The complex has very nice green areas and parks inside, it is very clean and near supermarket and shops. The apartments are a little bit dated but in excellent condition. I love being near my office and roads are good

The Broadstone at Coles Crossing has been home for many years. Our management staff is amazing and professional. Our maintenance staff is well trained and positive as well. Our grounds are well kept and community seems to be the primary focus. Clients of this property are listened to and communicated with.

The Apartment Community is in a great location, and great commute for work. There is minimal noise between the neighbors. Maintenance is fixed within 48 hours. I truly enjoy the Valet Trash and Recycling Services. The newest addition,the Dog Bark is extremely nice.

New staff and administration is fantastic and the changes they are making are significant! the block party with the band was a success. they have installed new lighting. they have laid down speed bumps and fixing the landscape.

I love Coles Crossing but I am very unhappy about the rent increase since I was forced out of my apartment by flooding. I knew there would be an increase but not the outrageous amount it has increased. I feel like those of us who chose to remain or return to Coles Crossing should be given a considerable credit consideration especially if we have been here for several years.

We really enjoy living in the Coles Crossing Apartments in the last two years. Time to time some issues pop up but nothing that we didn't resolve with management. We hope everything will be the same in the following period to the satisfaction of both sides.

The Staff is always very helpful and polite. They take care of your concerns very quickly and make things right. The Manager Barbara also follows up on issues which is very helpful. I enjoy living in the community.

Why did I give this place a 1 star rating? Well please let me explain a few reasons. 1. They gave my key to pest control even though I did not request pest control. When asked why they came in my apartment I was told it was because I was on the list, but they could not explain to me why my name was on the list or who put it there. This Envirol-Pest control (which they still use today) employee stole from my apartment and was caught on tape doing so. They told me they would help me try to get the money back Then just told me to take Envirotrol to court. Thanks for the help. No lawyer will take a small claims case and those companies have people to fight off little people like me with no lawyer. 2. Follow through. If you make a maintenance request they will mark it as complete when it's not. They mark it complete when they put out the order to have the issue addressed NOT when it is complete. Which causes them to "drop the ball" (an exact quote from management) often. I bet those reports look great though!! 3. During fire inspection they walked around and just left keys in apartment doors and walked away. I removed the key because I was home that day (Thursday) and I still had the key on Monday and had to return it to the office myself. There is/was no accountability for our safety. THEY DID NOT KNOW THE KEY WAS MISSING. How many other keys were left out? 4. The management of the property write positive reviews to boost their ratings. One of the reviews below is from the manager who gave my key away and basically accused my friends and family of stealing from my house until I showed proof of who it really was. Once again, not even an apology or anything. 5. Security gates. They have not worked since Hurricane Harvey but even before that, they only worked about 50% of the time. The apartment on the 1st floor in the building I live in was broken into a little while back in broad daylight, They kicked in the door. I know, So why do I still live here? It's convenient to a lot of things. They do try to do the right thing in some cases. I continue to have faith that they will get their act together and do the right thing all the time. This place has potential.

Everything is fine excluding the way the neighbors handle their garbage. If I move it's not because of this issue or apartment issues. My child goes to Cywoods high school and the apartment is in cyfair.

Very nice community. Venterra has vastly improved the property over the past few months. Great staff. Prompt maintenance calls. Nice to be here. Apartment is well priced. Just wish it didn't have so much carpeting.

Great community, lovely grounds, friendly staff. I love how they kept many of the native trees when they were constructing the complex. Maintenance has been very responsive and quick upon requests, and the office staff has been very helpful.

Very clean and well kept apartment grounds, always places to park, very dog friendly, oustanding staff that are very helpful as well. The gym is always clean and a wide range of workout equipment it could use a barbell area tho.

I love the movie theater and the access to the gym. The new gas grills are amazing I cant wait until summer time. The trail is a nice place to take a quick walk through, Its amazing how much there is to do and how much the amenities can be useful. I never hear any noise from my neighbors and the parking is NEVER an issue. I love living at Coles Crossing I'm very happy to have chosen this community as my new home!

Great place to live. There are lots of trees and green areas, It's not just concrete and buildings like your typical complex. Area access to groceries, food, and entertainment is unbearable. Everything you could possibly need is less than 5 minutes/ 3 miles away. I never had an issue with any parties or loud neighbors. The staff is super friendly, professional, and courteous. My experience at Coles Crossing has been a very good experience. No complaints whatsoever. Well, maybe one small thing and that's more parking spaces. Coles Cross is quite expensive not to have more available parking.

I love the community. It's peaceful, and homey. Aside from very minor issues, Coles Crossing is the ideal place to live. The staff is awesome (maintenane and office.) The community parties are actually fun. The neighbors are kind, and welcoming. I will be here until I decide it's time for a house. There is no need to look anywhere else.

They suck!!! While I was away for a few weeks, they made a small repair. After doing so, they left my front door open. Yes it was unlocked for 14 days while I was out of town. Service I s poor. Do not move there.
