My family loves living here. The property is clean and well maintained. The apartment is beautiful. Quite and safe community. The pool is clean and the community have tons of green areas. It is steps away from HEB, Starbucks, Gas station, Fedex, UPS and so many other stores. A great place to live

I am very upset with how valet garbage goes. We pay but we still take our garbage out because of the massive raccoon issue. People leave their garbage outside their apartments in plastic bags and not in the containers that you provided ,because of that I have to fight raccoons to get to my apartment. I also hate the fact that for 4 yrs of living here the gate has been broken , yet we still pay our rent on time. I do not understand how you can advertise a gated community when the gate is open 90% of the time.

Since Ive moved to Coles crossings Ive had no complaints. Its clean nice environment I just love it. I 100% have no complaints and I enjoy living here and I plan on renewing my lease. Its nice to raise your kids here and close to a lot of other places.

Hreat community! Love it! It is safe, clean, luxurious, affordable, staff is professional and the apartments are big! Me and my family love it! Everything is so close to us! We can even walk to the supermarket, the area is beautiful and so clean, with lots of nature around! It is exactly what we were looking for. The school for my daughter is great!

We love living here. Quiet and well treed grounds, close to neighborhood schools, restaurants and grocery stores. Close proximity to Highway 290. We love the apartment and attached garage. The apartment staff is friendly and helpful, and the maintenance crew is quick to respond, professional and helpful.

Im very happy with the community. I feel safe and theres lots of amenities. The neighborhood is quiet (except my upstairs neighbors stomping in the middle of the night). I love taking my dog to the bark park after work.

Office staff has been amazing! Very professional, friendly, welcoming, and upbeat. The property has a very welcoming, family and friends, type atmosphere. It makes you feel like you're right at home from day one. It is overall a pretty quiet community. I live near the pool but never feel bothered with noise. When I'm inside my apartment, I honestly don't hear anything outside and have never heard neighbors next door or upstairs.

The property itself is beautiful and you don't hear traffic from the highway but there are so many reasons you should not live there: 1. Over priced $1700 for a 2 br is outrageous. 2. They act concerned but when you call them out on stuff or ask a question about something they promised or said they get condescending and treat you poorly. 3. I can count the times the front gate was fixed and in working order...because of this cars were broken into, cars left on cinder blocks cause the tires were stolen, home invasions, and even license plates stolen off car, to later find out by police the plates were used on a stolen car. 4. They don't maintain the trees or trim off dead limbs. 5. Underage drinking at the pool 6. Inappropriate behavior & clothing at the pool (family based community)and office people would allow, even after brought to their attention. I could go on... somethings you can let go but safety is not one of them... and the office does not communicate those issues with the community. The only good is the maintenance people are nice and Austin seems to truly care about the community but his hands are tied cause of the management.

Not the easiest people to work with, but the apartments are nice. Getting issues resolved sometimes takes persistence and repetition but eventually most have been taken care of. Haven't had any issues with the actual apartment.

I have been here for 3 years and I believe that this is one of the safest places in Cypress. It's also very diverse here, and the staff are always willing to help you out with a matter. I highly recommend Coles crossing.

It is a very nice experience living here, supermarket is across the street, restaurants, and stores are close. My wife and me enjoyed walking around the complex in a very relaxed environment. This is and excellent and peaceful place to live.

It was not a pleasant experience at all, do not live recommend due to the fact that the staff is uncaring and only driven by greed for money. We had fire ants on the third floor of a unit. The matter was not taken serious until we went up to the office and talked with the head manager in charge threatening to make it a legal battle due to the fact that it was soooo bad we had fire ants biting us in our beds.

It has been great. Well maintained in a very convenient area to expressway, shopping and restaurants. Great walking track down the street with several gyms in walking distance. Very quiet even for pet friendly complex.

I moved in about a month ago, and my experience has been excellent. The staff were extremely helpful in getting me sorted out with the move-in, as well as responsive in all my questions during and after move-in. The grounds are extremely open and spacious, and the community as a whole is very pleasant. My unit is of great quality as well. The only long-term downside to the apartment complex is that it can be noisy due to outside traffic. Beyond their control, but worth noting.

Management dont treat residents equally, they are selective in providing services, there are some security issues and the management kept it secret and didnt let residents know anything about it, also didnt take action to prevent happening in future

Have lived here for about a year. The only things that frustrate me is that you have to contact office for same issue several times. Maintenance issues especially. Then the noise level can be a bit burdensome. The good thing about community is it is near stores and freeway. Schools are near. The grounds need some work.

It is overpriced, anyone can enter thru the gates however it is a nice community and well kept. Office staff is nice yet when it comes to a bigger problem they do tend to brush it off a little and the get back on track. Maintenance is done on time when requested. If you have a dog or plan to have one, the restriction breed list is out of control and yet you see other residents walking with the restricted breed. The fines for certain rule breaking things are just ridiculous and the charge for late rent fee is also ridiculous.

A real hassle getting moved in. Had to bring a copy of my SS card (never had that before). Staff is not very helpful and really doesn't have any concern about timely, convenient service. Had broken mirrors in the bathroom when I moved in. It took over a week to repair, and nothing happened until I threatened to move out.
