In the community like I said, before the very safe community, I wouldn’t dream of moving anywhere else because we feel very content and very safe. I have two banks across the street. Do you have the food market across the street at the gas station across the street in next block you have a tire shop that’s right next to us do you have FedEx do you have a nail salon? do you have a big furniture store call star Do you have a sushi restaurant and other restaurant? It’s very convenient.

There has been a decline in the responsiveness to maintenance requests. The upkeep and overall appearance of the front section of the complex is regularly maintained. However, other areas have dead shrubs and trees. There is a lack of grass, and the sprinkler system does not seem to be operating. There are lights that do not work near the circular bar-b-que area.

Can’t complain. I am satisfied. Good territory, clean, quiet. There is a pool, playground and gym. Very close to supermarket, gas station, etc. Not all neighbors who has a dogs clean loan after them, but community staff already took an action, it’s nice.

Just moved from Dallas, and I am very happy here. Love the grounds. Very close to shopping and work. The residents are nice and respectful, staff is friendly and helpful. I love the layout of my apartment. Overall I am very happy here.

Great place for a short stay. Upon renewal it will make you consider leaving. Depends on your why and overall family goals. I feel grounds and options can be improved based on pricing. Overall pleasant place to live.

We really enjoy living in this community. It is very peaceful and clean. it has so many trees, it feels like I’m in the forest. We also enjoy the clean pool very much. The only thing I’d like different is the way we give entry access to our visitors.

Me gusta la atención , el mantenimiento que le dan al complejo siempre muy bien cuidado , l El único inconveniente que puedo decir que veo es que las personas que tienen mascotas deberían de estar pendiente de recoger las necesidades de sus mascotas y no dejarlas en las áreas verdes ya que uno pasa por allí y puede pisarlas…. De resto todo bien

My truck was stolen from this apartment complex after 2 months of living here, it was parked under a light right 8n front of the building. Rent is expensive for what you get. Apartment is old/dinghy, pipes leak, they paint the sinks and bath tub and it peels when you try to clean it. Sink is rusty. Hot water works sometimes.

We absolutely love living here. We are wanting to stay, but that will depend on the rates, and if we can find an apartment on the 1st floor. I am in the multi family industry, and the staff is incredible, we love our apartment, we just need a 1st floor.

I have enjoyed the past 10 years here. The staff has always been kind and courteous along with the maintenance staff. Just disappointed on the grounds landscaping and maintenance of it. Over the years, it has been lacking in beauty. Seems to be more weeds than grass as this point. The courtyard in our building needs some maintenance.

The office manager is rude, the turnover of her employees in the office is ridiculous. I pay for trash pick up and have to contact the office on more than 3 occasions to pick it up, I live on the third floor. The breezeways and stairwells are filthy I have requested they be power washed more than 3 time. Premium rent but not a premium property. It has declined significantly since I moved in.

Simply a great place to live. Always clean and the leasing office staff and maintenance technicians are top notch. It's nice to be in such close proximity to a grocery store, a post office, easy access to the freeway, and several different restaurants.

The characterization of this complex is based on the people that run it. Locationally this apartment is nested in the trees and is quiet in general. The staff and maintenance crew go above and beyond in their professional approach to manage Coles Crossing well. I am thankful for my time here.

I have had a great experience living here! First and foremost the staff (office&facilities) is incredible. They are friendly, helpful, and efficient with even the smallest things. Everything is pretty good in my community. Except my upstairs neighbor is so noisy every single night. I have called to report them, but nothing gets done. I wish they would take that into consideration, because noise like that would almost make a person want to move.

Price is too high - colors my view in general of this used to be lovely apartments. They were too high priced for me but an option at the time I arrived. Each year, I bit the bullet but it's gone too far. Please note in my statements below, "we" is general renters that have been here few years. Everything I state is a general sentiment and I include them loosely as validation for our concerns. During time living anywhere, of course, people will converse about properties and rules. It is understandable why the amounts for leasing have risen but those of us living here know for certain there are many others who come to live and are Section 8. Or have workers from other Venterra properties that give them discounts. We want to know the wording they've used - so we can have discounted amount for our rent. The last 2 landscapers - especially the first landscaper of June 2022, have killed the grass and all the bushes. I have pictures! My dog and I walked, (she has passed on) all over this property. Late June 2022, they cut down our property's lush green grass down so that it resembled the highways ... very short, not like true home landscapers (our name on sign is Coles Apartment Homes). I state and describe them as highway mowers because they do not know "landscaping" and it is understandable trying to save money when it comes to grass, sprinklers and general bushes for ambience. I guarantee that individually, they know not to cut to the root and is not their general practice at their own home. Especially when the Texas sun will kill the roots of many things exposed. From lush thick green grass that survived the ice storm of 2020, to seeing the roots and the dirt underneath, of what is left. THE massacre was done to the whole property and bushes too. That thick green grass we had for 4 years (since I've been here) that gave this property the ambience of lush green Cypress Creek living, is gone. Currently, the bushes are see through and are dead. They truly changed the landscape of these apartments. Even the dog park had thick green grass. I thought it would get better but no, it did not. If any landscaper ever did to my home what they've done here, I'd charge them for sod - fertilizer - new bushes and sprinkler heads. Continually, we have security issues with gate. It had seemingly, stopped for a few months. It's purpose is for friends and family to come and go as needed. So they disable the gate.
