I recently had a maintenance issue with my front door. The maintenance guys were very quick to handle the issue and went above and beyond. I called the office staff to put the work order in and was surprised by how delighted they were to help me.

I've never had a better experience leasing an apartment. The staff has been great! The unit and complex are beautiful. It is a very active community. The proximity to excellent shopping and restaurants is amazing. Easy access to two major highways.

The staff is very friendly and helpful! It is a beautiful apartment complex and well maintained!For people who have dogs they have a really great dog park and that is a plus for the owners and the dogs! The area is excellent for shopping convenience and close to all the major highways that take you to where youwant to go in Austin, TX!

I couldn't think of a better place to live and start my life on my own living at Lakeline East Apartments. Everything from the clean cut grass, to the beautiful pool side few and magnificent fitness center. People are driving too fast in the community. Garbage smells and messy on weekends due to hot weather and no services on weekends. The interior paints come off easily. Some tenants are playing loud music and slamming doors at midnights. Gym's frig is always short of bottle water.

The apartment is located right off the highway, a walk away from grocery stores and shopping. I love the location, and the property management is so accommodating. The entire application process was a breeze. The community is dog friendly. Because it is not a gated community, they have alarm systems in each apartment. I appreciate the modern touch in each.

Pretty, but hurried into completion. Some work needs to be redone. Office staff is very friendly but maintenance needs help. The area is beautiful and is located close to excellent shopping. The attached garage is a plus! Nice wood floors.

Some areas of the amenities including the conference center are set to uncomfortable temperatures especially during the summer months they just seem to be too hot. Other than that the maintenance people were a bit unprofessional while they were in the apartment servicing a request I had entered.

It is a beautiful communitity, with reasonable prices. Love it so far. Brand new, stainless appliances, wood flooring, quiet, free carport, nice pool, and I am out of words. I have lived there 6 days. Not sure what you are wanting me to write.

Kristen and Kelsey are awesome! They made everything super easy and efficient from the qualification process to the move in. It seems I'm always in a rush when I go up there due to work obligations and they accommodate while also making sure I understand everything . This is my first apartment and it is a great experience.

I like the common areas, spacious and well landscaped. The maintenance and management team is super responsive. The soundproofing between neighbors on the same floor seems to be okay. The soundproofing between floors is alarmingly insufficient and is likely to be the factor that will drive me out as soon as my lease has expired.

It has been good so far. Seems like a great staff. We really love the high ceilings in our apartment along with the flooring and granite counter tops. The biggest problem we have had so far is with the water. It had a terrible smell at first, which is now gone. However, we are still having trouble with the temperature.

This is our first time living up North/Cedar Park from South Austin and couldn't have picked a better location and community to move to. Everyone is really friendly and the upgrades/ amenities are really well thought out. And the light pollution is at a minimum!

We are so very happy with the location, the style of the apartments, the neighbors. We couldn't be happier! Carlos was so great to work with signing our lease, showing us around, being patient when we changed our mind several times about accent wall color. We love how clean the grounds are and well maintained. We love the pool, hot tub and workout facilities as well. We are more than satisified. We feel like we are HOME! It feels good.
