I have lived in this complex for 4+ years and have no reason to leave. The staff is friendly, rent reasonable, and I love the layout of my apartment. I would recommend this complex to friends and family.

A great family place! It has everything if you have a dog or cat. The dog park is great not only for excising but also bathing and cooling in a hot Texas day. The swimming pool and the gym are very enjoyable. The only thing missing is a hot tube.

Issues with pipes leaking in walls which causes mold,. Electrical out let's don't work. Phone jacks not working, you have to have have internet. The stairwell is dirty and has spider nests on walls causing spiders to come inside.

I am very happy with my apartment and the community. Michelle, was very helpful. So far very happy living here. I know I made a very good choice when I chose Cole Crossing as my new home.I don't think that I could have made a better choice

Great place to live very community oriented. Friendly staff very helpful. Nice and clean staff tries very hard to accommodate residents needs in a very timely manner. You can always see the staff trying to do their very best and beyond!! :-)

Good place to live! Have had a good time so far. Can't complain. Staff are really cool, there's free coffee and cookies which is dope af. The movie theatre is really cool also, and there is a computer lab with a printer that I use often.

Complex is becoming more and more like a low income facility where vouchers are taken. The female staff are not professional nor friendly unless it's to new potential residents. Often almost even rude.

My family and I, just moved in to Coles Crossing and we love our two bedroom apartment. My wife loves the fully equipped gym and the pool area. The staff is very friendly and helpful, you can sense the feeling that they want you to feel that you are at home.

Excellent community. Clean, quiet and safe place to live in. I like the fact that schools, retail and stores are close by and accessible. Most of my neighbors are friendly. Parking is never a problem. The trash pickup is outstanding. I only wish there was a drainage system in place. When it rains, the grounds and the walkway of my building get flooded and our shoes get wet if we leave without rainboots. Besides that, all is good.

The office personnel takes interest in my concerns and find a solution as quickly as possible. They are friendly, proffesional and resolve issues as quickly as they can. The addition of a dog park was a great idea.

Great community to live in. Helpful staff and great maintenance crew. Communication on what is going on within complex is helpful and great! Would recommend to others, good rental rates for area. Renewel process was easy and quick.

Don't plan plan on using the pool any time during the weekend in the summer. Office does not check pool tags and residents bring 30+ guests to the pool. The pool turns bright green because of the amount of people using it and is closed most of the time. When it is open there's lots of people drinking and even more kids running around unattended. Not a place to relax.

This is a beautiful community. I feel very safe and at home here and over all have had a great expierience with the office staff. My car battery was dead one morning and the office and maintenance staff even helped me wth that.

Great place well maintained great land scaping and amenities . Just a nice pleasant quiet place to live . Almost anything you need shopping or dining wise is right nearby and even the Walmart employees are very polite.

I take this opportunity to describe the rude behavior and unprofessional communication of office staff - Michelle. When I called to status for this incident she was very rude, I did not expect this kind of behavior at all. This is not appreciating and I am hurt with this kind of communication. It was related to restroom curtain holder broke and I was expecting some guests on some day so I requested if this request can be handled on emergency basis but wrong commitment was given initially by Alma in morning and when I called again, Michelle's behavior was very rude. Thank you.

This afternoon I answered/ participated in the online survey and mentioned about the dog waste outside our apartment ( new residents have been walking their dogs and not cleaning up). To my surprise, I received a direct phone call from David Williams (Community Manager). I also mentioned some communication issues about his staff. He was very courteous and professional and at the same time offered solutions, and sent me a direct email with his phone number to contact him for any further issues or concerns. EXCELLENT SERVICE! THIS IS WHAT A REAL MANAGER DOES. TRULY THIS NEW MANAGEMENT AND NEW MANAGER (DAVID WILLIAMS.) ARE FAR BETTER THAN THE PREVIOUS ONE. Thank you for taking the time to read my survey and calling me to address those issues.

I really love living here at Coles Crossing! The staff and management are great, and go above and beyond whenever there is an issue. They have also added or improved a number of amenities for us residents to enjoy. I'm really proud to call this community my home!

I love living here! It's my first apt experience ever! I love the trees and walking trail. I love the pool and fitness center and the big fireplace outside. I LOVE Natalie in the office! She is my go to person! She communicates clearly and delivers on what she promises. My neighbors are really great too! I love the kids too. The parents are good about watching their kids. I feel I am in an actual community! I love my apartment too. It's set up very nice . Very useable no wasted space. Feels very open and is just right.

Coles Crossing Apartments have a great community. It is has plenty of trees and a walking/jogging trail that you can enjoy. A new dog park with facilities. The staff are always polite and helpful. It is our second year and we are very pleased with the new management.

Coles Crossing formerly known as BroadStone CCrossing is lovely and an amazing place to LIVE. We were looked at a great deal of Apartments, some new and some older and found here to have it all ! Great Schools, Grounds are amazing and the PlayPark is a huge plus not to mention the Kids are allowed to Ride around, unlike other Apt Bldgs I visited. The New Management and their Staff have done a great deal to make this place more homely in a positive way ! The New Look of the Leasing Office, Gym, Business Center and even the Grounds is a huge plus and long overdue ! The Apartments have more than adequate spacing and size Rooms, which makes it comfortable and roomy. I hope there is more to come in making it even more amazing for the Residents with Meet Greets and the Online Portal for Rent, Comments, Concerns and more is just icing on the cake with being a Resident here! Come see for yourself, this place is the best with all the Bells and Whistles :)) and hopefully more to come !

These are the best apartments i have ever leased! The office staff is great Michelle Verrones is awsome. They are a great helpfull team. Over all it is a clean safe environment for my family.
