I have a dog. When he was 8 weeks old I went to the hospital with CHF. He spent 6 months with my son, then spent a year with my daughter. He was undisciplined and missed me. The office helped me by purchasing toys to occupy his time. It worked wonders. And I will always appreciate them.

I really enjoy living here, it is quiet and safe complex and very close to all amenities like restaurants, HeB, Costco and major highways. Staff are very friendly and the maintenance work is always on-time and very prompt response. This complex is very clean and big space between the buildings

So far so good. I am very happy here, and I feel very safe. My favorite thing has been the wonderful maintenence crew. Wonderful, polite, and hardworking. Love it here. The ameneties are nice, gym, office area, game room. The office is great about communicating with residents via text/email. Wonderful experience so far.

Enjoying living here. It’s nice to have outside area for walk with the dog or just to get the steps in. We love the office staff! Always friendly and ready to help. Maintenance ppl whenever they come are doing their job as fast and effective as possible! We love the results! Quick and easy. We are hoping for more dog waste stations. And power washing of “hallways” of the building between apartments.

I cannot wait to move out, and I hate moving. I’ve moved to three states over five years coming out of college. I chose to move once when I lived in Iowa to get closer to Des Moines and never moved out of my original apartment in Minnesota. I hoped this apartment would be the last one I live in before buying a home. I will not be ready to buy a home by time my lease is up, but I will be more than ready to move.

It is really nice here. This is the first apartment I have lived in since I was five. Nice and clean I just wish there was another gated dog park and a how to information sheet on how to use the dog wash. Is there another app I should have to help me in my apartmen?

Best complex in the area and maybe elsewhere too

I've read a lot of apartment reviews and there are common problems, such as gates not working, that occur, in varying degrees, at many of them. Things happen, many of which cannot be controlled by apartment management. The important thing is how the apartment management handles it. Any issues were handled quickly and well. Barbara Carrillo is a superb manager and her office staff and maintenance were excellent when I lived there. The office staff are some of the same people as when I was there, but I don't know the current maintenance supervisor. I'm sure that it's still fine. In the time that I lived at Cole's Crossing, we had a succession of 3 owner/management companies running the place. Venterra took over in 2016 and they are not only the best of the three, but one of the best apartment management companies that I have ever experienced in my life, during which I've lived in 10 apartment complexes and owned a home. When the complex was built, the developers purposefully left mature trees as well as planting many more. This healthy and aesthetically pleasing feature is one of the things that makes Cole's Crossing nicer than other complexes. The only reason I left was because of a life change that took me out of town. There, I looked for a Venterra complex, but it did not have the attached garage feature that I wanted. I am returning to the Houston area although to a location that is far away from Cypress. Although I will not be returning to Cole's Crossing at this time, I am looking at Venterra complexes in the part of town where I will be. If you are a prospective resident, or a current resident who is contemplating moving due to increased rent and/or the new fee for internet that I read about, you need to research first, and factor the cost (financial and otherwise) of a move into your budget. Apartment rents, especially at luxury complexes like Cole's Crossing, are high almost everywhere, as are the add-on fees. You get what you pay for. The peace of mind from having great management and maintenance and a high-quality home is worth a certain amount of money.

I have been here for about 4 years. The property is kept up with really nicely. The leasing office staff is awesome and so is the maintenance team. They're very respectful and always say hi to my dog Lola. There's food trucks frequently and the pool is beautiful. The trails near the dog park are such a huge plus to the property. I've never had any issues here and my neighbors have all been great and say hello. If I didn't work Downtown, I would never leave. It's in a great location, quiet & HEB right across the street. They do what they can to help you and treat people with kindness. 10/10 recommend Coles Crossing!

Experience has been good overall. Noise problem is traffic on Barker Cypress which was no surprise. At present, we have a very noisy family above us. Think the children are very active. Often sounds like they might come through the ceiling. Having had children, we understand. :)

My experience here has been wonderful! From move in to now, staff has been very professional and friendly. I enjoy the apartment layout. It is the perfect size for my daughter and I. The main priority for me when looking for a community is safety. I definitely feel safe at Coles Crossings. It is a well kept, quiet, and safe apartment complex. I would definitely recommend staying here.

The apartment community has been going downhill since the apartment management has changed. Totally apathetic towards resident's needs and requests. No effort to improve apartment safety and units are frequently broken into along with other thefts.

Good but the cost Has gone up over 25% in a year! We like the property and space to walk, pool, park etc. Cannot justify these crazy price increases when you can rent a house for the same amount! If they would lower the price to a reasonable amount then it is a good place to live.
