I like it here so far. The neighbors are pretty cool. The pet owners clean up after their pets. It's pretty quiet (except football Sundays ??). People pretty much keep to themselves. The leasing agents are the nicest I've ever experienced.

it is a nice quiet safe place to live. The office staff is always friendly and willing to help, and the maintenance is always performed in a timely manner. It is very close and convenient for all of my shopping needs.

Very nice neighborhood and good atmosphere in the apartment.i would recommend this apartment to my friends if they have to move to cypress. I liked the maintenance and service responses from the staff. Staff is very friendly and take requests promptly.

We have a unit that backs up to Barker Cypress, the noise from the street is so loud. I really wish I would have thought of that before signing the lease, it makes it hard to sleep. However, the property is fantastic, we love the pool our apartment is beautiful and well kept. The staff in the office is extremely kind and all of the staff knows us and our apartment number. Overall, I am happy with the community. The property seemed safe at first but it really needs cameras at the gates. Several vehicles have been broken into and an apartment over the past few months.

EVERYTHING WAS GREAT IS ALWAYS GREAT - I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS STAFF ALWAYS THERE VIA PHONE OR WALK-IN, I HAVEN'T HAD AN ISSUE SO FAR AFTER HALF A YEAR. QUIET AND CLEAN COMMUNITY. SOME PEOPLE MAY SAY IT IS A BIT PRICEY, BUT THIS IS NOT ONE OF THOSE PLACES THAT LURE YOU IN THEN LEAVE YOU IN THE DARK AFTER MOVE IN LOL

Wonderful! Its lovely to see all the dogs playing at the dog park and the children on the playground! I have met many new friends!! We feel very safe walking our dog at night and love the beautiful view!

WAY overpriced. Be sure to add at least 100$ in monthly fees after you sign a contract. They always have a reason to add more fees. 1331 is their lowest price for a two bedroom with early renewal. Totally not worth it. Pool is nasty and green ALL SUMMER. Go somewhere else.

Love the community. Only negative is a major one. Our unit, #18108, is a ground floor unit. It has virtually zero insulation between our ceiling and the floor of the unit directly above us. The resident above us must be a Sumo wrestler. When he walks, our dishes vibrate. He has a young child who can spend up to 4 hours of continuous running and jumping, NON STOP. Literally! We are old and home a majority of the time. We have almost no peaceful enjoyment of our unit and will not be renewing our lease, at expiration. Thats unfortunate because otherwise, we love this place.

I have been a resident since 2012. I have experienced several changes in management, some for the better, some not so much. I am very grateful for the way me and my family were treated going through Hurricane Harvey. I do not like management nickel and diming us, by charging for garbage service that I did not ask for, want or need. Charging for parking spaces. Come on really??

The community is quiet and safe. The community is great for pet owners and families. It is surrounded by by trees and great walking trails. It is located close to the freeway and several stores it is a great location. The maintance team always responds quickly and the office staff is always willing to be helpful.

I have lived at Coles Crossibg for over a year and must say I love the location. My apartment is out dated with white appliances and carpet. However, I refuse to pay price for updated units cause its simply super high for no reason. Over all like apartments.

So far everything has been wonderful! Family friendly community. Staff has been very helpful with any needs or concerns and so has maintenance. Very pet friendly community as well...which we love! Alma was most helpful through my whole leasing process all the way to move in!

Funky smell and roaches a few days after we moved in. Indoor air quality not great. Has been making my family sick. For what we are paying I would at least expect the place to be clean with no bugs. Would like to move out if possible.

Quiet and friendly all around, Coles Crossing Apartments are safe and well maintained too. Maintenance requests are answered quickly and efficiently. My dog has all the amenities she needs to be safe and happy to boot!

I have lived at Broadstone Coles Crossing because the President and Vice Presidents of Prairie View A&M University lived in this community before their homes were built. As a single administrator who travels internationally a lot, I thought this would be a great place to live. In general, it still is a great place but I worry about the security. At one point my area had four break-ins and all the people in my unit of building 6 moved out. I have reported a problem with Raccoons when I return home at night, and they still are around that causes some fear trying to get into my apartment after a long work day. But I guess nothing can be done about it since it is a on-going issue. Overall, the service and attention to my needs have always been attended to with prompt and excellent attention. That is why I have stayed.

It's a good location. It's a nice place to live but several improvements are needed. Upkeep on landscaping would be good I get smacked in the face with tree branches when entering the walk way to my apartment.

I justed moved here! Nicole at the front was very helpful in my process of moving here. Everyone is very helpful and friendly! It is so nice and quiet here and I feel at home. The community is great and everything is not a far drive at all!

Very nice neighbors the neighborhood is quiet and the maintenance is exceptional. The girls at the front desk are awesome and they get things done. The trash crew does an awesome job about picking up trash and cleaning up the area

We relocated here in this past February. The leasing and move-in process was easy and peaceful. We were pleased with our new apartment upon move-in and so far life is still pleasant at this point. All of the staff are friendly and knowledgable.. An excellent staff and complex, it safe and great location. My kids really enjoy on play ground and swimming pool.

Overall community is a quiet place to live. Grounds are well kept. Any kind of maintenance request I've had has been satisfactorily resolved within 24hrs of request. Rent is a little higher than most places but you get what you pay for.

The location of the property is very convenient. I was affected by Harvey and am now in a completely redone unit (apt). I am not pleased with the work that Belfor has done on the apartments. I have concerns that there could possibly still be mold in areas. This concerns me because of my asthma. I like the apt I am in now, I miss not having a garage, there are some issues but they are working on it. Living at this community has been great and the location is really great.
