An excellent apartment, everything works perfectly, the interior is practically modern, very good location, very quiet and very safe, I'm fascinated, It has many shops nearby, the space it has to spend an afternoon in the pool is really very nice

An excellent place to live. Close to schools, retail, parks, and entertainment. Adequet parking for guests and nice amentities. Professional and friendly maintenance and office staff. The property is always kept clean.

The apartments are decent and the community is clean and nice. The rent is affordable as compared to other similar apartments. Any service request is handled promptly and the staff is polite. Every apartment comes with a covered carport which is an added advantage.

It's ok community, nothing extravagant. Apartment complex finally added lights to sides of buildings to be safer at night walking. Accessing gym before 5am is not possible needs to be changed. Complex is convenient to get to Shops around.

Overall, our experience is pretty good. Seems to be a lot of maintenance issues with the pool and the hot tub, but typically they are all fixed within a timely matter. Maintenance doesn't communicate very well, and sometimes some of the leasing agents flat out don't know information that should be simply available. But I've experienced that at every apartment complex I've ever lived in so nothing new there just something to be expected I guess. The neighborhood is pretty quiet, clean, but could use better landscaping. The underground water system for the grass shows everywhere above ground all around the complex. I've always thought that was odd. We've lived here over four years and they've never done anything about it so there's that.

The apartment is good and the location is good. The exterior of the buildings are in need of paint and repair. The landscape has been neglected ( other than cutting the grass) and in need of upgrades.

I haven't had any real issues other than maintenance... The maintenance people usually have helped me in an efficient manner...... I feel it is a safe environment. .. I have gone outside at different times of the day and night to walk my dog and I have not experienced any issues.

Overall, I love my place and the community, hence renewing for a 4th straight year. The safety and vetting of new residents & neighbors could be better as the quality of life has declined since I first moved in 2021. Maintenance requests could be handled more efficiently, with better communication or an option for set windows of time for jobs to be completed within.

Good so far. Staff is very friendly! The only issue would be the communication. Maybe the office is just understaffed. I'm glad it all worked out though even if it was at the last second. So far I'm loving the community!

I just moved in, and I'm already disappointed. The staff is rude and unhelpful, the pool is filthy and closed, and there are no gates, so safety feels like an issue. The apartment itself is nice, and the location is convenient, but overall, not worth it.

Will update when I have more experience living here. So far it is a good complex, by many things in the community. The apartments are generally clean and free of pests. Even maintenance are very polite and helpful. But my first impression is that they are not on top of things unless residents are reminding them therefore they should be more lenient about waiving fees. I have been charged fees for not having gas and electric set up by moving day. But the apartment had multiple issues that were also not resolved by moving date. This created a stressful situation.

.Good staff. Work orders could be handled a little quicker. The Maintenance staff is super helpful and friendly. Walls between apartments are super thin. You can here everything from upstairs and your neighbors. Gym is nice to have. Pool and hot tub could have better upkeep. It would be nice to also use community room until 7pm for those that work during the day and are not remote.

It's a nice community with good amenities. The apartments are renovated to what you would expect of modern apartments. The environment and surrounding area is very nice and feels clean and safe. There is a fence around the community but it's not gated which is a downside for me personally but some don't mind. You receive covered parking for free which is a great amenity. They also have package lockers which is great if you've had bad experiences with people taking your packages. Overall, it's not a bad place to live and the rent is pretty acceptable.

Its been good, I enjoy the property and landscaping. The area is ideal and everything is close or nearby. We need trash pick up though!!! PLEASE add trash pick up, Not many places DONT offer this service.

I have given online reviews before of how much I have appreciated living at Lakeline East Apartments. In April it will be 4 years here which is the logest I've stayed in one apartment. Until moving here my longest stay was less than 2 years in one apartment. My experience living here has been fantastic! Including the staff and maintenance teams and I appreciate them all so much!
