The staff is very friendly and helpful. The property is very nice and well kept, but the dumpsters do have overflow all the time. I wish they would power wash the buildings and stair wells, they are filthy and covered in stains from the trash service and leaky bags. The maintenance team is inadequate and does a very sloppy and lazy job on repairs.

I’ve enjoyed the two years I have lived here in the community. It really feels like home. The views from the apartments are always really nice, and even the grounds are enjoyable to walk. I will say the actual fitness room is lacking, and the walking path could use some work.

A very quiet clean community many shopping centers close by if you don’t have a car you could easily just walk over to the grocery store or gym and even the dentist And best part is that there’s a park

Everything has been great for the last two years of my family being here and even through COVID has been very accommodating and with security concerns increasing they kept up with what they could but in this raising rent environment it’s hard to be competitive but as far as amenities they have advance all IT and smart accesses as possible great location too.

I love staying at Coles Crossing. Any maintenance issue that I have had is handled promptly. The leasing office staff are always super nice. The only thing is during my second year of lease renewal they went up on my rent quite a bit. Other than that these are really great apartments.

I have expressed multiple concerns about the smell of weed. I have extreme allergies and I often come home to the overwhelming smell of weed. I live alone. The smell seeps in from a neighbor. I have complained, called the manager, called the officer on duty. It’s still a problem. I am considering moving once my lease is up. I like my apartment, I love the location, but I do not like smelling weed. I pay too much money to tolerate this kind of nuisance.

Great community. Feels safe. Apartment feels like a "home." Very quiet. Never hear my neighbors. Love my attached garage. Maintenance is very good. Management is very responsive. The only thing I can think of that could be improved are the fences around the dumpsters. Most are missing pieces. But, I commend the property for having a dumpster specifically for recycling. It would be nice if they had more than 1 however. I moved in 12/20/21 and am submitting this review on 1/20/22.

My experience here besides the minor issues I had with my apartment. It has been very good and calm. I enjoy the trail to enjoy walks. The dog park is very roomy and open. It is very quiet here and not at all problematic.

I absolutely love living here. The office staff is always on point with everything and communicate very well. The work orders are taken care of in a timely matter. The maintenance and office team know my dog and they have the best attitudes, always ready to help! I love all the trees and how peacefull it is.

I have enjoyed living here. It's a good complex with a friendly staff. They resolve any problems as quickly as possible. The amenities are good. It's especially nice that I have meet several of my neighbors that I enjoy and have become friends with.

Wery weak maintenance. The dirty territory of apartments. Nobody cleans up after a hurricane. It supposes to be a gated community, but gates often don't work and stay open And most important it's NOT a smoke-free apartment. Stay away from an apartment that doesn't carry about your health!

Overall our CC experience has been great. Loved the surrounding area, i.e. shopping, banks, doctors and other services all readily available. Variety of floor plans to fit all needs and sizes of families. Used the walking trails inside CC almost on a daily basis. Made friends and will be keeping some of them in our lives. Enjoyed the food trucks also Very comfortable living environment. Maintenance crew is WONDERFUL!!!! We will be sorry to go for several reasons but we have changes in our life that dictate our moving away.

This is a great pet friendly community! Beautiful campus!!! This has everything you want pool, dog park, work out gym, wooded picnic area, splash park and playground. Lovely family friendly place. Great fun!!!

Great community to live in. Super friendly staff and maintenance staff. Any issues you may have are resolved in a timely manner. Everything is well maintained. I have no complaints at all. I would stay longer but now I need more space for my growing family.

Management is being carried by Barbara. Most management staff is great. Some have been incredibly rude. One time I was walking to get mail with my headphones in, and apparently one of the leasing office staff was yelling at me. I didn't hear her until she yelled loud enough to be heard over my headphones. She then acted like she wasn't being rude at all and pretended to just ask "How is everything?" Like, why did you feel the need to yell like that? She was walking behind me, by the way, it wasn't like I could see her in front of me so we could wave to each other. Very strange.

Excellent location as it is in walking distance to a major grocery store and many restaurants. The front office staff is amazing! Apartment was very clean upon move in and updated with latest items. Very nice walking paths to allow for continuous exercise in a safe environment.

I have been very pleased since moving here. The property is clean and maintained consistently, and my building area is very quiet, which is a plus! The staff are very responsive when needed and always polite.
