As I'm filling this out, the office sent me a notification that my water will be cut off for an hour, if it's not water it's electricity, cable or internet. It happens in all apartments. After some 12 plus years here in the same apartment with all ups and downs, not having to do yard work or maintenance, it feels good to come to this apartment and call it home.

Very pet friendly, clean , quiet place to live and plenty places to take walks. Good neighbors and friendly staff which are very attentive. Bus stop is safe and close by the gate. Some stores and doctor offices are working distance.

Nice area, close to supermarket and other stores. Park in walking distance. Friendly neighborhood, nice people and good management. Clean, quiet, nice pool area. Have no issues. Available parking lots.

I have been living here since April 2024. My experiences with the staff have always been so great. Everyone is so friendly. The maintenance staff is always right on time to fix any repairs and are so friendly.

I've had a wonderful experience while living at Coles Crossing Apartment complex. And would highly recommend anyone looking for a place to live in the Cypress community to consider Coles Crossing. The staff is very accommodating and professional. They will go above and beyond to make sure the residents are satisfied. The surrounding community is convenient with everything needed to meet basic needs within 2 miles or a 10 minute drive.

Experience in moving in was quick and easy. I like that the upkeep is well maintained throughout the complex. The complex Quiet and comfortable. The communication from the leasing office is great. I would recommend this complex to friends and family.

The staff is really great both in office and maintenance personal. I think kids need a place to play besides in the road way. Because it get a little dangers for them in the road way, people don't slow down in areas. Also if the apt. numbers would be more visible on buildings it would be easier for delivers.

We love living in this community. We love our apartment and the facilities are very nice. It’s a great location in the Cypress area. We can walk to many things. Our property lawn area is not kept up very well. The main area in front of offices and entrance is but we have to maintain ours. We have to mulch, spray and pull weeds, have a dead plant, trim our bushes and the grass is really just weeds. Other than lawn maintenance this complex is top notch. Staff is wonderful.

My wife and I love it here. It feels like we are on vacation at a resort. The staff is awesome. Repairs are done quickly and on one try. They never have to come back, its done the first time. We really enjoy the policy of .... Let them hang things on walls so it is done correctly. no damage to unit

At first the experience was great. Great prices, great access to food, fun, and other activities. Unfortunately every year, the rates were raised until finally it was raised to an unreasonable amount. I will never recommend anyone ever to these apartments.

The apartments are well-maintained despite their age. Because of this, things may not look new, but they are in perfect condition. We feel comfortable and pleased; we love walking and strolling among the trees. The apartments are well arranged, making the visual experience very pleasant. The way packages are received is very convenient, and so far, we have never lost anything. There is a lot of concern to ensure that residents have a good time. Thank you very much.

My experience has been pleasant. It’s quiet,clean and convenient to everything. Heb is right across the street and it’s convenient to 290 and all the shopping centers. Not to mention down the street from the Berry Center. Also very close to my child’s school.

I am happy. Really at peace. The leasing office is very friendly. Maintainence team is really fast in addressing your issues. Have no problems withy neighbours. No noise problem. Descent community . Heb and hair cut stores and nails and massage and restaurants in walking distance.

Other tenants are loud and disruptive. People tailgate in the parking lot and lay on the horn when i'm trying to park.. Others drive at high rates of speed through the parking lot.. Folks yell and argue in the stairwell.

Overall review

Overall older community is not that safe, a lot of burglary happened in the community. It is said you have lockers, but no cameras there, therefore once you are package is missing you can't do much. From the aspect of management, not the greatest nor they want to help you. There is a problem with bugs and ants, we created 4 times request and they send 2 times person to spray it, but it didn't help. Finally, we bought from our own pocket tablets to remove them. From the parking places ,it is ------ and terrible process where they can tow your car if you don't park on limited available spaces and they don't even share that.

There are quite a few pavement repair areas where pot holes are formed along my route to enter and exit the property. There is a community package that I do not have any use for. I am not able to figure out the community wifi password that is pertaining to my building. It is nice to read of the different food trucks that come around and different events happening within the community but I am unable to attend, yet I still have to pay for. It is a struggle to find parking at times. There has been a vehicle parked in the same location for almost a year.
