I am currently on my 4th lease term and each term I am more impressed with the efforts put forth by the staff to fix issues that arise, their kindness day to day and the exceptional maintenance staff which executes all requests flawlessly. The grounds are beautifully maintained, the trash is always picked up, and last year the wool community was repainted. My daughter and I have created many friendships and spent many summers poolside as well as at the park with our neighbors. We feel safe and are Ivery happy at Cole’s Crossing. Ms. Barbara the community manager does an excellent job with this property!

I have lived here since 2022. My experience has been good until I moved into a larger apartment. I am not sure if the maintenance has changed but the quality of the apartment I am in now is disappointing, especially in comparison to my last apartment. The quality of repair work is poor in my current apartment, the garage was full of trash/debris and the make ready was poorly done- cabinets are in bad condition, caulking and finishes were done without concern for quality and the wall/trim repairs were poor. The blinds are all missing the valances, making the home look tacky and poorly kept.

Well where do l start?!! The complex is set in its own private garden. The apartments have beautiful floor plans. Management goes well beyond my highest expectations. I walked in and felt at home at that instant. The time l have lived here it's never disappointed me.

Marked down for noise: only cause I'm on the front. Grounds: the flowers/plants and Xmas decorations left a lot to be desired Safety: the main gates are broke more than working correctly. Can't they be replaced?

I have been here at Coles Crossing a long time. I have enjoyed living here since 2018. It is a great location with lots or things around it. The staff has been great and very kind. The units have a ton of space. I will miss living here.

We just moved in last month and have been blown away by this community. The apartment staff are amazing and so accommodating. They actually care about their residents and went as far as to give us a VERY generous gift off our baby registry!! I have never even heard of an apartment doing something like that. Maintenance is amazing and so professional and kind. The price point is great and they are actively improving the apartment! Painting and updating to the grounds has taken place while we’ve been here which is so nice to see that they keep up with that. When we moved in we were able to do a walk through and request maintenance to take care of a few things. They prioritized our requests and our leasing agent, Deja, pointed out a few things on our behalf and made the whole process so easy! The community itself feels like a nice neighborhood community. There are kids out with their parents many nights a week and it all just feels wholesome. I could go on and on but we are just so happy to be here and feel safe and like we actually matter to the apartment!

I appreciate the kind workers/ Staff as well as the prompt responses for any concerns I may have. Community is usually always clean Inside the units like caulking to the tub is terrible and seriously needs to be addressed in some units as mold and mildew takes a toll on allergies and sickness.

The complex is located on Barker Cypress which allows for quick access to 290. There are multiple hospitals, dentists and other medical businesses right next door. There is not a single need that isn't fulfilled by the two shopping centers directly nearby the complex. You can have your oil changed, get a haircut, pick up prescriptions, go grocery shopping, go to the big-box gym, look at furniture, pick-up or enjoy dining for pizza, fried chicken, Chinese, Tex-Mex, American, steak, etc. It's all here. The staff is exceptional on all levels, world-class communicators, and the maintenance team quickly repairs all service requests which can easily be submitted via the Ventura app. The grounds are lovely, the buildings are lovely, plenty of natural walking areas, dog-park, swimming pool, gym, community-wide Wi-Fi and garages available!

Sometimes texts and emails come across as unprofessional. It also seems like most times texts go out right at closing so if there are any questions you arw not able to follow up. We went to the office with a complaint and the staff said they would sent a text out and it was never sent. Personally I dont like being lied to. We felt more of an inconvenience. Property manger Barbera is fantastic!

I’ve only lived here for a month, but so far Ive enjoyed peace and quiet. Ive enjoyed the amenities. The grounds are well maintained. Communication is very good. It’s great not to have your packages stolen because they have lockers. I will definitely be here for a long time.

Office and maintenance staff are wonderful. The manager is not. Overall, the community is quiet and the maintenance staff is amazing, If you consider moving here, get every communication in writing. The pedestrian gates have been broken for months, and residents have received no communication on when they will be fixed.
