they waive certain fees in leu of providing a positive review and liking on Facebook. None of these people have actually live there yet. First off, the location is the best thing about these apartments. The interiors are ok, but not all they're made out to be. They've cut corners in the extreme in all the ways they can get away with it. You will hear your neighbors and people in the hall between apartments. Cheap paint on all walls and doors that flakes and will mark from the simplest brushing up against. The countertops in the kitchen and bathroom are difficult to keep clean and absorb any kind of moisture leaving an undesirable dark spot that takes forever to get out. The bathtub cracks and chips easily and toilet will clog constantly for any normal person. Don't use double ply, seriously. Hard water and no filters. Good luck washing dishes using the dish washer. "Upgraded" appliances are a laugh, the oven isn't even self-cleaning. The office staff is incompetent and un-attentive. Had to keep asking to have something fixed every week for two solid months. They will raise your rent every renewal and they will attempt to charge you for things on move out that were on your move-in inspection. During the time I lived there were quite a few break-ins and thefts from vehicles. Don't be suckered in by how nice they seem. They're overpriced garbage. There are several other apartments in the immediate vicinity worth checking out.

Experience has been excellent , to this date 03/07/16. We will be leaving at the end of April; our stay at Lakeline East for the past nine months is due to on-going construction of a new home in Brenham,TX. If completion is delayed for some unforeseen reason, we are releaved to know that a month to month policy is available.

We love living here! It is clean, quiet and conveniently located to everything you could want or need. Our puppy is treated well and has lots of other dogs to play with. The staff are great and facilities are kept clean. The community events are fun and let us meet others we normally wouldn't be able to. Overall it's a wonderful place to live.

Great overall value. I chose this complex because of the many shopping and dining options within walking distance and proximity to the train station and bus stops. Community amenities are nice and well maintained. A pretty affordable choice.

My apartment is nestled in the beauty of tall trees, but is walking distance to mall, restaurants, and groceries. With the workout facilities and pool, I have it all right on site. The modern interiors, with a large island kitchen, were the features that sold me. When apt living is this great, I love to come home!

Everyone seems pretty friendly! I have only had the opportunity to talk to a few of the many residents, but I do hope that the community events make it easier to meet everyone. So far I like everything about Lakeline East. The gym is great and the staff is very helpful!

My bf and I love Lakeline east. My biggest issues are: the Maintence team, people and their pets and the pool. I have a small dog who is always, always on his leash when ever we got outside. But so many people do not have their dogs on leashes when they go outside. Austin and Cedar Park both have leash laws for a reason. The pool is very seldom open. I walk by there on my way to and from both work and the mailbox and the doors to the pool is often locked. And when it is open, there are always huge noisy parties and dogs at the pool. I stopped going because of this. The Maintence team are very untrustworthy and shady. We lived in our apartment for over a year and a half and never had screens on our bedroom windows. When we finally got screens on the windows the office told us that the work orders we had put in on multiple occasions before were closed and they all said: "screens places on windows". We also had to have them come out to fix our AC, water heater and the thermostat after our gas, electric and water bills all jumped huge amounts in one month. They fixed everything but claimed none of it should have affected our bills, which of course is not true. And last but not least: at least two of the Maintence guys are pigs! I came home today in a baggy shirt and sweats and they were cat calling at me. And one of them, the head Maintence guy, knows I have a boyfriend

The staff are outgoing and kind. The property is nicely maintained. The paint chips too easily in apartments however and the door tend to come off of the latches. Pool hours are unfair in lost residence opinions but none of that is really the staffs fault.

Overall, the apartment and complex is exactly as pictured. We rented this unit sight unseen, while relocating from MA and we were happy to see exactly what we expected to see when we moved in. People have been very friendly at the pool, although the Meet and Greet Movie Night was not as expected and poorly organized for those not in the know. I look forward to getting to know more neighbors and the area around us.

This community has a great team! The complex is well kept. The amenities are everything I need. My boxer hates the dog wash station, but I love it!!!! Having a carport included with the apartment is a plus! The layout of my one bedroom is spacious and perfect!

Stairs and hall ways need to be cleaned regularly. The community woould Better have a paved basketball court rather than the sanded volley ball court. Club house needs energy-saving practices like turning lights off when leaving. I think the common water usage bills are too high so far.

The apartment was not move in ready when I moved in. I had to clean as I put my stuff away. I am still waiting for for a plug in my apartment to get fixed, that the technician advised would be fixed the week after I moved in. 5 days will make a month that I have been here. There is a $250 fine for dog poop on the grounds. I won't take my dog to the dog park because of all the poop that is over there and the amount of poop on the grounds is ridiculous.

Friendly office staff and community. Noise levels are iffy (we honestly don't mind too much) and parking is frustrating if you'd like to have guests over (one extra parking space, everyone else has to park across the street or risk being towed). Unsure if this is being fixed with the new phase or not. We love the location of these apartments, but we feel the overall quality of apartments is not worth what we pay per month (we have a two bedroom - the AC isn't able to heat or cool either bedroom, only the living area.. the making of miserable summers and really cold winters). Maintenance communication is frustrating and requests are rarely actually completed from start to finish.. we have to constantly badger them about requests/put it multiple requests if we want anything actually done. Overall we do like it here, although mostly for the location.

The complex itself is very nice and convenient. The grounds are beautiful and very tranquil. The staff has been great and when things happen they take care of it right away. I am glad I made the decision to make Lakeline East my new home in Austin.

Overall I have had a very pleasant transition into Lakeline East Apartments, the staff are exceptionally amenable and definitely have your best interest in mind. I never hear my neighbours, the landscaping is beautiful and the amenities rock. Generally ever other tenant I've talked to has been down to earth and friendly. If you are a young professional, this place is definitely for you.

We moved from out of state and did not get to see our apartment in person before move in. The apartment did not disappoint! The apartment look was just like the pictures online. The staff was so helpful and made our leasing process so smooth and easy! Keys were ready at move in and we are so happy at what a nice quite complex this is! Super dog friendly with lots of green areas for the pups and a walkway around the complex so you do not have to walk in the driving areas! It also has a nice size enclosed areas for the dogs to play off leash. Super convenient location! Close to everything!

Love Lakeline East life. The staff and property are like no other. Nice people for the most part and amenities are awesome. Several of my friends have moved to Lakeline East recently and love it as well. Would recommend this peoperty to anyone looking for a great place to live.
