I really like the apartment I moved into, one room, one bathroom, living room, kitchen, spacious, bright apartment, quiet and safe area. Kind and helpful staff. They helped a lot with the communication before moving in, they answered any questions. I don't speak much English, but it wasn't a problem that everything had to be translated.

I have been living here since 2022. During this time, the technical staff worked well, the administrative staff too, they were polite, but they could not solve all the problems (they cannot do anything about the safety of the community territory). The only problems in the apartment were after a strong storm - damage to the common area and a little water penetration - they patched up the hole, brought a hair dryer to dry the carpet (this was in 2023). They did not look after the common area - but I think there are problems there now too (mold? rot?). They repaired the dishwasher on time, replaced the dryer (the paint on the old one was peeling off). Periodically there are problems in the pool (filters breaking?) - they fix it - well done. Periodically there are problems with the jacuzzi - the water level drops - they fix it - well done. The gym is open - I like it, you can go early in the morning. There are a little lack of free weights - something heavier than 50 pounds - but otherwise it's fine. Although I didn't use the club room, it's a pity that it only works during the administration's working hours - which is not clear - are they afraid of the gas? - but it is available at the entrance... are they afraid of the safety of the furniture? - but so far no one has stolen the summer furniture from the recreation area... it's not clear, I think it would have been possible to make it with a magnetic key so that no strangers could get in. There is a little lack of lawn in places (erosion) and I would remove the ivy and plant decorative bushes between the trees - so that it doesn't look like an abandoned place.

Very kind, great communication, easy move-in process. This isn't a great location with great amenities. Great maintenance. Carport is included with rent so that's a bonus. It's quiet and my neighbors are friendly. Lots of community activities.

The amenities, price and location are my top reasons for moving here. After living here for a short time, I have enjoyed how smooth the work order process is and how friendly the office and maintenance staff are as well. My apartment is very nice and cozy!

Clean community, good staff, quiet at night. I believe the complex was built in 2013 so very few issues. Yes u can walk to HEB, star bucks, and a mall next door. Highway is easily accessible. Walmart, Sams, abs target are less than 2 miles away

I love my Apt and location! Customer service from staff in lacking. Luckily I don't have to communicate with them very often Right now I have a few lights out and will wait for as long as I can to request service to avoid contact.

So far so good. No excessive noise. Lots of amenities. Neighbors are quiet and friendly. Apartment layout is nice and insides are modern. Staffs also friendly and helpful. I'd definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking for a good place in north Austin or Cedar Park.

Lakeline East Is a nice apartment community and I also like the staff here. we are very close to H-E-B as well as Starbucks and Alam Drafthouse movie theater. It is fairly walkable to the mall and farmers market too.

I like the community but maintenence is a little bit of low quality. The stuff itself is very good and high qualified. I would like the stuff to pay more attention to a swimming pool (clean water more often). Too many unknown people come on weekends.

Used to Love it Here

Please do not rent here. These apartments were not built well. Tons of structural damage due to water. Almost every single building has a cockroach infestation problem. I’ve had 3 neighbors report of an infestation in 3 separate buildings. Lights have been out in covered parking for months as well as staircases in most buildings, causing a safety issue, especially with it not being a gated community. The women who work the office are incredibly rude and unhelpful. If you request maintenance or ask for help it’s as if blame is placed on you for needing it. The hot tub rarely is in working condition and the equipment for the “gym” has been run down for too long. They charge way too much for what you get, like most of theses complexes anymore. It’s not worth it here especially.

No A/C Heater

I’ve been having issues with my a/c unit since March of 2023 and as of February 5, 2024 both my a/c unit and my heater aren’t working. I’ve put in 10 maintenance requests since than of last year and have had multiple maintenance men say they’ve fixed it and it is still not working. The unit has never been properly working . I can contact th office multiple times to ask when is it going to be fixed to be told that it willl be fixed. However it’s been out again and now my entire union no longer turns on. I’m frustrated beyond relief. It’s starting to affect my personal life because im constantly without a/c. Please don’t make the same mistake and lease at the Lakeline east community.

A really nice community to live in! Close to HEB and shopping, Lakeline Mall and 183 toll road to go north. Common areas always clean and I always feel safe here. Maintenance is always taken care of quickly.

We love living here, it's a very safe neighborhood and I don't have to be afraid to walk outside at night. I've had issues with my AC going out a few times. I wish more could have been done, it was scorching in our place and although they gave me a new portable unit it only worked in one spot. You could not move around or cook. Since I had to use it for about a week I'm afraid my light bill is going to be through the roof.

The prophet is neglected. Soil erosion everywhere. Maintenance team is lazy or understaffed. They will see a broken water sprinkler spewing for days and never even go stick it back in the ground, just stare at it as they ride around on a golf cart every day.

It's a great place to live so far. Maintenance is professional and knowledgeable. Work order turnaround is very fast. The leasing office staff is great and very helpful. The location is convenient. The covered parking is nice. Overall this is one of the best apartment communities I have lived at.

It is a very busy complex with lots of foot traffic and vehicles coming in and out. I wish that they could make it more attractive with better plants and flowers. I always get my questions answered promptly.

i like this place, apartment is very nice and comfortable, it has all conditions for comfortable living. Near apartment you can find any store you need, everything is close and you don't need a car to go for shopping.
