Love the location. Good schools, restaurants, shopping, etc. nearby. Actually loved my apartment at first, and still do like the layout. But then the amenities start declining...gym equipment broke, business center equipment doesn't work or out of ink, access gates are broke. Then the flood...and nothing has been the same since. Maintenance takes several attempts to fix or rig things. But I will say most of the staff is super friendly...which allows them to get by with apologizing and saying we'll get that fixed.

    Great place to live! Nice amenities and very nice office staff. The apartments look like mini homes and are very spacious. I haven't had any issues, so I'm very happy that I chose to live here. Maintenance is great as well..They have a 48 hour guarantee that they will come and fix any issue that you may have. In my experience they have come much quicker than that.

        Overall I am happy with the complex. I feel safe here and everything is kept clean. I wish the office stayed open longer on the weekdays. I often have a hard time making it to the office before they close to pick up packages as I leave at 6:30 am and get home from work around 6:15 pm.

          I love my apartment, love the staff, and have had an overall great experience here. Just think you should hire at least one maintenance worker who has a little more experience and expertise with regards to mechanicals for fixing the more advanced issues. Every guy I've encountered has been very friendly and helpful but their knowledge has been pretty average. I'm in the construction industry so perhaps my expectations are a little higher than most. Alma, Nicole, Nicole's twin, and everyone else in the office have been great and are assets to your company.

            I love my little apartment. May not have the most quiet and considerate neighbors. However, the staff and maintenance crew are great. The space is just what we need for now. The valet trash and recycling is amazing. When we put in a request it is dealt with and fixed quickly.

              Overall, it has been good. It has been much better since the new company has taken over. Things actually get fixed. When a work order is placed, I know someone will fix the issue in a timely manner. The dog park addition is great for dog owners, but not for families that do not own dogs. People have multiple dogs and no one Ickes up the poop. It is a real problem.

                  It's a really good place to live, good neighborhood and great environment. I would suggest mostly everyone who can afford to live in these apartment complex Good rates and amazing office staff No issues regarding rates, staff, neighborhood.

                    I have lived here since 2015 and have changed apartment once. There have been 5 or more different managers and a several staff changes. I have been through 2 floods. One caused damage to my car and garage. The 2nd one totaled my car and I lost a lot in my garage. I have patiently lived through a massive reconstruction. The gates are always opened and there have been a least 100 workers on property at one time. I feel unsafe in my own home. The current residents are being ignored and disrespected.

                      I love the people that work here. The grounds are very well kept. My neighbors are friendly and great. We sometimes have little get togethers outside. Management always has fun things planned for the community. We lost a lot of our neighbors after hurricane Harvey but most have planned to move back after the ground floors are repaired.

                            Everything has been great since I've lived here! Safe, friendly, and convenient. Throughout the catastrophic event of hurricane Harvey we have been updated with the current status of the repairs due to the flooding from Cypress Creek via email. The office staff have been very understanding of everyone's situations that came about with the flood. I am very happy to live in the Cole Crossing community where I get met with a wave from everyone. Looking forward to all the upgrades and repairs as well.

                              I give Coles Crossing Apartments in overall 10 I can honestly say that within the two years that I've been with this Apartment Complex Community I have had no problems with the service the service from the girls in the office and the maintenance guys are phenomenal as you know we just went through a horrible storm was Harvey and I can honestly say that these guys got out there on their hands and they actually help this community to the upmost I respect them and wish them all well Cole Crossing Apartments are doing big things and if you're looking for a really nice clean positive environment Coles Crossing is the place to be again I can only say what I know any time I've called the apartment complex I've had no problems with getting my services taken care of immediately they are the best I would recommend Cole Crossing to anyone that's looking for an apartment awesome service you rock Cole Crossing

                                Great location - The apartments need some serious renovation though and the noise from your neighbors is really not acceptable - I now need to take sleeping medication to make it thru the night. The layout of the apartments really needs to be updated. It was probably acceptable in the 80's but with so many other options out there it's just not any more.

                                  I went to these apartments last week to view them, and the leasing agent I spoke with was very lazy. She never got up from her chair. I understand the office and some of the apartments are in the process of being repaired due to they flooded. But when I asked what buildings she was talking about she could of got out of her chair and showed me outside. She just seemed very lazy and not concerned, that was NOT a good first impression of the community. I am still interested in seeing the floorplan I was interested in one day, but I will not deal with a lazy leasing staff.

                                    When I first moved in it was nice still too expensive because it's just basic inside, over the course of time it is horrible to be here. Stuff use to be amazing now I hate to deal with them they act so unconcern.

                                      I am new to Coles Crossing and I am loving it so far- especially the location! You can tell the team really takes pride in their jobs and really strives to do everything they can to make sure everyone is happy living here. I love using the gas bbq grill and taking my dog down the trails to the dog park- I love the outdoorsy feel! It truly feels like home. Another thing I'd like to give major kudos on is the demolition process since Hurricane Harvey. Not all, but most of the bottom floors got some flooding and management took action immediately to start ripping out sheetrock and cleaning out the apartments to avoid mold. They hired a disaster team, Belfor, whom worked 7 days a week. Driving through the community now, you can hardly even tell there was a flood! Everything is looking so much better and they're already starting to install new sheetrock. My first thought was, why did I move here. But now- I wouldn't have rather chose any other community. I highly doubt there is another management team that cares about their residents as much as they do at Coles Crossing. Thank ya'll so much for everything you do!! Ya'll are amazing.

                                        I have Been living here almost 7 years, by far the worst management and maintenance staff in all the time l've lived here. They don't care about their tenants! In the past I requested a carpet cleaning and they said they would get back to me, and never did.

                                            The apartments are very nice. The grounds are very nice and spacious a lot of nice amenities for your pets and four kids. The pool and the leasing center is always in immaculate condition and is very well taken care of and very nice. The inside of the apartments are very nice as well I do feel like they cut corners on somethings when doing the apartments they just like a little cheap. The staff is very nice and willing to help with any needs or issues that residents have and maintenance Are quick and efficient when it comes to fixing any problems for the residence.

                                                  I requested for maintenance, was told it will take 2 days for them to show up,it took one week,I fixed my dyer myself. I wasn't even mailed or contacted it will take a longer time to come fix it. Sad .
