The residents and staff alike have all been kind and considerate. The pet waste containers could be tended to more frequently. Pet owners should be more diligent in cleaning up after their pets as well. But overall a nice community and nice residents and staff.

It's an excellent community to live in?a pretty convenient location. There are many shops, cafes, markets, and mall. I'm happy to live here, just a few things that have disappointed me. First is dirty landing and windows. And second is a noise inside. It looks like some AC makes that noise.

It's so difficult to get work orders completed. I put a request in September, the request is showing "completed" however nobody ever came to my unit for this specific issue so it's continuous?it is now almost December. I placed an HVAC work order due to my vent flooding my bathroom, it took a week for them to say the work order was completed but nobody ever came to my unit?I had to get family to drive hours just to fix it during the holiday week. If you don't consistently call and follow up, nothing will be done properly, if at all.

Nice location but too many issues like poor maintenance crew and high turnover. And when maintenance requests are marked completed online when they were not And when office contacted they said oh that guy is no longer with us Also No noise control for dogs barking non stop .

The management is doing a great job so far, the maintenance is fast and efficient, and the community is great! There is private covered parking spots and the landscaping is well maintained. The gym could use an update though.

Beautiful community, nice little dog park in it too. It's conveniently right across the street from H.E.B. Spacious apartments too. The only complaint I'd make is that the gym is subpar. The machines are mostly broken from when I last went to use them, and there's no cleaning supplies.

we like the community. it is close to a big supermarket. neighborhoods are nice. office staff are nice. assigned parking space. it is nice and quite at night. very nice and big balcony to enjoy sitting outside in the morning and evening.

At Lakeline the community is clean, quiet and family oriented. Being a recent tenant I haven't encountered any issues besides the minor unfortunate sighting of dog poop. It's a pet friendly community I just wished other tenants would do their duty and pick up after their four legged family member. Other than that kids love the pool and I love the quiet!

I do inot believe you would like my feedback at this time as I am very disappointed. While maintenance is kind, the wait for a fix is extremely long. Some office staff are very kind but other treat clients as if they are beneath them.

------ complex with bed bugs, roaches, violent crime, thins walls and ceilings, zero customer service. Theft, damage, bad office staff, drunk office staff who lie and are lazy. Car theft, homeless population out back. Bad place for kids avoid at all cost. Cheap fake finishes and everything falls apart. Zero care office staff who are sick mental pathological liars, drunks and lazy

I have not lived here long, but so far I've been happy here. Office staff is helpful and maintenance is responsive. Supposedly there is security, but I have never seen anyone patrolling the complex, so I don't really know about that.

Very upset about mgmt. I'm disabled they would not give me a closer parking spot they didn't care about 7 wasp nests in my house. They made me pay a full months rent to move in. My lease is out August 22. They raised my rent over 200. So no way I'm leaving early by July 22. Want my deposit back immediately. I'm not very happy about what happened but the poor little old man who is on maintenance tried really hard to spray the wasps so don't get mad at him he was my only help til my son in law came to help me. Everyone is friendly from staff to residents. Property is well maintained and cleaned. No complaints whatsoever and the processes to retrieve packages through the parcel system is a huge plus so packages aren't left at your door all day

Modern apartments with nice pool and gym. Location is excellent as you can walk to grocery store, movies, restaurants and more. Very relaxing place to be and quiet. Monthly events are planned so that residents can meet each other and socialize.

For the last few years it's been great, all up to Lincoln Property Company took over, and everything changed, especially the last year, I'm talking about parking policies, management, technicians etc. Very disappointed how I've been treated and how my problems have been dealt with by the manager and assistant manager of the complex. You ask me a year ago, I would be living here a few more years but after this treatment I see that as a very far fetch outcome.

I was super impressed when I moved in. The apartment was extremely clean, the water was hot, and all the appliances were working perfectly. You can tell they really spent time to make sure everything was working and clean before we moved in. Nathalia and the staff were super nice and she made moving in a breeze. I am looking forward to settling in this community and exploring the town. The location is literally next to everything, yet the community itself is nice and quiet!

Again, one of your staff members needs coaching on how to talk to people. I found her to be rude, and short with me and my guest kinda stand off ish. Not a good way to be when you in sales. Our interactions almost made me not want to sign my lease. My leasing agent(Kelly I think her name is, was awesome) it's the other lady I am referring too.
