The Friendly Staff helped make our move stress free. The neighborhood is nice with close access to ammenities, and the complex is clean and quiet. The apartments are new, up to date, with great features including granite counters, wood floors, large closets and balconies.

I just moved in a little over a week ago from Scottsdale, Arizona. The staff at the office made the entire process very easy. From leasing remotely through move in, they have been great. Complex is new and really nice. I have been really impressed with the whole process and complex.

I enjoy living at Lakeline East. No problem parking and the property is maintained and service calls are answered promptly. It's a little noisy because of nearby construction, but there's construction everywhere in the Austin area now. The pool and the pool area is usually clean and neat although sometimes crowded, and sometimes a "party" crowd, and then things look less clean and a bit messy. Management/staff do try to keep the property looking nice and orderly. The property is mowed and kept neat. The gym and parking areas are clean and neat and the gym is sufficient for my needs and never crowded. Convenient location, the apartment complex is very close to many stores, restaurants, a movie theatre, and the main roads and highway...and it's about 25 minutes to downtown Austin when there is no traffic, about 45 minutes to an hour with traffic.

Not Good Not Bad i would suggest you to make a more eye catching like. Swimming pool lights, gaming room need to improve, gym is good, xbox have no controller, TV services. and the major thing is Internet services in community center is not good kindly improve.

Staff seems to generally over promising and under delivering in regards to all customer service issues. Jeremy has been helpful but seems to be the only one trying to do his job. I do enjoy the apartment but there always seems to be something coming up whether it is an inspection, something broken or regular maintenance that brings others into my apartment when I am not there.

Overall satisfied with my nearly 3 years as a resident. Staff is always friendly, attentive and professional. Noise level is high from neighbors at times and breezeways/stairwells could use more routine cleanliness. Residents parking in fire lane to pick up mail causes congestion and danger at times. Again, overall, very satisfied with my "home". Thanks

The modern style is nice! Painted trim on door frames and baseboards as well as the doors themselves. Lighting is very strategically placed. For example we're renting the two bedroom called The Georgetown and right when you walk in the front door there is a closet door to the left. If you look directly up there is a light there which illuminates the entire hallway leading into the dining room and bedroom as well as the entire closet space so you can see inside. The granite countertops are lovely and sturdy. The floors scratch easily but still look very nice. The floors were a bit dirty upon move-in but no big deal especially when you're cleaning up anyways after move-in. We love the apartment itself as well as all the amenities and also how close the apartment complex is to anything and everything you need in a 2 mile radius.

the localization is great, the apartment looks fine - but there are lots of things that should be of more quality- you don't have events to make people to bond, or group classes on gym. community is not really a word for this place as knowbody knows eachother

Perfect location. Aweful parking ( you know it's bad when you 70 year old parents get towed when visiting you for 4 hours for Christmas ....why not spend money on putting up a gate instead of money on parking passes and security to have cars towed for not having a pass. If you live in a 2 bedroom apartment you can't have guest over for dinner without being towed but you can stomp scream and yell with you young children all night long disturbing your neighbors. Staff kept loosing all information but maintence was on top of their game. Extremely noisy inside can hear your neighbors all day and night. Office staff treated you like you were a burden, lost my information, and very snobby when you saw them outside the office. This place has lots of potential but needs someone who can take care of business.

I love Lakeline East. The apartment itself was in great condition when I moved in and I am extremely happy with the layout, open floor plan, and the high end finishes. Not only is my unit amazing, the amenities are great as well. The pool area is beautiful and the hot tub is delightful!

I have not had a good experience living here. The location is very convenient. It's nice being able to walk to HEB, the mall, access highways and public transportation quickly. But the walls are so thin and you can hear everything your neighbors do. No privacy. Office staff are nice but not particularly helpful when it comes to issues with neighbors. It doesn't feel like a home but more a hotel. I would not recommend living here.

It looks nice but nothing seemed to work when I moved in. It was just cleaned. Maintenance was quick the first time but after that it took them a while to do things. I was referred by a friend who currently lives there and they did not honor the $250 off of rent.

Extremely nice community. Super pet friendly, close to everything you need, seconds for the grocery store.the amenities are endless! Neighbors in my building can party sometimes But, keep it down if, and when needed . The inside of the apartment is amazing, the nicest kitchen I've ever had in a rental.

The grounds are well-kept, and it is a very clean environment. The maintenance staff usually completes work orders within 24 hours. They do a great job and leave the apartment spotless. However, you can easily hear the noise created by neighbors while inside your own apartment. But that is to be expected when you live in an apartment.

The building was nice, but in the two years i have lived at the apartments when compared to the newer Lakeline west the Lakeline East doesn't look well maintained. There are exposed pipes in the lawns. The fire pit hasn't worked right all winter. The property in general doesn't seem well maintained or cared for, and all of this becomes very apparent when compared with the newer property right next door to Lakeline east.

Beautiful presentation but I do not enjoy living here. Very deceptive down to the dog park which has rocks on the ground that my dog doesn't even like to go there. Very dark inside, I have to have lights on all the time. I will definitely be moving as soon as my lease is up. You really need to see for yourself but I am very disappointed in my choice here.

We were helped very quickly by the staff. Online application was easy. The apartments are new, huge and clean. Maintenance requests are quickly served. Great location. There was some confusion regarding starting gas, we are new to Texas, but this might just be a texas thing, and not everyday is the same for all. Overall good service, great property and safe, quiet location.
