Nice apartments, well maintenated, lots of waking trails, lots of parking space, clean pool, splash pad, close to shops, close to US-290. There is really a lot for everyone, either with or without kids.

We lived at Coles Crossing Apartments for aprox. two and a half years. We had great, helpful neighbors and had easy access to local stores and hwy 290. That's more or less where the pros stop. We had issues with the maintenance team not fixing issues to the point where I had to get upper management involved, we had security issues; peoples vehicles were broken into and their tires taken 10 times in a month with no help from staff (the gates not closing properly, no cameras put up for extra protection, no noted security guards watching the area etc.) We had negative interactions with staff multiples times at the office. After your a resident, you are then treated "differently" and sometimes the staff can be strait up rude. Now, after leaving, they are trying to charge us 500$ in holdover fee's even though we have been out of the apartments for two months (prior to lease ending) and we paid everything on time. Their claiming that telling them over the phone that we moved out and will bring the mail keys at a specified date (due to working and living conditions currently) was not sufficient to incur not holdover fee's. I do not recommend living here! Its a beautiful place with nice neighbors, but its not worth the headache from maintenance, staff, and the fear of getting your stuff taken.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Everyone is so nice. Grounds are very pretty and well kept. This is the perfect location especially if you are from out of town. Grocery, dry cleaners, veterinary clinics and so many eateries. Couldnt have picked a better place to live.

Overall experiences to stay this location ok ... we haven't expected the certain challenges related to noise , overall air condition system installation and efficiencies.... observed the high power consumption and low cooling on account of location of indoor unit and duct provisions

Overall, a nice community. The green space is the big draw here. Most complexes are mostly concrete. Maintenance staff is the best! One complaint would be that traffic noise, and even people's voices can be heard through the closed windows of the apartments. Also, the posted pool rules are a joke. Large groups, including lots of non-residents, take over the pool for loud and raucous parties driving others out of what is a major amenity. Supervision and enforcement of the pool policies by management is non-existent.

Its the best community its so quiet so nice and it has nice view its close by so many shopping centers and stores around and every now and then we will have food trucks at the office its a great experience here at the coles crossing apartments I love it and its so eco friendly

Overall, I have enjoyed the community. Really my only complaint is dog waste and odor and the dead grass that is caused by the waste. If that problem was addressed with residents, my experience would be near perfect.

Maintenance is excellent but the amenities are poor. I would recommend updating the gym and adding more equipment. The pool area has been out of sorts for the last 6 months. The dog park is never taken care of and the dog wash station is always down. But the maintenance is good

Overall its been positive. The staff is absolutely amazing and very pleasant to work with. The security however is the worst part. Most of the issues are parking lot related and the lack of cameras and lighting at night seems odd to me. Cameras would practically solve everything and I highly recommend that upgrade. Noise at night is mildly irritating coming mostly from the main road and highway that's near buy. The staff makes all these issues seem small. They are so so great.

Best apartment complex Ive ever lived in. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and the office staff has been wonderful. I was surprised with how quiet this complex is. There are also a bunch of families on the complex so it makes it really feel like a community. I just love this place.

Awesome place near everything and anything you could need. Close to the freeway. Staff is super friendly and always helpful. Maintenance issues are handled quickly and professionally. Nice pool and park for kids. The package lockers are a welcome addition for 24/7 access. Cool upgrades recently with the thermostat and keyless locks.

This community is quiet, clean and the staff are SO friendly. It is close to anything I could possibly need(walking distance) and the apartments are spacious and affordable. The fact that it is a gated community is a huge plus. I feel safe walking to the gym alone in the middle of the night.
